Holy Cross Out Patient Lab is the cleanest, nicest and best blood testing lab around, The other labs are not the cleanest or most orderly in that many of them handle court ordered drug testing and it isn't unusual to have people there higher than a proverbial kite. I was at a Quest lab one time that police intervention was needed. No fun. The staff at Out Patient Lab are true professionals, polite friendly and helpful. The waiting areas are exceptionally roomy and clean. The staff of philatelists are top notch, quickly and efficiently doing their jobs. They've usually managed to get my vein on onetry; a rarity elsewhere. read more

I do like this medical group. In the past year I found that I had an internal issue that needs to be monitored. I won't go into what it is, because I think that would violate Yelp's guidelines, but it's something that does not show and does not have symptoms, but could potentially be a problem. I came to Dr. Perry for my treatment, and he has been wonderful. He is extremely friendly and knowledgable. He doesn't have me come in when I don't need to just so he can charge my insurance. (I've had doctors who tried to do that in the past.). He doesn't keep me waiting and he is very good at answering questions and making sure I understand what he is doing and why. His assistant (Shannon) is wonderful as well. She always greets me with a smile and a happy voice. She has a great personality and a wonderful sense of humor and she makes sure I'm at ease before I see the doctor. I'm not very stressed by the doctor, but I do appreciate her professionalism and caring. Often bad Yelp reviews are due to the office staff, but she is a great addition to his office. read more

I have been going to this office for three years now. I began seeing Dr. Jennifer Harper, who was absolutely fantastic! Very thorough and professional. Unfortunately, Dr. Harper relocated out of state. I must admit I was hesitant, because I had built a great relationship with Dr. Harper, who by the way removed two enormous fibroid cyst that was growing for many years and my previous gynecologist was treating with "Hormone Therapy!" I finally decided to book an appointment this April, almost six months past my pap due date. I booked with Dr. Adeboyejo and I was very pleased with my visit. She too was very thorough and professional. My skepticism immediately vanished and I look forward to my next visit. I am praying Dr. Adeboyejo will remain with the group for years to come. Saw Dr. Tiffanie Walker for my routine pap and exam. Again, very professional, through and courteous. Took time to listen and answer my questions. Kudos to Holy Cross for placing such wonderful doctors in their medical clinics to meet the needs of their patients. read more

I have been going to this group for many years mostly for convenience of location and insurance. There has been a revolving door of doctors, none of whom I liked at all. Until today. Dr. Daniel Gomez is new and he was outstanding. He explained everything to me and asked me if I had any questions (it seems standard but it was a first for me at this practice). It isn't ever fun going to the gynecologist but Dr. Gomez puts you at ease and is very kind and gentle. They have also remodeled the office and I didn't wait one minute past my appointment time. Very impressed with the improvements made here and I hope Dr. Gomez decides to stay for the long term. He is truly an excellent physician. read more

2+ month wait for birth control?! I called to make a birth control apt. I was told they would call me back after they talked the people who handle insurance. I waited 10 days and nobody called. So I called them back. I was told then I needed to come in and sign a release. I went in, signed and was told they would get back to me in 4-6 weeks!! I called and left messages with a few administrators and the manager. I wanted an explanation on why I had to wait 2 months for birth control. No one called me back. Instead, Receptionist called me to make the appointment because they had the birth control. When I came to my appointment they didn't have the birth control!!!! So I get to come back. I had to see Dr. Walker for a test. She didn't even look to see that I'd already had a pap, from my GP so I got charged again for the same procedure I'd had a month earlier. All she was supposed to do was one test. So now I'm stuck with the bill of another pap as you are only allowed one a year. I can't even talk to the office manager. Very unprofessional and unwilling to help with billing. Will NEVER go back. Dr. Walker was very nice, but should have looked at the computer to see that the pap had already been done. Now I'm stuck with a $130 bill they won't even help me with. read more

