Calzone pizza
Deka S.

Tried Doppio Zero for lunch on a Wednesday. We were a party of 5 and they got us immediately seated. We ordered Calzone and Salmone Griglia. They were really good. But the vegetarian dish with Eggplant wasn't as great. Last time I had their vegetarian Ravioli and that by far is the best choice out of all their vegetarian dishes. The service was quick too. Food was served within few minutes of placing the order. The place also looked very kid friendly and had high chairs.

One of my favorite places for pizza. The atmosphere is cozy and lively, service is always attentive, and everything we ordered was delicious. The truffle fries, calamari, meatballs were great starters, the gnocchi was perfectly cooked, and the pizzas were fresh and flavorful,

A delicious meal in a beautiful setting. I visited on a Tuesday evening, and it was surprisingly busy. Since it was a weekday, I didn't think there'd be quite so many people, so I'm glad I made a reservation ahead of time. The atmosphere was inviting, with warm lighting and minimalistic decor. There was a pleasant chatter from the customers. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, but I will note the service was extremely slow. It took us probably 20 minutes to flag down a waiter, order, and get water. There was free bread, but we didn't get it until after our meal arrived, which was interesting. I don't think (or I'm hoping) this was an anomaly. The restaurant was busy but not overwhelmingly so. The food was superb. I've been to the MV location and really enjoyed the dishes I ordered, so I knew this would be a memorable meal. I highly recommend the Marechiaro, a squid ink pasta in a spicy tomato sauce with plentiful seafood. The sauce is so fragrant, and I love how the pasta has a bit of a bite to it. The noodles were perfectly al dente. The fettuccine wild boar was another standout dish. The braised boar was extremely tender and melted in my mouth. The housemade noodles were once again nicely al dente. I really enjoyed the Doppio Zero pizza. The freshness of the arugula contrasted against the creaminess of the burrata and the saltiness of the prosciutto. I did notice there wasn't much prosciutto on the pizza - a couple extra pieces would have enhanced the dish! The dessert was good but honestly a skip. The tiramisu and limoncello cake were fine but a pricey penny for a small portion. There are particular dishes I love at Doppio Zero (specifically the Marechiaro). This is a nice spot for a special occasion!

For whatever reason, Cambell location doesn't seem as busy as other locations. So we were tad bit skeptical, wondering if there is difference in food quality. Happy to say - nope. It is great. Servers are friendly. Setup is spacious enough. Only thing is they have smaller tables for three, which are actually only for two. So adjusting plates once food came was a circus. Next time, I will ask for a proper 4 people table. Pizza was really good. Gnochi was tasty too. Paired it with Italian Barbera. Out of whim, ordered truffle fries. They were think, crispy and delicious.

Went on a weekday for dinner. The place was pretty busy. The place has a good layout and the bar is nicely set up. Service was good and quick. They gave complimentary bread with a plate of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The wood fire stone pizza oven is impressive. We ordered one white porchetta pizza and one red carnivore pizza with pepperoni and sausage. The meat pizza was good and flavorful. The pizza crust is not soggy in the center but is weak since the pizza crust is thin. It had a crispy and little chew for the crust. The white pizza was ok other than the issue that the porchetta was very dry. Dipping it in the olive oil balsamic vinegar helped. For a pizza over $20 I expect the pizza to be on point. The place is priced on the high side so this isn't a place I would go to regularly but I would come back and try something else on the menu.

We were there on a weekend for my daughter's birthday , 6 of us . We got lucky but parking was difficult , crowded due to other businesses on the block. The restaraunt was full, we had reservations , did not have to wait. We had drinks and dinner. I ordered their eggplant parmesan it was just ok, my husband had the gnocchi and enjoyed his, others had pasta dishes, the pizza looked really good. If I go again I will order pizza. Service was excellent, the place was packed, high energy and high noise levels.

