The staff was very friendly too which is rare to have both in a medical office, as per my experiences. I did have to wait a long time to see him, but the wait was worth it. Dr. Chussid did give me advice and treatments to do at home. Overall, I was a satisfied patient and will bring my son for treatment.

Was left on the machine momentarily then after went to the bathroom. When I returned to the room, the Dr examined my foot, and all was well until I left the office and realized someone went into my purse and took cash from my wallet. They replaced the smaller notes in a different direction than I had it previously in and hence the reason I know for a fact someone violated my privacy and belongings in a doctor's office. This happened on a Thursday, I sent an email as the office was closed and the manager out until Monday, received a call from the assistant that was the only person that knew my bag was in the room stating the manager informed her that I didn't go to the office with any cash and still has not called me to get any information to date. Totally unacceptable for an office with professionals that took an oath. A police report has been filed. I hope this did not happen to anyone else that visited this office.

I can tell by the office where some of the furniture and picture frames might have been there from the day it was first opened. Some of the patients waiting in the room while we were there look like repeating customers. So it seems like a good sign because people keep coming back to see this doctor. We didn't have wait for long for the doctor. The doctor seemed like very nice older looking gentleman. This reassures me that the doctor has a lot of experience and should be able to make a good diagnose of the problem. Everything seems fine until at the end. Unfortunately the doctor said the problem will eventually get worse until my wife get an operational procedure to fix the problem. It's not a major surgery but every time I heard that work, it always raise my worries. We wanted to know exactly what to expect specially with the cost of the operation even with our insurance, and this is where I knocked it down by two stars. At first the lady gave us a business card and said we need to make a call with our questions about the insurance co-pays. I asked the lady if that person works in the office and she said yes. Well, since we are already there and it's always easier to ask questions in person, I asked if we can just speak to her Well, long story short, after 20 minutes of waiting, we were promised we will get a call back. One weeks later, we are still waiting for the call. Just a recap: the doctor is very good. answered all of our questions except with questions on cost and co-pays. Customer service: very lacking attention. I guess the business must be good and people are lining up to get operated on by this doctor. We'll probably wait a little bit and see.

I was so nervous and they made the preoperative process so smooth and decreased my anxiety. Surgery went perfectly. I would definitely choose him if I ever need a podiatrist or surgeon again. Already sent my brother to him! I remember how nervous I was when choosing which doctor to go to, but I definitely picked the right one ;)

So picture this: I'm out and about in my community, just minding my own business throwing away the…read moretrash as usual, when I step-- directly onto a random roofing tack someone decided to toss like it's confetti which is unsealable on a black top asphalt. It goes straight through my shoe, straight into my foot, like it was trying to audition for the role of "Most Painful Thing Ever." But wait -- it gets better. That one tack triggered a fall so dramatic it could've been scored by an orchestra. I didn't just hurt my foot -- I hurt 80% of my entire body. Full wipeout. I dropped like a sack of potatoes off a third-story balcony. It left me, already handicapped, in even worse shape than before. I should've gotten a medal for Most Unnecessary Acrobatics. Enter: Dr. Bell a podiatrist with the calm confidence of a man who has seen feet far worse than mine (which, frankly, is impressive). He took one look at my wrecked feet and ankles and said, "Okay. We're going to fix this." No panic. No nonsense. Just a clear, compassionate plan that instantly made me feel like I wasn't alone in this painful, absurd situation. He: Ordered imaging right away Diagnosed the damage thoroughly Walked me (pun intended) through multiple surgeries I'd need Treated me with total respect and understanding for my handicap And most importantly... didn't laugh at the fact that a single tack brought me down like the Titanic His bedside manner? Top tier. He explained everything in detail -- with patience, professionalism, and zero medical snobbery. I asked a million questions. He answered every one. I felt seen, not just as a patient, but as a person in pain trying to heal. I truly believe if I had ended up with anyone else, I'd still be lying on the ground, holding my foot and yelling at roofing contractors. But instead, I'm recovering -- slowly but surely -- with the help of someone who actually cares. Dr. Bell didn't just treat my feet -- he treated the whole situation with compassion, expertise, and humor. If you've had a traumatic injury, live with a disability, or just need someone who knows what they're doing AND treats you like a human being, go see this man.

They weren't there at the 2 weeks, so they said they would call me when ready. After 5 weeks and several phone calls I respectfully requested that the Dr call me, and they said he would. 6 weeks has now gone by and he won't return my call. I asked to have him call me to explain why/what is happening with my remake, and he never did, even though his receptionist assured me he would call back. He abandoned my treatment, and I did nothing to deserve it. Also, he tried to charge me a copay for every visit even though I paid in full for the orthotics, and was told insurance doesn't cover them. They forgave that bill, but then tried to charge my insurance $500.00. Don't choose him!

My mother who is 86 had Dr.Morris come clip her toes nails he left & the next day when I went to go see my mother she was black and blue with bloody toenails and swollen feet. When I spoke with Dr.Morris he proceeded to tell me her feet looked like that before he got there. THERE IS NO WAY MY MOTHERS FEET LOOKED LIKE THAT I was there the day before and if they where like that why wouldn't you call her primary Doctor why would you touch them to begin with? As he was on the phone with me he was extremely rude and I began to get upset I ended up telling him he needs to find a new profession because he has no communication skills what so ever! I now have to bring my 86 year old bed ridden mother to the ER because her feet are bleeding , black and blue & swollen. I wish I new where I could report this so no one has to experience this arrogant asshole ever in there life.
