That didn't work, so he said he'd call Monday or Tuesday to schedule something. Wednesday afternoon I still hadn't heard from them so I called. Lady answered and when I explained I hadn't gotten a call yet, she said someone did call but I checked caller ID and their number never showed and there was no voicemail. Off phone, she spoke to a man and when she came back on, she said someone would be at my house at 10 am Thursday 1/12/23. 10 am came and went so I called to see if whoever was coming was at least on their way. Peter answered and he said, "no, no appointment was made, we just said someone would call you sometime this am."
