He always asks pertinent, personal information to make sure I'm doing what's right and if I'm not, he provides tools to keep me on track. It's a small office and his staff is just great. I am aware that they treat one another like family and maybe that rubs some the wrong way but DEFINETELY NOT ME. It's not fair to go by one patient's negative review. If you're looking for an endocrinologist, I recommend Dr. Jeffrey Pollack. Different strokes for different folks!

If you value your health, look help elsewhere; after all, we only have one life. I left an emergency room a few days ago, and all my follow-up appointments referred me to this doctor, Oscar Mendez, at 5950 Oakland Park BLVD. When I called them to schedule an appointment, the woman on the other end first answered in English and then continued in Spanish. First colonoscopy screener ... entire process was smooth... friendly and courteous staff. Dr Weiss…read morewas comforting and supportive. Anesthesiologist was engaging and reassuring ... I didn't give a 5 because I found it inconvenient that patients aren't allowed to have the person who accompanies them to the appointment to wait in the waiting room. It's a big waiting area with 25 seating capacity, yet they require them to leave or go sit in the car. That was my first experience ever in any medical facility/office with such an insensitive and inconsiderate policy.

My experience at South Florida Endoscopy on Sheridan Street ( 11011 Sheridan St, Suite 106, Cooper…read moreCity, Florida 33026) was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The employees' attitudes are horrible -- not pleasant, not welcoming, and definitely not patient-focused. It felt like we were an inconvenience to them. I came in today with my mom for her colonoscopy, and the rules they enforce are some of the worst I've ever experienced. After checking in, I was told no one is allowed to stay with the patient, not even to help them change or stay with them until the procedure starts. That alone was extremely upsetting. Then it got worse -- they don't even let family wait in the waiting room. Only the patient is allowed to be inside. I was told I had to wait outside in the car or leave the building entirely and that they would call me 30 minutes before pickup. For a medical procedure where the patient is sedated, this policy is unacceptable, inconsiderate, and stressful. The facility is also under construction, which raises major concerns about cleanliness and safety. They claim they send text messages, but nothing in the messages explains these rules clearly. With all the construction going on, how can anyone be sure the procedure area is even up to code? It made me even more nervous about my mom's well-being and any potential future issues. Overall, this is a very bad practice with terrible communication, terrible rules, and terrible staff attitudes. I will never bring any of my loved ones here again -- not myself, not my family, not my friends. Horrible experience from beginning to end. Never again will I bring my family or friends here.

I've been seeing Dr Kosche for years and I've recommenced friends and other family members to her as well. The main thing I love about Dr Kosche is that she is completely honest with you and does not sugar coat things to tell you things that you might want to hear instead of things you need to hear. Some people can be bothered by this but in my opinion I'd rather have a doctor who is completely honest with me instead of one who is going to "dance around" an issue. Just like with any Drs office there can be a bit of a wait sometimes but nothing drastic. Please know that she'll spend time with you listening to you and addressing your health concerns. I can't recommend this office enough!

His staff is personable, friendfly and attentive. The office is modern and has state of the art equipment. In the age of Covid-19, it is often difficult for patients seeking routine medical care. In the past, we have visited physician's offices only to be sent off site for blood work, x-rays and the like; these days it makes a lot of sense to minimize exposure to Covid-19 by having a one-stop medical facility. It is value added that STAT Medical has all of these services under one roof because it saves patients' time and makes medical care a seamless proposition. The office also offers an easy to use portal in order to stay up to date with medical procedures and appointments. We are happy to have found a professional medical service. Pay them a visit.
