The staff with the office manager right there at the reception desk started talking loudly about a patient they referred to "as that old lady" who was being difficult in payer her bill. I had to walk out to the desk and tell them I could hear every word of their loud conversation and how unprofessional they were being referring to a patient as "that old lady". Keep in mind that this is a walk in clinic so they can be a wait but if you have an appt the wait really isn't too bad. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is from a couple of issues relating to the staff (not calling in meds, kind of a big deal). The admin assistants were then dealing with a heavier set lady (who worked there) with short curly hair who spoke to them like them were dirt on her shoe. So no wonder the front of house staff treats people coming in the door terribly when that's how they are treated internally. We wasted time filling out all documents and sitting for an hour before being told being seen here would be a liability because he had already had a surgery on his clavicle. She told me that the Groupon was to see the chiropractor one day for an adjustment then the massage another day. Not convenient but we did it. We arrived for our chiro appointment. Very small and quiet office. That day the computers were down and no one was at the front desk to assist us but we grabbed the new patient forms and began to fill them out. Shortly after the doctor came and introduced himself and said someone will assist us. No one came but we filled out the forms and waited. The doctor came to get us about 20 Mins later for our appointment. He was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know before we did the adjustment. The adjustments were done very professionally and we were both satisfied. We came in a week later for our massage. Very good massage (I forgot his name) he was subbing for the regular masseuse. I wish it could've been a little more relaxing with dimmed lights and gentle music but he did explain that he's not into all of that. He just likes to get in there and massage. Someone (I believe it's the heavy set guy who works there ) knocked loudly on the door during the massage to let him know his next patient was there which I didn't appreciate ...The Masseuse ran a little late due to an accident so he was giving me my full hour to make up the late time... plus the next patient was my boyfriend. If you do choose to sign up for chiro services or massages the prices are affordable. Before Dr. Shenassa repaired my broken wrist, it would have been a freaken miracle. I tripped in my backyard and fell with my arms extended, so I broke my wrist. Dr. Shenassa assessed my hand and scheduled me for a repair surgery. It took about a minute to realize he is smart. After our time together, I left the appointment knowing he was worthy of my trust. The surgical center is the same one that my orthopedic surgeon uses, so the anesthesiologists knew me and it was a successful and uneventful surgery. Dr. Shenassa called me that night to make sure I was doing ok. His office team met with me and assessed me until I was recovered from the surgery and on my way to building strength. I broke my wrist 1/6/2025. I was able to use my hand a couple of months after the surgery. It took about a year for me to recover my maximum wrist strength. Now, 18 months after I broke my wrist, every time I use it, I think of my surgeon and how he helped me keep going. When I show my wrist scar to hospital and orthopedic professionals, they are amazed at the work.

The front desk staff, in particular Caitlin, are very helpful and friendly. They strike me as a very efficient place. I have to go back for an epidural after I have a sinus surgery first. Dr. Dalton was careful to learn all of my issues, and made sure he did not give me an epidural until it would be safe. They also have physical therapy there, and I plan to go to them after I finish up with my current company. Again, they are just very organized and friendly and I feel like it's one stop shopping to get my back diagnosed and my pain management dealt with and my physical therapy all in one place.