I am a patient of Dr Perry, and I like him very much. Very polite and good bedside manner. The one star is for the inconvenience of dealing with the office. Long story short, ran into a problem w/ the office that could have easily and quickly been fixed. The office manager, Monique, was very unhelpful and downright rude. I was hesitant to leave this review, but after 5 phone calls to the office and 2 (unsuccessful) trips to the pharmacy, it's only fair. Monique, as an office manager, you can do better. . Preferred a female as they understand more what a women experiences but the wait was too long. Saw dr gomez on 4-2-19 and explained had partial hysterectomy 30 years ago and now having this dibiliating pain, just like menstral cranps not stomach cramps He offered tylenol which I have been taking around the clock and a heating pad. Unable to do adl's and anything else. he seemed not too concerned about my terrible pain. ordered an ultra sound but thought it could also be gi. would not give me anything for pain and I am in misery. Stated if no gyn problems he would order GI consult. Who knows how long that will take so I guess I just go on suffering. I dont have any faith in drs anymore. you are just a number $$,s, no empathy. Last comment, I know with the new pain rx,s they have to be careful but what about common sence. Am 67 yrs old and except for dental work havent had pain medicine for probably 20 yr Went in with a list but missed a couple points that the dr should have asked also. Dr. Bernstein assistance nurse treated me very badly and in what I believe to be very unprofessional, even criminal manner. First of all she questioned why I need to see the oby/gyn if my check up was do until December, I told her I was in pain and for the past week I didn't feel good at all so I wanted to check what was going on with me and with out even check me or at least get me on the room she say everything was good the they did some labs about a month ago and everything seems to be ok. I told her the the was a month ago the i needed to see the doctor today and in a very Disrespectful way she got me a room check which was room15 inside there she ignore every question a had for her only thing she say she didn't know because she wasn't the doctor but she is Dr. Bernstein assistance nurse the appointment was no longer then 20 minutes is the worst experience I have had. This office is unprofessional. I was treated like a number, not a valued patient in my opinion. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone either. On my first office visit in 2013, I waited an hour and a half to see doctor Bernstein. She did apologize but said other patience with more pressing matters came before me. I understood that but was shocked by the attitude that came along with it. Then I get a notice from my insurance company to schedule my Well Woman Exam 2015. I had forgotten what happened on my first visit so I called their office to schedule my appointment. I get there and the receptionist informs me that she does not have me scheduled for an appointment and I can reschedule. Her tone is unfriendly and dismissive. I do not feel like arguing with the receptionist because I know I did schedule my appointment for this day. So I do reschedule for the following week. The day of my appointment I wait for 45 minutes in the patient room BEFORE Dr. Bernstein walks in to greet me. I'm looking at my watch as she enters the room, she does not offer any kind of apology and basically said "it is what it is" and she can't do anything about the time. She made me feel like she had so many patients that if I didn't like it, I could leave. Well, I am already there and I need the exam so I shut my mouth and smile knowing that when I get home I will write this review. I will never return to this office again. read more

If there was an opportunity to give negative stars to Holy Cross Medical Group, I would do so. I would not recommend this ob/gyn office to anyone. I am still, after over 5 weeks, trying to get information for a medical procedure straightened out with this office. An order was written for an incorrect test and not what was recommended by test results. This order was corrected after the error was pointed out to the office. I have had to reschedule a diagnostic procedure due to the office not having all the paperwork/visits/information on me sent to the testing facility. To date I have spoken to the actual doctor, his office manager, the administrator of the ob/gyn office and now have put in a call to a hospital administrator. I have actually made 2 trips to my primary physician's office to obtain myself the necessary paperwork to have this diagnostic procedure done. No one wants to take any responsibility and just help me get through with this test. After I do finally get the testing and the results go back to Holy Cross Medical Group, I will be searching for another facility/doctor. read more

Very unprofessional. I felt like I was being treated like a part of a herd of cattle. 1) All the doctors double and triple book appointments. You will wait between 45mins to 1hr 45 mins for your SCHEDULED appointment. 2) The doctors rush in and rush out. I had questions to which I was told she "didn't have time to discuss that, maybe another time.." 3) They are very Pro-Csection, pro- intervention, anti-natural doctors. If you are a day over due date they want to intervene. Mandatory cervical checks and interventions. I was told at 38 weeks, if I didn't do what they wanted (cervical checks and other interventions for a normal, low risk pregnancy) , that they would drop me from the practice and basically abandon me 2 weeks before my due date. 4) The offices were dirty. Garbage cans of biological hazmat overflowing and the tables covered in dust and debris. I wish I never went there, but I'm stuck now because of my health insurance. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE FRUSTRATED, UPSET AND ANGRY! read more
