They gave me the choice if I'd like one spring or two. Two of course - I definitely don't need a failed spring taking out a car or person. I also asked them to quote me a new garage door opener because my current chain driven opener is ridiculously loud. Annapolis Garage Door replied, "We're glad to give you a quote a for a new garage door opener but we think you'd might be happy with a simple tune up." Sure enough, Annapolis Garage Door tuned up the garage door and the system is many decibels quieter. They had the chance to sell me a new system but instead they sold me on their company and I've been since spreading the good word to others.
