Said I could come up for a free cup of coffee when I was done because it was a bottomless coffee since I was staying in the shop. When I went up to the counter, asked for my refill the girl started making a transaction on the cash register and I said wait! I was told it was a free cup of coffee for a refill and she said "oh no! You are mistaken. we don't give away coffee!" I said "when the girl poured my coffee she said I can come up for free refills" It took a little back-and-forth and now it seems kind of silly but... It came down to I was told one thing and then all of a sudden I was told another. So for the most part, it was really wonderful. I enjoyed the space. I enjoyed the decor. I enjoyed the overall feeling... I was gonna stay and drink the refill (which I ended up getting for free (them very begrudgingly) but it felt so uncomfortable after that I packed up and left. I will probably go back because otherwise it was a nice experience.

This location does a TON of drive-thru business so maybe that's the idea - play to your audience. There is free wi-fi and hard tables and chairs to sit, but no stuffed couches or anything cushy. The parking lot at this location is poorly designed, so when the drive-thru line gets long it blocks all the parking spaces in front of the door, including the handicapped spaces. The alternative is to park on the drive-thru side of the building, but then you have to cut between the cars waiting in line and walk around the building. Not user-friendly in the best of circumstances, and if it's raining I'll go elsewhere. It's the closest one to my house and it's not ALWAYS lined up around the building so I keep going back. I love Starbucks' hot tea.
