Doral Hyundai - Car Dealers Near Me - Doral, Florida

Terrible customer service for oil changes and routine maintenance. On multiple occasions, they have "recommended" services my car didn't actually need, which made it feel like they were simply trying to increase the bill. Their phone numbers and customer records are not kept up to date, and no one takes responsibility when there is a problem--each location claims to be a separate company. I also tried getting service at the Downtown location, but they didn't have my updated information. To make matters worse, my brand-new Tucson has already had three recalls in only two years. I never experienced this level of frustration when I owned a Honda. read more

Doral Hyundai - Recall and estimate of what they suggested for me to get, third line should have been complimentary, last one not needed with 12k miles - Car Dealers Near Me - Doral, Florida

I stand by what I said. It wasn't sold out from under us... you never had it for that price. (We sent another friend for another car to test it out, and miraculously that one "sold" too). You advertise low prices like that to get people in the door. It's so obvious that's the games you play. And as sad as it is, you are not the only car dealership that does this in Miami. I guess it's y'all's game, but it's very unprofessional. Again, let the cars sell themselves... don't be unethical to do it. Respond here again, but it will never make me come back, and I will continue to warn others away. You should respond to the BBB complaints instead. Buyers Beware!!!! Look at all the reviews here and check out BBB... they have an "F" rating. There is a reason they have low ratings. You've been warned. ‍ read more

I BEG YOU, DO NOT SHOP OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. There is a reason that Miami has the reputation it has as the scam capital of the world, and places like this are exactly why. This is your typical Miami sleazy sales pipeline where the stereotypical dudebro sales representatives in too-tight dress pants treat you like royalty if you're there to buy something, and will literally toss you aside like a finished cigarette once they got the sale. All I needed to do was get my vehicle services for a "Check ABS" issue that was covered under warranty, and now down multiple hours, emails, and phone calls with god knows how many different departments trying to get a reimbursement for a tow service that should never have been charged to me in the first place. Wasted three full work-days con estos gusanos. Genuinely, save your time, save your stress, save your hair follicles, do not come here. read more

If Yelp allowed 20 stars, Doral Hyundai would earn them -- with Rudy leading the charge! We recently bought a car from out of state, and while most dealers politely ran for the hills (can't blame them!), Rudy stepped up without hesitation. He handled every detail like a total pro -- organized, responsive, and genuinely kind. Doral Hyundai is a high-volume dealership, and yet Rudy delivered personalized, white-glove treatment that would impress even the most discerning luxury-brand shopper. We definitely didn't make it easy on him -- we questioned features, specs, even the AWD (which was clearly labeled on the vehicle!). But Rudy never lost patience or momentum. just kept solving, reassuring, and following through. If you're looking for top-tier service with real heart, ask for Rudy at Doral Hyundai. He's proof that big dealerships can still offer boutique-level care. read more

I went into the parts department for an air filter for my vehicle. The man that attended me was extremely rude and unprofessional. NEVER buy a car with them. They are 100% going to rip you off and lie to your face. They completely screwed me out of $3,000. My out the door price was $20,000 and then they had tons of documents on an iPad to sign. When I got my copy, I owed $3,000 more than we agreed on. They literally lied to my face. I hated this place. Doral Hyundai - They didn't even appologies - Car Dealers Near Me - Doral, Florida

Doral Hyundai are scammers, they con and defraud their customers, they lie in reference to everything. They add a protection Pack to your car for the amount of $1998.00 They don't explain what it entails, they place a LOJACK without asking you if you want it they don't tell you they installed it and charge $1,000 for it you have 60 days to ask for your refund, I asked for my refund within 5 days it has been a year and they have not refunded my $1,000 that they openly stole from me,. They charge you for the repair of a car that their previous owners sells them and charge you for it but never tell you what the repairs are for, they charged me $1,200.00. They charge you $434.00 to inspect, adjust, and clean your vehicle which is under Pre-Delivery service charge and private tag agency, I brought my own tag and they charged me an additional $250. Salesman Israel Lopez,(liar, con artist, lied from the time I stepped in the Dealership) General Manager Jose Albert,(never responds, emails or calls) and Assistant Manager Ruben Regojo (Pretends to care but does nothing but cover up), Amanda in Finance ignores messages, voice mails, for request such as emailing my purchase contract, even thought they never provided them at time of sale, I practically had to beg to get my documents. I yet after a year have not received my documents via email. They all took advantage of an elderly woman, who from the moment I walked in explained that I had forgotten my glasses and could not see fine print, they all said "to not worry" that they were the only Dealership that didn't have hidden fees, and would explaining everything, another lie CUSTOMERS there are plenty of Dealership avoid this Dealership as if it was the plague. Once they take your money, they ignore you, brush you off, play you for a fool and could care less about helping you. I am actively filing complaints through the following and you could too My next step is filing a complaint with the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for deceptive practices, I will post reviews in Reference to Lithia and Doral Hyundai on Google Reviews, DealerRater, Edmunds, and Facebook, Instagram, and X. I will hire an attorney if I have to, but I will not sit back and be conned, scammed, and defrauded. read more

