I'm pleasantly surprised at how I feel, doing much better than when I walked in there this morning. This office is pretty big with a large staff. I checked in with the front desk and filled out my info on an iPad, good use of technology. After about a five minutes wait I was called back and I was out of there an hour later. No complaints!

She does not allow patients to speak, nor does she take the time to listen. She completely disregarded the information I had brought in about my father's health. She screamed and continued to note that the doctor does not see anyone for second opinions, but never really explained if he would be willing to at least see his record as far as all the tests he had already done. I had called a few days before our appointment to confirm I could take his medical records so that Dr. Lanes could revise them, and the person at the office said the doctor would see this paperwork at the time of the visit without a problem. Karen refused to listen and continued to speak loudly and rudely to me and my father. I also observed Karen mistreating another patient's wife and talking crap about companions of patients to other staff, claiming that the back office would get too full. Karen needs to be trained extensively so that she can offer better service to patients. She needs to realize that to understand, she needs to listen and not speak and yell at patients. Extremely unprofessional. To whomever reads this. This kind of attitude takes away from all the professionals in your staff. It brings the whole office down. Do better.

As I walked in, it was as though I had known Lorna and the doctor for a lifetime. They were so good to me that words cannot describe it. Dr. Kosches is a funny, gentle, and patient individual who explains everything clearly. I caught a HORRIBLE parasite, and he was able to identify it. I have returned to this office for referrals to other doctors, a colonoscopy, and just to say hello. Lorna is a very loving woman who commands respect. The office staff is always friendly, efficient and minimal wait time (normal). They do the procedures in their own facility, which is a plus. His demeanor is always confidence inducing, while smiling and has a nice personality. An expert in his field!
