First off she has a attitude, then she takes 25 minutes to type from a simple live scan form, literally one letter per minute. The shocker was when she literally grabbed my hand and rolled my prints herself. I didn't want her touching me and when I told her, she got aggregated and told I can't tell her how to do her job alongside how it was the "law" that she had to hold my hand and roll my prints herself. I have had this done over 20 times and not once have I had this experience. I'd skip this location and go to another one, unless you like getting grabbed by the older lady working behind the desk with dreads

The staff was unable to look up the policy information I needed, and I was expected to provide the policy number myself. How am I supposed to remember a policy number off the top of my head?