Was here for a work dinner and really loved how attentive the staff was to our party of 20+! This was a Friday evening, so although the restaurant was busy, we were very well taken care of. The spinich ravioli was so yummy and creamy. At first glance, the serving seemed a bit small but it was very filling and left me stuffed! The cocktail was very strong, but very yummy. Love how the pea flower goes from blue to pink upon mixing with acid (lemon). I really enjoyed the modern feel to this restaurant and will be returning on my own soon!

Popped in for a walk in table on a Friday night. Was able to get an outdoor table. Beet Appetizer great! 5/5 Cocktails Fancy York and Espresso Martini meh ~ 3/5 next time will do a wine Pera Pizza ok 3.5/5 but their other better options. Last time got a fig pizza that was amazing Seafood couscous dish loved it 5/5 Service was not bad but not good. Server was a bit his and more of an order taker than experience manager. First time there our server was amazing. Guided through menu with recommendation with pros and cons etc.... So this guy wasn't bad but wasn't what we got last time. Ambiance is a nice spot in downtown Campbell Def be back to try other dishes and likely during weekday for more attentive service

First time here, and I would definitely return. The space is open and spacious with plenty of seating. The staff were attentive and friendly. I love neapolitan-style pizza and the Doppio Zero pizza is delicious - burrata and prosciutto can never go wrong. The potato croquettes were really good and had a truffle sauce.

Salsiccia Pizza

Came here for a dinner and had a lovely time! Servers were nice, attentive and everyone was festive for the holidays which was nice. The espresso martini is great. It's strong coffee-wise and still a little sweet. The salsiccia (3.5/5) was good as well and was even better with their chili oil! Will for sure come back and try their other pizzas and appetizers :)

We stopped in for dinner on a Friday. The place was crowded, but we had a reservation and were seated quickly. The food was delicious. We started with the prosciutto and burrata and the artichoke appetizer. Both were fabulous. For entrees, we had the vegan ravioli and the short rib risotto special. Our cocktails were great, and our server gave excellent recommendations for both drinks and entrees. The risotto was phenomenal. We didn't have room for dessert, but we'll definitely be back to try it.

The wife and I stopped here for dinner on Halloween. The place was packed so we decided to sit at the bar. I prefer sitting at the bar anyway as it's easier to speak to the bartender and get recommendations for cocktails. We split a pizza and the short tib pasta. Both were very good. But the real reason for the outstanding review was the bartender, Jesus. He was very friendly and personable and made the evening memorable. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately the staff is not friendly. Now given I was there on a Friday during HH and before a popular movie, I can understand being busy but I truly felt like a bother. After ordering two drinks I also order two appetizers to which the bartender rolled her eyes at. Other than the less than decent service, one of the drinks we ordered had boba in it but served with small paper straw that the boba couldn't go through. Maybe I'm being petty about this one but the drinks also just didn't hit? They seemed pre-batched and lacked good flavor. We ordered wings and nachos. Wings had a weird texture and the nachos were mid. Two happy hour appetizers and two drinks were $65. While it's very convenient, there's so many other options in the Pruneyard, don't waste your time here.

Drinks were strong, reasonably priced, and the bartenders were moving fast but still friendly. Between the crowd, the playlist, and the quirky decor, it's an easy spot to lose a few hours with friends. That said, they really need to get the bathroom situation under control. When we were there, the restroom was completely flooded and honestly pretty atrocious, with a long line snaking out the door. On top of that, the security guy working the door was aggressive and unnecessarily rude, which kills the buzz a bit when the energy inside is otherwise so fun. Overall, I'd still give Khartoum 4 stars because the drinks, atmosphere, and lively crowd make it a solid go-to bar in Campbell - especially if you're into a hip-but-divey spot with lots of character and taxidermy everywhere you look. But if they cleaned up the bathrooms and smoothed out the attitude at the door, it would be an easy 5-star hangout.

