I've never been more disgusted with the treatment I received at your Weston office today! I've been going to that location for years and never had a problem. Their were two technicians working. An African American woman and a Latin woman. The African American lady is just a nasty person that hates her job and people. Upon checking in, she called me as the office was empty. She said "why are you here?" No good morning or anything. Mind you Labcorp reached out to me to schedule my bloodwork. "I said for bloodwork." She asked who my doctor was and I told her and she said she had nothing and just stared at me. I said your company contacted me so you must know I have work to be done. She said "nope'. I said I have never had to bring any paperwork or do anything but show up. She didn't reply. She just looked at me uninterested. I said you don't have much to say do you? No help or anything. She just looked at me with a nasty look and said nothing. I called my wife after and she said the same lady did it to her and our son a few months ago. She is an absolute PIG of a human and I'm quite sure this isn't your first complaint about her! She NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! I WILL TELL EVERYONE IN MY COMPANY TO NEVER USE LABCORP! MY NEXT STOP IS SOCIAL MEDIA. YOU SHOULD NOT EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT DO NOT WANT TO WORK! My 2 year old son needed to get blood drawn for allergy testing and after being turned away from two other Labcorps this morning for lack of infant needles, I was happy to finally come across Kim this afternoon. Kim met me at the door and when I told him it was for my son that needed his blood drawn and that we had been turned away from two other sites for lack of pediatric needles, Kim was honest and said that the other sites probably just didn't want to handle the difficulties that comes with drawing blood from a toddler. However, Kim was confident, friendly and said we would get it done quickly. Sure enough, the minute my husband walked in he showed us to the room, explained to us how to properly hold our son, and prepped everything quickly. We were in and out within five minutes which was wonderful because our toddler was not happy. Kim was great. We had a great experience and appreciated his honestly and quick work. read more

Absolutely the rudest employee I've ever seen working the front desk. Condescending in her attitude toward multiple people. Cuts people off and treats them poorly. A lady with a broken foot came in and the receptionist treated her like an animal. Tried pushing buttons to pick a fight with the customer. Mind-blowing. I wasn't treated as badly as some others I saw while I was waiting, but that was enough to get me to get up and leave. This reflects on location and company leadership that they would keep someone employed who acts like this. I will never use Labcorp when there's an option to use Quest or others. read more

I went to get my blood drawn today and am terrified of needles. Samantha made me feel comfortable through the whole process. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She even checked to make sure I was okay afterwards. I will be recommending this location to everyone because of my great experience with Samantha. I really wish there were more nurses like her. Easy to find an appointment, especially in the morning for fasting bloodwork. No wait time when I arrived for my appointment, unlike Quest Diagnostics where I've waited almost 1 hour even with an appointment. Ken, the technician who did my blood work, was AMAZING! After prepping my arm, he asked "are you ready?" And before I could even answer, the needle was in. I didn't feel a thing! Highly recommend this Labcorp location. And if you're afraid of needles, you definitely need Ken! read more

Looking at the rating right now, I understand why they have only 2 stars. I give only one because today I was treated like sxxx. I had 2 orders and my doctors told me specific that it wasn't necessary to duplicate if some of the blood test were the same since both are from Cleveland Clinic. The lady went crazy on me saying that "here we don't split". I went back to her saying that I'm not talking about splitting, I'm talking about duplicating, that is a big difference. But she didn't let me finish my explanation and scream and used a nasty tone.... I will be back.... read more

This morning I went to Labcorp in Weston for my employer's drug test request. The receptionist at the front, Ken, assisted me with a very nice attitude. They don't do drug tests at the Weston branch, but he informed with a big smile that in the Pembroke Pines office they do. He said I don't even need an appointment because they take walk-ins. read more

Near my home, easy to locate, private parking lot, walked in with no appointment, easy self check in, waited less than 15 minutes. I'm 44, in the past, most people have trouble finding my vein , poke several times or use a butterfly needle however Ken is on top it, quick, easy, pain free, one poke, friendly, professional, efficient, gentle....when he was done I blurted out I love you and meant it. All I can say is wow, I can not be more impressed with the service at this site! I had to take my 4 children with me in to have one of my sons have lab work completed, and wow Ken is amazing, he was so quick, attentive, friendly. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes, literally. My son says he did not even feel it when they took out his blood. Ken was just so great. As we left, all 4 of my children kept telling me Ken is the only person from now on doing they want to their labs with! I guess thanks to Ken, Labcorp is our families official lab! This place used to be terrible, wait times were awful and blood draws not great, now that Ken works here I've come back. He does the work of four people, you don't wait at all, and this is the second time he's taken my blood and I didn't know the needle was in until I saw it, he is fast and smooth, Labcorp better pay him accordingly or he will be snatch's you! read more

