I completed my registration seamlessly, thanks to Mirka. I transitioned from registration to pre-op prep by the medical Assistant Laura, (who was one of the nicest beings I've ever met.) She made me so comfortable, I forgot that I was having surgery. I then went into the surgical room by Jamie and the Team who set me up for surgery. Dr. Joseph's bedside mannerisms is matchless. He has a calming aura, and collected way about him which (as his patient) I'm immensely grateful for. Pre-surgery Laura stepped up to make sure I was ready. Post-surgery was handled admirably by Karpia and Jamie. They made sure I was as good as I could be to be released safely, until my daughter came to pick me up! I appreciate EVERYONE who welcomed me, assisted with my surgery and made sure that I was comfortable and great. On a scale of 1 to 10... I can honestly say that I've never been to any surgical center that was better than this one…read more Check in was quick and easy and I don't think I waited more ten minutes before I was called into the back. Once I got in the back, the nurse took my vitals and got me ready for my upcoming procedures. Two different anesthesiologists came to talk to me to make sure I understood the kind of anesthesia I was going to be getting and to explain to me any side effects I might experience and to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. After a brief wait I was wheeled into the back and it was showtime! My doctor was there along with a surgical tech who introduced himself and told me he was going to be assisting my doctor. When I woke up in recovery there was another nurse tending to me. After making sure I was feeling fine and giving me a snack and a drink my doctor came to let me know how the procedures went and what to expect when I got home. I was given post op instructions (both verbal and written) and I was on my way. EVERY single person from beginning to end was just absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable in a situation that can be so stressful and scary. In addition, the facility was absolutely spotless. Not only did they call later in the day, but they called next day as well to make sure I was feeling fine. All in all, an excellent place to go to for your medical or surgical needs.

My Primary Care Physician sent them my referral to schedule the procedure, the day after receiving the referral they called me to schedule an appointment to discuss the procedure in more detail. Two days prior to my appointment a nurse called me to ask me questions so we could complete my medical history questionnaire. They also went over all my demographics and they sent me an email so I could set up an account on their office portal. I arrived at the office and once I had signed in they immediately took me to the back for my consultation. Upon exiting the consultation with the ARNP, I went to the check out counter were I scheduled my procedure date. I received information as to the location that the procedure would take place, the time I should arrive and what information I needed to know regarding prepping for the procedure. About 10 minutes after leaving the office I got a call from the office pharmacy verifying my address and letting me know they would be sending me out my prescription to my home. No need for me to go to a pharmacy drop off a prescription and pick up meds. The office was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process was easy and quick, the flow in which everything was done in my opinion works. Working in the Healthcare system I can tell you that things are not always as seamless as this process was. They definitely respect their patients time and the treatment you receive helps you feel less stressed.

The employees' attitudes are horrible -- not pleasant, not welcoming, and definitely not patient-focused. It felt like we were an inconvenience to them. I came in today with my mom for her colonoscopy, and the rules they enforce are some of the worst I've ever experienced. After checking in, I was told no one is allowed to stay with the patient, not even to help them change or stay with them until the procedure starts. That alone was extremely upsetting. Then it got worse -- they don't even let family wait in the waiting room. Only the patient is allowed to be inside. I was told I had to wait outside in the car or leave the building entirely and that they would call me 30 minutes before pickup. For a medical procedure where the patient is sedated, this policy is unacceptable, inconsiderate, and stressful. The facility is also under construction, which raises major concerns about cleanliness and safety. They claim they send text messages, but nothing in the messages explains these rules clearly. With all the construction going on, how can anyone be sure the procedure area is even up to code? It made me even more nervous about my mom's well-being and any potential future issues. Overall, this is a very bad practice with terrible communication, terrible rules, and terrible staff attitudes. I will never bring any of my loved ones here again -- not myself, not my family, not my friends. Horrible experience from beginning to end. Never again will I bring my family or friends here.

Before the appointment, the office sent a text asking me to complete online registration. The form asked if I wanted to leave a card on file. I declined, and my appointment was still confirmed, so I didn't think anything of it. When I arrived, the front desk immediately pressured me to leave a credit card on file for "future" charges. The intake staff insisted they would call before running any additional payments. I asked a simple question: if you're going to call for approval anyway, why do you need my card on file? I requested a copy of the policy and, after reading it, discovered it allows them to automatically charge up to $150 without prior notice. That directly contradicts what I was told. So either the front desk doesn't understand their own policy, or they were being misleading. None of this was disclosed when I booked the appointment. I took time off work that I can't get back, only to deal with this. The overall experience felt more focused on billing than patient care. If you're considering this office, I strongly suggest getting it in writing that no charges will be made without your explicit consent or consider going elsewhere.

I've been seeing Dr Kosche for years and I've recommenced friends and other family members to her as well. The main thing I love about Dr Kosche is that she is completely honest with you and does not sugar coat things to tell you things that you might want to hear instead of things you need to hear. Some people can be bothered by this but in my opinion I'd rather have a doctor who is completely honest with me instead of one who is going to "dance around" an issue. Just like with any Drs office there can be a bit of a wait sometimes but nothing drastic. Please know that she'll spend time with you listening to you and addressing your health concerns.
