There is plenty of parking on both sides of the business. Surprisingly there wasn't much of a line this morning like there has been on previous National Donut Days. Customer service is always top notch. They were running a special today for the "holiday" as well. There are a few seats available on the inside for you to enjoy your selections there. Got a dozen donuts and a large iced coffee for $28.95. With the price of groceries these days, I'm not surprised at this price either. Their breakfast sandwiches are really good as well. The croissants are extra flaky.

Sausage, egg & cheese croissant -- quite enjoyable. They used fresh eggs (not liquid) which is always a requirement to me coming back to a bagel shop. The egg had more of a fried over hard texture. Croissant not super flaky so felt like an egg sandwich which was pleasant. Sausage, egg & cheese bagel -- this was sooo dry. Left with no ketchup and it was hard to consume. Thank you for responding. However, I find the tone of your response dismissive and condescending,…read moreespecially considering that you have now acknowledged that the price I questioned was, in fact, incorrect. I also want to correct an important part of your response. Your team did not "give me the money back." I noticed the incorrect price before allowing myself to be overcharged and questioned it at the time. There is a significant difference between refunding a customer after an overcharge and a customer catching an incorrect charge before completing the transaction. This was never about 10 cents. It was about the principle of being charged the correct advertised price and how my concern was handled. Your response actually confirms that there was a pricing mistake, which was the reason for my original review. I appreciate that you have since corrected the pricing, but suggesting that your staff returned money to me creates an inaccurate version of what happened. I would have preferred a simple acknowledgment of the mistake and a professional apology rather than a response that minimizes my concern. I appreciate the offer of a complimentary order, but my review was not written to receive anything for free. It was written to share my experience and hopefully encourage the business to correct the issue--which, according to your response, it has now done.