Each cocktail has a very thorough description so you can pick and choose to your liking. Every cocktail was about $17 each. Which is pricey! but that's how it is these days. But you should be assured the quality here is real good. I had to dock 1 star for the interesting choice of leaving the emergency door ajar all night the time i went. While it did help with the steamy temps inside, wow did it ruin the night for those who sit close to the door! It was very cold and windy so maybe leaving it too open was an uninformed choice. Parking is tricky, it's mostly street. There's some residential areas you can park at if you don't mind walking farther. Definitely going back, but a little farther away from the door next time.

The crab was very fresh and each crostini had a large portion of crab on top. The Brussels sprouts were very crispy and very umami with the cheese and bacon combination mixed in. The empanada was honestly a showstopper. I don't know how to describe it other than you have to try it. Both pastas were good but I prefer the mushroom one over the short rib ragu. The halibut was also good, and the basil sauce made it even better. I was already super impressed with everything but I think the stars were the 2 desserts. The Dubai cheesecake was an Italian style cheesecake, so it was a lot lighter than I was expecting (which was welcomed) and captured the essence of Dubai chocolate without being too overwhelming. The Lira in Wonderland was also SO good. It had a crown of cotton candy and was a mix of biscoff cookies, dehydrated red velvet cake (don't knock it till you try it), butterscotch sauce, and strawberries. I was honestly blown away by this meal.

This was supposed to be a special birthday dinner date that my husband meticulously planned for me,…read morebut it turned into the most horrendous dining experience I've ever had. We dined at Lira on November 14th. The Service (or Lack Thereof): The Menu Shortage: We arrived for our 6:45 PM reservation only to be told by the manager that they didn't have enough menus. We were told they'd bring them "later." Ignored for 35+ Minutes: We sat with nothing but water for over half an hour. To make matters worse, a table of six was seated after us and received their full entrees while we were completely ignored. The Drink Mess: After 40 minutes, the server told me they were out of ingredients for my drink. When I picked a second option, she tried to insist I wanted a drink with celery (my most despised vegetable). We thankfully stopped her before it was made, but the incompetence was staggering. The Food Fiasco: An hour into our reservation, someone dropped off a scallop dish. A while later, a server asked if I'd "received the scallops yet," and I realized the plate I was eating wasn't even intended for our table. We were so starving that my husband and I just shared them. Once we finished, the server finally asked my husband if he "still wanted his meal or if he wanted to cancel it." I finally lost my cool - of course he still wanted his dinner! The Aftermath: My husband didn't realize that my friends had actually made a separate reservation to take me back to this same spot the following night for a second birthday celebration. After this performance, there was no way I was going to step foot in this building again or give them another cent of our money. I texted my friends from the table to cancel those reservations and book elsewhere. With service this disorganized and insulting, this restaurant won't be in business long. Super disappointing. Don't waste your special occasions here. *Edit - it looks like Lira has closed. With the service we experienced, I am not surprised in the slightest. I am hopeful that whichever future business occupies this space is more successful.

No big deal, as I wanted the bar anyway, but something others should keep in mind. The cocktail list is plentiful and intriguing. I tend to avoid tequila, so that eliminated a good chunk of the options. I went with Rose Colored Lenses, which was fantastic, and decently sized. Presentation was beautiful. My friend had All a Dream, also very good. The wine offerings are minimal, this is very much a cocktail or champagne type of place, with caviar being the primary food service. Speaking of service, the bartender was excellent, both in his mixology and demeanor. It took awhile to get the drinks, but I assume that was due to the complexity of the cocktails, paired with having just opened the doors a few min earlier. Two notes: 1. The barstools were a little too low, imo. I don't normally pay much attention to that detail, but these were uncomfortably low for me, even with my long torso, I was hyper aware of my posture. So maybe that's actually a good thing 2. Other patrons were rolling in shortly behind me, so there is probably an early crowd when they first open, then a late night group that appreciates the 2am closing time. Interior is beautiful, and you can use the steps up to the 2nd floor either from N Santa Cruz or the rear parking lot off W Main. More substantial food options are a mere few steps across the hall at Heritage.
