Small little donut shop with delicious break sandwiches. Wasn't anything extremely special but it did the job!! 2-3 small tables inside so it can be crowded. Food was made hot and fresh and the pickled jalapeños they give you were my favorite part.

I drive to my customer in the middle of the way I saw the advertise. It was so clean and tempting to try out the food. I order veggie wrap and passion, fruit ice tea Everything was delicious. I stopped by here in the morning to get some donuts. The plaza that this store is located in has very limited parking spots and small so be aware. I came in the early morning so I got a spot right in the front. When I walked inside, I was the only customer. So I looked at their donuts selections and knew what I wanted. The lady working let me know that I'll say some money if I get a box of 6 donuts instead of individual so I decided to do that. I got the 2 strawberry sprinkle donut, 2 chocolate glazed donut and 2 regular glazed donut. The lady working also threw in a complimentary donut as well which was very nice. The donuts were decent and my nephew along with my niece enjoyed them. They have some fruit drinks too and boba drinks if you're interested.

This place is right next to a 7-Eleven. I go to all the time small little spot makes donuts, coffee sandwiches. I got good service as soon as I walked in they greeted me and I was given my coffee within three minutes. I ordered a medium coffee two spoons of sugar and half-and-half. It's delicious and taste better than Dunkin' Donuts without the corporate BS. I will come back and get another cup.

I love this place, but they fell short today. They burnt my bagel. I'm still eating it because I don't waste money, but I am disappointed. An everything bagel burnt really sucks! They should've tossed the burnt bagel.

This cafe is my favorite place to get breakfast sandwiches and it always satisfies when I have that craving. It's in a small plaza with limited parking so sometimes you have to get lucky to get a spot. The place itself is also small but always full of customers (new and returning) so you know it must be good! I always get the #10 croissant breakfast sandwich which includes all the meats (ham, bacon, sausage) and of course egg and cheese. They also ask if you want avocado and mayo. Just a note that the mayo is free of charge but the avocado is not. The first time I ordered, it was a bit misleading because they lump those two together when asking and don't mention it being an additional charge unless you ask. These sandwiches are huge, delicious, and hearty - they spare no expense with packing these up. It is definitely filling and you could probably save the other half for another meal! I have gone numerous times before and with the quality of their sandwiches, I will continue to keep coming back!

Pretty good! They get busy in the morning but move fast. The lady who runs this place- you are amazing! While I was waiting I saw her controlling everything and everyone , moving from cooking station to register and making sure everyone gets helped as soon as possible. And she was super nice! Whoever is making the maple bar and maple twist donuts here, needs A LOT more practice at making them look appetizing and photo worthy. I thought maybe it was because I went later in the day when all the pretty ones were sold out but It didn't matter what time of the day I go. I went at 7 am once and it still looked like that. Don't be discouraged with the outside appearance. This place is buzzling with people who are getting their sandwiches or Boba drinks. Food must be good. Limited seating capacity, 2 or 3 tables inside and bar stools are present. I learned about this place from my Five Star App. This cafe gives free custom drink of your choice on your birthday. How wonderful is that? When I came in to get my custom drink, I wasn't prepared. There were 20+ Boba Tea to choose from. Huh The lady gave me time to decide. And I just chose Matcha Tea blended. I prefer to have Boba inside, I failed to mention it. I will come back to try their sandwiches. They make it infront of you. Which is a great way to show that they're preparing the food in a clean way. The place isn't hard to find. It is in the corner of Roscoe and Reseda Blvd. Limited parking that is shared with other businesses. No bathroom facilities.

I work at the Hospital across the street and this shop is the BEST!! The owner is always very helpful and friendly. Great Boba drinks, healthy drinks, sandwiches, salads, breakfast items also. They have it all and of course delicious donuts:)) I recommend this place to anyone in the area or passing by:) well kept and always welcoming. Oh! Tried the donuts here for the first time and they were pretty yummy! They tasted fresh, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. My kids picked out their own assortment of donuts and they were all delicious. Just left this donut shop. The customer service was outstanding but the food sucked! I got a pastrami egg sandwich on croissant bread and it was soggy and disgusting. This is a gem in the valley. This place is super clean and uses fresh ingredients. Lots of juice selection and healthy treats at the donut shop. I love this place and I'm def going to be a frequent. The girls that work here are super cute and helpful. Came on a Saturday morning before my workout to get coffee boba and a bagel. I'm a glazed donut type of girl. Nothing fancy, just like a classic glazed. But the glazed donuts from here have a weird and gross after taste. I came here for the first time and bought a dozen glazed for a team meeting and usually people are going back for a second one and no one was impressed with these... I wouldn't recommend coming here for donuts, apparently their sandwiches are good but I wouldn't return. read more

This place used to be my favorite the owner and workers where so nice! The customer service was honestly what made me go back all the time! Today I went and there is a new manager she was so rude, very short, not friendly at all. I always call ahead and have my drink ready it wasn't ready. So upsetting! The cutest little coffee shop in this shopping complex! I didn't even know it existed until this morning... while at an emergency room visit this morning my dad and I went out for a coffee break to the most common place known, the 7-11! Located on the corner of the busy intersection of reseda and Roscoe! This quaint little coffee and donut spot will blow your taste buds off the wall ... it was a busy little spot with an array of freshly squeezed juices and a busy bee making some delicious huge breakfast sandwiches. Mind you I was only going to go get coffee and seeing someone's breakfast order made me order that too! I got the #12 it was an egg bacon and cheese sandwich on a croissant! You have to ask for mayo or else it comes dry! I added avocado too and it was divine! The cherry on top was the pickled jalapeño peppers! I think they pickle them themselves!!! It was an awesome crunch and nice little heat to my morning! I loved everything about this place! A+ for the customer service! Girls are super friendly and it looks like they have a ton of regulars! Great quality food! Yes a bit pricier but you pay what you get and it's defintely worth the price. The shrimp won ton soup is delicious and has been my go to right now that i have covie. My go to place for breakfast and coffee on my way to work. The breakfast burrito and croissant sandwich are my favorite. Very large portions so i end up having some for a snack or lunch and super delicious. Service is fast and the employees are nice. Oh and fresh squeezed juice is delicious and also very large! This is one of the best kept secrets right across the street from Northridge Hospital. They have a nice variety of smoothies and sandwiches to choose from, my personal favorite is the #19 chicken club croissant sandwich. This place is a daily staple for me on lunch breaks, with fast service and friendly faces definitely comes highly recommended read more

Great service and experience! Stopped by on a whim and the ladies were in great spirits for 8am on a Sunday. Everything looked clean and looked extremely fresh. I have to say everything was delicious, great portions and again- Fresh! Which is key for a donut shop! #10 Bacon, Egg and cheese w/avocado was great! Took half a dozen donuts home and two coffees to keep the day rolling. Will come again! read more