Worse customer service and not serious people. I was told a price over the phone, they made me fill out an application and ran my credit. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Take your business somewhere else. These are not serious people. Very sketchy. read more

Please avoid this dealership at all costs. We have purchased / leased 6 vehicles over the years with no issues. Unfortunately we stepped into this place. Their deceptive practices and complete lack of customer service is so bad, we will never do business with Hyundai again. The worst thing that could happen, happened. I will never consider your dealership again. I made an appointment Friday morning for Saturday around noon. You confirmed it, and then two minutes later, when I was already 15 minutes away after driving 4 hours, you told me the car was suddenly "no longer available." When I arrived, I was told it was actually sold the night before. That means you knew and still let me waste an entire day, gas, time, and my son's Saturday. This wasn't a mistake it was dishonest and disrespectful. But this is all part of their tricks to get you in the door. Thank you for proving exactly why people don't trust dealerships you will never own my business. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The inexperienced, deceiving and unprofessional people there are beyond useless. So, a lot of negative to say here and people should know how this dealer operates before spending their time and money. First, after test driving and agreeing on the price, the salesman said he was going to get the paperwork and get the car prepped. After an hour and a half, I asked to find out how much longer (basically, what's the hold up?). I didn't see the salesman and asked at the front desk to find out what's going on. They just said they would call the salesman. After another hour I was ready to walk. Suddenly, the salesman reappears and when I tried getting his attention he signaled me to wait while on the phone (or pretending to be). After a few more times, he said that my car is ready and they will be bringing it around to put the tags. Meanwhile, he said I had to call an insurance agent to purchase insurance. After 30 mins of that, the salesman brings the Registration, Tag, No Owners Manual, and just 1 Keyfob. When I asked where's the other key and the paperwork, he said to stop by tomorrow, while he ask the manager if there's another key. By that time, I was already tired and just wanted to get out of there. But because I needed a car immediately, I accepted the nonsense and left. The next day, I put in a complaint with Hyundai and let them know everything I experienced. They responded 3 weeks later to contact the dealer. USELESS! I should of just cancelled everything, but didn't. LESSON LEARNED! read more

We did our due diligence before going. There were so many 1 star reviews, that we wondered why people ever came here to buy a car. Before you read this review, STAY AWAY from this dealer!! When we approached the lingering group of sales vultures, the head guy looked OVER my wife to address me (ignored my wife). He needs to take Sales Course 101 because he needs to talk to EVERYONE and to ignore no one!! Strike ONE!! Our sales guy, Henry, told us things that didn't quite add up. He had a knee replacement a month ago, and has been at this place of employment for a month. I found it difficult that both were true. Foul ball, Strike 2. Henry wasted no time in hard selling us. Virtually every word that came out of his mouth was about us buying. "Will you be trading in your car?" "How soon are you looking to buy?" "What model do you want?" "What color?" "Which package are you after?" Strike 3. He never asked anything about us. I am very familiar with sales tactics, and this place radiates negativity and high pressure. Again, I repeat, take your hard earned money elsewhere read more

