Staff told me it was delivered on a Sunday when they're closed. I checked -- it was actually delivered on a Wednesday morning when they were open. After being told to file a claim with the sender I received a text the next day saying my package was there. When I picked it up the owner seemed confused and simply handed it over -- no acknowledgment, no apology, zero accountability. I genuinely wanted this to work. It didn't. We ran out of legal paper and she was willing to bring some she had at her office for no charge. Saved me a trip to the store, and she didn't nickel and dime and insist that we pay her for printing, etc. Additionally, after our initial appointment, we realized something had to be corrected and we needed an additional copy. She came back to the house late that evening, AFTER her other job, to get it squared away so she could go to Sacramento for the apostille the next morning. No additional charge! Lynda provided thorough communication throughout, including the next day as she went to Sacramento. She asked if she could deliver the documents to our house the following day as she also had work that night, and unfortunately that didn't work for my in-laws schedule, so she made time to swing by that afternoon before starting her other job that evening.
