We had the worst experience in this office. Unfortunately, I can´t speak about Dr. Lane's bedside manner because we had to leave before even seeing him after encountering a horrible attitude and treatment from Karen (who I was informed is his assistant). She does not allow patients to speak, nor does she take the time to listen. She completely disregarded the information I had brought in about my father's health. She screamed and continued to note that the doctor does not see anyone for second opinions, but never really explained if he would be willing to at least see his record as far as all the tests he had already done. I had called a few days before our appointment to confirm I could take his medical records so that Dr. Lanes could revise them, and the person at the office said the doctor would see this paperwork at the time of the visit without a problem. Karen refused to listen and continued to speak loudly and rudely to me and my father. I also observed Karen mistreating another patient's wife and talking crap about companions of patients to other staff, claiming that the back office would get too full. Karen needs to be trained extensively so that she can offer better service to patients. She needs to realize that to understand, she needs to listen and not speak and yell at patients. Extremely unprofessional. To whomever reads this. This kind of attitude takes away from all the professionals in your staff. It brings the whole office down. Do better. read more

If could give them a ZERO stars I would! 2 weeks trying to set up an appt but no return calls or left on hold for over 5 mins to get an answer! Finally got some rude girl who refused to speak English informed me that because I used another Dr from another office in the same company I can't see dr Lanes! I tried to explain to her that the hours from the other dr unfortunately are hard to accommodate my work schedule. She continue with a very condescending attitude that I can't schedule an appt with Dr Lanes! Tried to explain but refused to listen, What a joke! The most unprofessional and disrespectful staff Dr. Lanes has working for him! I work with the public 6 days a week 10 hours a day and the professionalism that was shown to me I will go somewhere else! It's very disappointing and disgusting how the young people now are so disrespectful and rude! read more

Here is my take about my experience with Dr. Lanes and his staff. From medical perspective I can't complain with Dr. Lanes, he made me some suggestions that helps relief my condition at least temporarily. From the entire experience with his clinic and staff, I have to said that this is the classic example of fifteen minutes medicine. I arrive to Dr. Lanes on time, there was few people at his office. Nowadays, I have to wait two hours to be seen by Dr. Lanes after a tour to different offices inside his facility. He expend with me fifteen minutes, twelve of those minutes immerse on his computer. After a very poor interview he suggest an endoscopy and a colonoscopy, he didn't ask and even check my history of previous conditions. He suggest changes in my diet, stop sugars and fats... he doesn't know that I'm paleo-vegan for more than 3 years (never ask). He was in a rush, because their staff said he was delayed with his practice. It was hard to schedule my procedures with his staff, the lady who manage his agenda was absolutely rude. I schedule those procedures to be executed two weeks after consultation. I was notified that my insurance doesn't pays for the endoscopy, so I have to pay for it ($500,oo)... It happens that I don't have that amount of money for that date, reason why I need to re-schedule. So, five days prior my consultation, I start calling his office to change my schedule ,for three days in a row, I called several times during the day, nobody answers the phone... Finally, a day before the procedure, I was able to talk with his staff. They said, I have to pay $100,oo for late cancellation, which sound like a joke, I have to pay for their poor customer service. Off course I refuse! the lady says she is going to call me back. Five minutes later, I received a call from another member of his staff, asking for my credit card numbers. This time the lady says, she's responsible of collecting Dr. Lanes payments. I told her, that I only will give her my credit card, when I get the dates of my new procedures' appointment. She hang up the call very upset, saying somebody will call me back for a new schedule... Nobody calls!! Dr Lanes operation, is the classic fifteen minutes BUSINESS medicine. They are focus on make MONEY, not on people HEALTH. His staff sees people as patients (the one who has to suffer), not as CUSTOMERS! they are convinced that they are doing us a favor, haven't any idea about what SERVICE means! Terrible experience! Made sure you have an Iphone in order for you to have a success TeleVisit appointment on this place. Well! That, is according to the nurse who took my information and my payment previous my appointment whit Dr. Lanes, the one never took place because according to her I, didn't have service because I own an Android device. As a matter of fact, she asked me if there was someone around me who owns an Iphone (suggesting! I guess, to bother someone else's device for me to have a better service and get my appoinment done) really? Well, obviously I couldn't talked to the gastroenterology which in this case was the main purpose of this whole thing. They did charge my credit card with 65 dollars for a copay. After 11 phone calls back and forth to this place I decided to cancel my payment and request a refund to my card, days pass and no refund were showing on my account. Here I am again calling this nightmare place to find out what happened to my refund! They came out with a story and telling me that the refund is not going to be back to my original credit card instead I'm suppose to get a check on the mail between six to twelve weeks or something like that. I'm still in shock! Terrible! And by the way! The receptionists on this place they should lean back and act more professional at the time of answering the phone and take care of patients. I felt like I was calling for a take out order on a fast food restaurant and not to a health facility. read more

This office has absolutely no respect for people's time. Arrived 15 minuets early for appointment as was requested by staff but it is now almost 2 hours since the appointment was scheduled and we are still waiting to be seen. read more
