My garage door opener broke and needed to be replaced a few hours before my scheduled plane flight on an extended multi-month trip. I contacted three garage door/opener companies in the area and told them of my predicament. Not surprisingly, all of them were fully booked for the day. However, Garage Door Specialists in Neenah was the only one to go out of their way and re-schedule their crews to accommodate me and my situation. Move on don't bother. Had a bottom garage door seal that was torn. Brought in a piece to match up…read more Brian acted like he knew what he was doing. My mistake. I purchased 20' of seal to do two doors. He comes out from the back with a 20' piece. So about a $100.00 later I get home and instal the seal. The channel pushes the bubble out the front of the door. It is a single groove and the bubble needs to be under the door, not in front of it. So I swing back through and talk to Mr Know it all and tell him the issue. No refunds and that's all they have and I'm stuck with it. Lost a customer and wouldn't recommend them.

Before balancing, Kyle checked a few things, lubed the hinges, bearings and pointed out some fluid dripping from one of our car's tailpipe. After balancing the door, he tightened the chain, moved the door closer to weather strip, and even discovered and removed several wasp nests in the soffits. All of this for a price that I consider very reasonable. Now the door opens and closes properly and is much quieter. I felt as if I made a new friend that morning. Thank You.
