Pre-sales everyone was extremely helpful, communicative, and realistic + positive about the timelines. After they had my money, it was like an entirely different company took over. Couldn't get any actual updates. The doors came in TWO WEEKS after they committed to have them install, and then said 'oh can we install in two more weeks'. NO!! They did schedule the install a week later (three weeks late for those counting at home), but apparently never checked for damage because on the morning of they told me there was damage! And it would be four more weeks + two for install - NOW TEN WEEKS LATER THAN PROMISED. I called four times in a week and a half and was told the person I needed to speak to was away, but they'd call me back "right away". I have yet to receive a SINGLE phone call, not even to say 'sorry but it'll be later.' Just completely unacceptable to 1) ignore deadlines 2) be sloppy with timelines and 3) IGNORE AND REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS.