I had an appointment for 11am checked in at 10:15am through the automated system which told be there was an earlier time available. I waited around 10 mins before my name was called and the whole procedure literally took 3mins. The gentlemen that did it was gentle and very nice. He had some jokes to take the focus off the blood work. Don't agree with all the negative reviews I suggest making an appointment online to make things smoother for both you and them. Clinic was clean and smelled nice. Definitely would come back to this location if I ever need work done again. read more

This place sucks massive donkey balls!! I tried making an appointment online and no slots available. So I showed up at 7:05 (they open at 7) and there are already 20 people waiting in the waiting room. Of course there is no one at the check in window just a sign in sheet. So I sign my name and remembered there is a Quest 5 doors down in the same strip mall. I decided to take a quick walk and found a small line at Quest and just decided to go there. I checked back at labcorp 30 minutes later and saw that my name had not even been even been called! WOW!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!! Go to Quest in the same mall, more professional and the have 3 check-in windows vs 1 at LabCorp. Plus for some reason LabCorp requires you to give a credit card number even with insurance while Quest does not require one. read more

Terrible wait times . They never have early appointments when you need it early after you have been fasting and they seem to not honor appointments anyway. This place needs to be closed down. Incompetent phlebotomists. They're too lazy to raise the armrest so that your elbow is not at 90 degrees. This is dangerous!! It causes them to traverse your vein and hit the ulnar nerve which can cause neuritis (inflammation of the nerve) and lead to permanent damage to your hand, for life! LabCorp has been sued for millions and lost because of the poorly trained staff. FYI, most phlebotomists have very little training of about 9 months. Insist that they: A) straighten your arm before they insert the needle, B) insert the needle at a very low angle, about 20 degrees max. C) and make sure they hold the syringe tightly while they remove and insert new blood collection vials so they don't push the needle further in past your veins, and hit a nerve which can lead to a lot of pain and permanent damage to your arm!! You have to demand this from them. They will not do it voluntarily. They're lazy, ignorant, jaded, demoralized, and angry. You've been warned! read more

This was my third time visiting this particular Lab Corps. The good - I had an appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. (Although I should add that there were no band-aids and the cotton had to be held on with a giant blue tape thing.) Now the bad - the woman who checked me in, behind the glass at the front desk, was picking her nose. Yes, she was vigorously probing her nostril with her finger as I looked on from the counter area. She then asked for my credit card and handled it with the same nostril-tainted digit. Instinct had me looking for the nearest Purell dispenser. I didn't see one. After that, she began probing her ear, although with slightly less determination. This was all going on behind the front desk. I now have concerns with what goes on behind the scenes. read more

I just left there after having waited for 45 minutes because they only sent in one person today to do all of the front office and the technical work. She is there at the front desk sitting while there are 15 people waiting. There is no service whatsoever. Ridiculous. LabCorp should be boycotted. Unfortunately they have us by that you know what because our insurance companies force us to do this it's ridiculous. I will now have to go back because I didn't realize an hour was not long enough to wait. So I didn't even get my labs done. Absolutely ridiculous. LabCorp is the worst!!! Prepare to Wait Lab work sucks, being probed and examined is probably one of the weirdest things to me but none the less I'm here patiently waiting... I arrived at 10am (no appointment) since that's the time Lab Corp suggests you come in without an appointment. It's been an hour and a half and I still haven't been called, the waiting room is still full! The waiting room isn't big either and there's over 20 seats all facing a TV on the wall that keeps going out since its basic cable. There's barely ANY reception for cellular use, there's no wifi for patients. More people walk in and currently I have the pleasure of sitting next to a chimney, this man smells like he smoked an entire building of cigarettes. After 2 hrs I was called in and was out in less than 10 mins. The phlebotomist told me next time to make an appointment EARLY in the morning or to show up before they open. Regardless, there will be a wait and if you're a HANGRY person... It sucks. read more

My son just turned 4 and needed bloodwork done. I was very nervous for him because he hates the doctors (shots etc). But Ken was so quick to enter the needle into his tiny little vein in his arm it was like a magic trick! My son didn't even have a chance to break out in tears and cry because it happened so fast he didn't even know what had just happened. I'm so thankful for the good experience of Ken's skills because it could have been a very traumatizing one for my little guy! Good luck with this incompetent company. Thes loser folks site loses logon details. It rejects a former working logon ID. When you try to ask for a password reset, it says the ID does not exist. When you try to recreate it says already exists. They took my money for testing and now I can not take the test, get a refund or get someone on the line to talk to. Emails are ignored. If you find a hidden number, they put you on infinite hold. read more