I have bought two cars in Doral Hyundai and I went for my 3rd yesterday NEVER AGAIN!!!!! the ole good customer service is way far gone, I was attended by sales rep Eduardo Ferrer he did worked with me to get the price I wanted, more than 12 hrs total negotiating the price, i went and sold my car to get the Hyundai I wanted, Then at the very last minute when I was going to start the paperwork Eduardo came and told me there was a mistake with the vin numbers, They had mixed the vin with a different car and now the car I wanted was about 2ks off the price I worked on for 2 days, and now I had no car since I sold mine earlier, at that very moment all vibes changed, attitudes went bad and no one to take responsibility for their mistake, Then came Sales Mgr Carlos Renato Wong arrogant , pushy with the nastiest attitude trying to make me responsible for their mistake back and forward about 3 times with worst attitude each time. After about 2 hours of negative responses from management and sales, I simply walked out of they, mad, disappointed, humiliated and with no car nor battery on my phone to get an uber. I NEVER GOT AN APALOGY, NEVER EVEN GOT A "WE CAN'T AGREE, WE CANT HAVE A DEAL" NOTHING!!!! made me believe they just don't care about their customers at all, But God is good and there is a KIA Dealership 100 feet from them and I found the same Hyundai Elantra Limited 2 years newer (2025) for less than I was going to get at Doral Hyundai , with in 4 hours the car was at my house and Doral Kia got a new customer. Typical "no haggle" plus Bait and Switch. What they are doing here should be illegal. The one price internet price is actually excluding dealer fee which has become standard. What they don't tell you is the dealer fee is $1199, plus paperwork fee of $434, PLUS A LOJACK FEE OF $990 So this "dealership" of clowns is actually charging a non-negotiable $2634 dealer fee on top of their "internet" bait price. We were assured by the salesman that the LoJack fee would be remove. After all, I haven't seen LoJack on a car since the 90's. Every car has gps navigation now so there's no longer need to have LoJack locate the vehicle when the gps shows where it is at all times. I pushed for removal of this. And ultimately got my trade in amount increased and then walked out. Sales manager followed me into the parking lot and offered to remove half the LoJack fee. We had driven from an hour away so we went ahead and completed it. We had test driven the vehicle and wife wanted it. However salesperson Alexis never showed us the actual key fob until we signed the buyers order. The 2022 Hyundai had only 1 key fob and it was broken and missing buttons. How they could PDI a car of their own brand and not provide a single working key fob for the buyer is beyond me. I demanded a replacement and 2nd key since this was a Hyundai at a Hyundai dealership. I was given a WE OWE and have been asking for a week with no result. This place is a joke. Shame on them for reinforcing the horrible stereotypes of car dealers when so many others are doing a professional job. I would like to know where my LoJack is, or I'd like to be refunded for this completely fabricated fee. I'm sure the State Attorneys Office would love to hear about this. Or perhaps we should have every customer included in a class action for fraud. What a complete bunch of clowns. Find a good deal online and NEVER GO HERE. If you decide to buy here, expect a $2634 dealer fee - (the absolute highest in the country) and expect to never get proper service or anything you are promised. read more

Doral Hyundai - This key is the only key to the car and salesman didn't show it to us during test drive. He only showed us AFTER SIGNING the buyers order. - Car Dealers Near Me - Doral, Florida

After buying five cars from Hyundai over the years I was extremely disappointed in the last car that I bought the Tucson. The car was sold to me without the knowledge that it had been with A. in the front and collision so there was no warranty for a light that went out and I had to pay $1500. The people that work at the front which are supposed to be managers are so idiotic and don't understand what the customer wants. I spent almost 3 hours there trying to fix the problem and accomplish. Nothing one is the problem to someone else and the other one gets the problem to another person. I am so disappointed that I will never ever buy another Hyundai again. I wasted my day and my time and the problem still stands. The salesman tried to help me started eating and food coming out of his mouth how unprofessional is that? I can only come in one person, which is Andy the head of Service the rest of the people who work there don't know what they're doing. Don't buy a Hyundai at the Royal Hyundai! read more

MISREPRESENTATION! LIARS! DREAM CRUSHERS! I WANT ANSWERS! I usually read the reviews before going to places of significance, but this dealership- we had no time. I accompanied my 81-year-old aunt to help her purchase a vehicle. Our salesman was Jose Rodriguez (young associate). We inquired about several cars, test drove them however, on the first day we were unable to make a deal. Fine! The next day I received a call from Jose with exciting news, that he had found us a car for $17,000 out the door. That means no more no less than 17,000k. We return to Doral Hyundai used car building with Jose under the reliance that he would honor his word from earlier that day. After meeting with Jose and taking the vehicle for a test drive, we were presented with a detailed written deal that amounted to $18,300 out the door. The written deal was both surprising and unexpected. We were very disappointed by the breach of trust when Jose sent a different representative to present the new deal, as he knew, he had already misrepresented the conditions of the deal. It was a complete waste of time, gas, and emotions. The game-playing skills they acquire will ultimately hinder their progress to their future success, especially legally. read more

