The lady who answered seemed very disingenuous. I briefly explained the problem, she said, she "might" be able to have someone out on Tuesday. I explained my urgency for Saturday or Monday. She said, they don't work Saturdays and didn't have anyone until Tuesday at the soonest. I asked if she could recommend another Garage Co. in the area that worked Saturdays? She said, "nope, sorry, can't help ya. Good luck." Call lasted about 1 minute. Won't call them again! Ultimately, we went with his suggestion on the type of door and decided on the upgraded openers. He was very professional and courteous in all our dealings. He showed up when he said he would. He took great care in demolishing the old doors and taking down the old openers and hauled all that away so we did not have to deal with it. He put all the new stuff in and was done in less than a day. We get tons of compliments from our neighbors on the color and the quality. The new openers are so quiet and just work great. It is also so convenient knowing if we have any issues, we can give Eric a call and he said he would take care of us. We are very pleased with our new garage doors and openers.

I wanted to reach out and provide you with the comments I posted on Home Advisor after the service…read moreprovided by your company. Here is my review from Home Advisor. The same review is posted to Yelp. First, the company did not honor the original appointment I set on Home Advisor. I selected Friday at 9:00 AM. They called me and said they would be out the next morning, Thursday, at 9:00 AM. I explained that I wanted Friday, and they said that would be fine. The next day, Thursday, I'm sitting at my desk at work, and I get a call telling me they will be at my house in 30 minutes. So, we are already off to a rough start. So, I left work and arrived at the house 35 minutes later. They were already starting work because my wife was there. Great. While doing the install, they told me the Torsion Spring Cable Drums needed to be changed, as well as the brackets on the left and right side. They charged me $110.00 for the parts, which it turns out sell at Home Depot for roughly $40.00, and then they charged me $55 to install those parts, when installing those parts would have been required, even if they used my old part, because they were being paid to replace the spring as well. Putting the old parts back on should have been part of the cost of installing the new spring. The next issue I will point out is the service call charge. This company charged me $79.00 for a service call. Generally, companies only charge a service call fee when work is not done. In fact, I have a sticker from the company that originally installed the doors, sitting over my garage door openers on the wall of the garage, indicating that service call fee is waived if work is done. Third thing to point out is that they told me that I should probably replace my hinge rollers. I said I would buy them from Home Depot and replace them myself. They told me does not sell them, but they do. Another issue is the cost of the install. Over $300.00 to install MY garage door opener. I had already purchased the garage door opener I wanted. Absolutely absurd price for installing the door opener. I do want to point out though that the work was done well. I was in the garage with the team the entire time. They were very courteous and professional, and they worked fast. They did not stand around taking their time. Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone, primarily because of the cost. Shop around because you can get it done for half of what this company charged me. After all was said and done, I was into this for over $1K, with my garage door included. Their cost alone, without the garage door, was $780.00.

They came that afternoon, the tech installed it and tried to steal the old one. Took all the parts except the opener and remotes when my husband said no you can't take that. We were also charged over $1000. When I contacted the owner about it and why wasn't an invoice left?? He's been ghosting me in END OF JANUARY!!! Horrible, and these idiots claim to honor our vets. Way to honor a vet by stealing from him. I filed a complaint w BBB and this boob DIDNT even respond to them. I highly recommend you DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

I am still in shock, in the best way possible. My garage door wouldn't close on sunny days and I…read moreassumed my sensors were old and needed replacing. I replaced the sender side myself, but the receiver side had a bolt that was completely stuck. I got a quote from a handyman for $400 and a second quote from a garage repair service for $350. I was hesitant to commit to either. Then Guy told me it was an easy fix, a five minute job, and he would do it free of charge. Just for the positive brand awareness. I honestly could not believe it. He said he would be at my house within an hour. Every word was true. He arrived in less than an hour, ready to work. What I have to share is that the job was far from simple. The nut was corroded and fused to the bolt. We tried impact drivers. We etched grooves for flathead and Phillips screwdrivers to get more torque. Nothing worked. Guy ended up removing the entire railing and used a Dremel to cut the bolt out. Sparks were literally flying as we cut through metal together. After getting everything cleared, Guy had a brilliant idea. He reversed the position of the sender and receiver so the signal unit would no longer sit at the angle of the sun and distort the signal. He swapped the units, reinstalled every component, and tested everything until it all worked perfectly. What was supposed to be a five minute job turned into over an hour of dedicated, problem solving work. Through all of it, Guy never once mentioned payment. He would not accept a single dollar from me. In a world where it is easy to feel skeptical, Guy reminded me that honest, sincere, and genuinely skilled people still exist. His integrity, his expertise, and his generosity left a lasting impression on me and my family. I will be referring his company to every single person in my network. Thank you, Guy. Truly and sincerely, thank you.
