He was on time and gave me a verbal estimate right then. He seemed very knowledgeable and did the repairs well and in a reasonable amount of time. The final bill came in below his estimate. With the results after multiple attempts of asking for the job to be completed. It has yet been 3 months and still I have nothing done I now have to come out-of-pocket again to pay for another professional to come in complete.