I made an appointment to fix a recall on my car and was even given an email confirmation for this appointment. My husband dropped off the car and was told it would take a few hours. Hours went by and when my husband called to know the status, they stated that the car and the appointment did not appear in their system. They told my husband they will call him back once they found out the issue, but more hours went by from that point on. My husband called a few times even after they hung up on him and was told they finally found the car, but it would be looked at a few days later to investigate the recall and the parts needed. I couldn't believe they wasted the entire day giving him the run around especially when he took the day off from his job. Both my husband and I decided to pick up the car and drop it off at the Homestead Hyundai instead which provides much better service overall. My husband stated as soon as he dropped of the car, he observed lack of professionalism and organization which makes sense why they couldn't find my car in the system to begin with. The only reason I choose to go to the Doral area is simply because I live in Doral, but NEVER again will I do business with these clowns. Trust me when I tell you, I wish I can give a zero star, but the ratings don't give you that option. I recently called Hyundai Doral to set up an appointment to pick up a part that was recommended by Hyundai Motor America in a letter for all the qualifying cars 2011-2022 that are missing the "engine immobilizers". I selected the options to reach "Parts" and also tried "Service". I tried several times, and Not one person answers the phone. So I decidede to call "Sales" department and the line was answered immediately. The very polite salesman transferred me back to "Parts Dept," This is so unnaceptable. Customer Service is DEAD! no one wants to work and help anymore customers anymore. I will probably have to go in person in order to reach a human being that would set up an appointment to come back another day to pick up the part. Customers are no longer appreciated unless you are buying a car. read more

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service in the service department!! Our car had a dead battery and was towed to service last night. We had a 7:30am appointment this morning. By 10:30 we had not heard anything so I called the service center for an update. To my surprise, my call was answered by a call center located off-site. Since none of the service advisors were answering their calls, the rep said he'd pass along my info to the service advisor, who would give me a call. No call. Over the course of the day I called back over 8 times, all with the same response. Not one person has reached out to me. It's now 5:00 and I'm 45 minutes into yet another call trying to get the call center rep to get the service rep on my phone. Meanwhile, I'm simultaneously cancelling appointments for tomorrow that won't be possible without a car. I'm SHOCKED that a dead battery can't be resolved in a day....I was honestly surprised it wasn't done by noon, but I can appreciate that some days are busy. But EVEN WORSE is that no one has the decency to give us a simple call and update. If that update had been that our service is delayed, I would have understood. That happens. But this is absolutely disrespectful to our time. It's frustrating and infuriating that it takes this much effort to get an update (which I still haven't gotten!!!). Absolutely disappointing. On Friday, July 7, 2023 I purchased a black CERTIFIED 2022 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited from Doral Hyundai. Upon completing the test drive I noticed the cooling/heated seats were not working so I had my sales person Rudy Jacir look into it. He said there was some sort of electrical problem with the buttons that trigger the cooling seats and that I would need to return the following week once the part arrived to have it fixed. I decided to purchase the car anyways and return the following week. However on my drive home to West Palm Beach on the highway going above 65 MPH I noticed the vehicle shakes drastically leading me to believe there might be a tire balancing issue or hopefully something not more serious. I addressed the issue with Rudy and he said it would be taken care of along with the seats when I return on Friday, July 14, 2023. I also took issue with only being provided one key fob. I was under the impression according to the Hyundai Certified Vehicle Checklist that 2 master keys were required in order for the vehicle to be certified. I was NEVER provided a copy of this vehicles certified checklist and would like one sent to me but they never did. Rudy promised me he would get me another key fob the next time I came in, but he never did. When I came on Friday, July 14th I was there for over 5 hours and was told that another issue was detected with the cooling/heating module under the seat and I would need to return for a THIRD time to have the issue resolved. They never even installed the part that was ordered the week previous. I was told the issue with the shaking was resolved but to my surprise on my way back to West Palm Beach I realized the issue was NOT resolved. This is my 4th Hyundai vehicle purchase in the last 9 years and my experience has been the worst thus far. I live almost 2 hours away and all I've done is waste gas and put miles on my car unnecessarily. On Wednesday July 19, a week ago today, I sent an email to the following individuals asking for help but NONE of them replied: Harold Rodriguez - Used car manager Rudy Jacir - Sales Person Frank Gonzalez - Service Director Eric Nunez - General Manager I DO NOT RECOMMEND Doral Hyundai to anyone and especially not the sales person Rudy Jacir. We asked if there there are other cars for lease and the prices. He didn't even look in the computer and just kept telling me that I won't be able to get a freaking Hyundai for $250 lease without a down payment while my step sister got a brand new Mercedes for $400 without a down payment. Shady shady shady... The worst car buying experience ever. Came to buy a car, obviously they were out of stock but would be arriving in two weeks. I placed a hefty down payment. Was called and told that my sales agent was no longer with the company, and my file was gone. They needed me to send receipts to prove I put money down. I provided what I had. They called me and advised that a car arrived, i advised what time i would come by, then hours later was told the car was sold. I called to complain, and advised I felt uncomfortable with the car buying process and preferred a refund to my deposit. The miraculously the car was available. Came to get the car, 4 hours later I am still here. No car to drive away in, and they are advising that the interest rate is no longer the same and the cannot honor the original quote. They have not offered anything to make this experience right, other than some shoulder shrugs, and empty apologies.
