Cigna health insurance and start to search and came across SF Inst. of Sport Medicine / Dr. C. Gracia she give me her thoughts after Xray she recommend MRI. After MRI she was right on her diagnosis. The nursing staff is nice too. The only problem is there rude, toxic front desk. Every time I was in the line I thought I'm begging for food rations. I've always on time and had to wait at least 35-45 minutes to be seen every single time. Today I showed up 24 minutes late after a shoulder surgery for a follow up. I had no nanny and had to deal with a 14- months old with me having one arm. Yes, daddy could help but there's unexpected pooping and nappy change prior to leaving that I didn't plan for. The office gave me attitude like "oh, but your appointment was at 8". Yes, bitch. Had I showed up at 8 I would still be waiting to be called. Why do doctors think they are the only one whose time is important. I had to take time off a very well-paying job to come wait around as well. Normally it will take me more than 2 hours in this office for a 15 minutes face time with a doctor. Both my parents were physicians and I worked in patient registration in their hospital growing up. I never had this type of issue. People who had long wait time are the walk in that we only could fit them in between appointments. If you want to me keep my appointment absolutely on the dot, do yours yourself!!!!'

I do however agree that the office always charges too much for procedures and I'm always chasing them for refunds. That said, it honestly has nothing to do with the care given by Dr Fishman. He's patient, he listens to you and he thoroughly explains things to you, He's definitely not one of those Drs who just prescribes you medication and tells you to come back in a couple of weeks. Keep in mind that this is a walk in clinic so they can be a wait but if you have an appt the wait really isn't too bad. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is from a couple of issues relating to the staff (not calling in meds, kind of a big deal). I recently started physical therapy here and can honestly say the physical therapists really have getting you feeling better as their top priority.

The admin assistants were then dealing with a heavier set lady (who worked there) with short curly hair who spoke to them like them were dirt on her shoe. All loud and aggressive for the entire waiting room to watch and feel uncomfortable. So no wonder the front of house staff treats people coming in the door terribly when that's how they are treated internally. We wasted time filling out all documents and sitting for an hour before being told being seen here would be a liability because he had already had a surgery on his clavicle. All we wanted was to review his pain management and wound care. Not to mention the place is FILTHY from the outside. You are a dollar sign to these people. And I'm not even sure they have qualified enough staff. Overall nightmare.

When we got there, Christina Rodrigues said we have no choice but to reschedule. At this point I'd rather not come anymore. There's a reason the Yelp reviews have low ratings. The doctors aren't bad but the front desk staff is. They don't pick up the receptionist phone but whenever we get there they're on their phones or chit chatting. Literally she was doing nothing at the desk just chewing gum talking to the other employees doing nothing. No customers there or anything but can't pick up the phone! UPDATE: I left this review and immediately got a call back from their office saying that since we've been there before we should remember where it is! Very rude and unbelievable. We canceled and will not be returning. They expect us to memorize where a doctor's office is as if we can recall every single location we visit WEEKS ago! Because people don't have anything else going on in their lives??

But now it seems he only sees patients who need surgery. Dr. Shaw is the doctor for the Florida Panthers so he must be busy with them during season as well. Now I see Lisandy. I hope I am spelling that right. He is wonderful. He gives a lot of time and attention to me. He recommended some great exercises for my shoulder pain. They have helped me. Lisandy really cares about his patients. The only bad thing about this office is it is often hard to talk to someone from the front desk staff on the phone. I have called too many times where I talk to the answering service at 10:30am because the front desk staff is too busy. That is the only negative thing I have to say about this practice.

This surgeon is the worst. He took my shoulder and recommended a surgery I later found out that I…read moredidn't need. He took my Shoulder and tore it apart after 4 correction surgeries he couldn't fix it. I was later told that I had bone removed to the point that I needed to have another 3 surgeries to get some use of my arm back. I can't lift my arm up anymore. He literally is a butcher. He made ground meat out of my shoulder and it's surrounding area.

My surgeon was concerned with my range of motion and was recommending that he perform a "Manipulation under anesthesia", something I did not want to have done. Joey set my curriculum to specifically address my range of motion and I'm happy to say that my surgeon was satisfied as well. I've even advanced to a point where I can do things I wasn't able to prior to the surgery. You can observe the focus on cleanliness. All the equipment is sanitized between patients. Above it all though, is the quality of character of the people at Aries. You get to know people after spending three hours a week with them. I feel like I walked in as a patient and walked out as friends. Thank you all.
