Looks a turn in quality from this place. Granted, at 11am I guess I shouldn't expect the freshest donuts, but here they just, look so sad. You know when you see a great quality donut, it's all in the presentation. The cream fill bars were a mess, the custard in the filled donut with chocolate glaze tasted off, and the whole store front looked...cluttered and unkempt. The lady serving me was extremely rude. I asked for a small coffee and she ended up running out of coffee at a half cup. She then gave me the half cup and said thank you. I asked if she can fill it up the top please and she said she'd have to make another pot of coffee (mind you this is at 11 am) and she said no one else will buy it. I said I would prefer a full cup and she gave me an irritated look and yelled out something to her coworker. She ended up filling up the half cup instead discarding it for the new batch. I asked if I can just half a fresh cup instead and she said I'd have to pay for another cup. Instead of arguing I just took my coffee and left. read more

While I would call myself a donut connoisseur, my husband certainly is. He has tried every donut shop in Orange and lets just say throughout California. They are the best! Fresh, light and delish. Well worth the treat. When I get a treat I get the old fashion or the sprinkle. My husband gets chocolate bar and glazed. When he being good he gets the bran muffin. The owners are very nice and if you get there at 5:00 am in the morning, that parking lot is jammed, my husband goes to work early! If you are craving a donut, this is the place to be! read more

I'm on my way to work and hadn't eaten breakfast, so I stopped at this place for a bagel. I had never been here before. I got one toasted with cream cheese. I take it with me to work to eat it for breakfast. I get to work 10 mins later and notice it's a pretty lame bagel from a bag at a grocery store. Whatever I'm starving, $2 is $2. Looking closely, there is mold all over the bagel. Green spots. I have to leave work to go back to this donut place, show them, and of course they were apologetic. They made me a new one and asked if I wanted anything else. So I said yes please can I get a croissant? They say okay $3. I explained to them that I had to leave work to take back this moldy donut, and this is costing me for their mistake. I can't get something else? The two Asian women look at me with confusion and say no it's $3. What a shitty donut store- my first and last time here. NOTE: closely inspect your bagel before you eat it!!!!! read more

This place is absolutely horrible!!! I orders a coffee and paid for it without even taking a sip. When I went to add cream the lid came off and fell into the cup creating a splash which got all over my clothes. The lady was apologetic but refused to give me another coffee. I told her I didn't want it because that lid fell into it and people touch it, that's gross! She just walked away and went on to help the next person in line. Lead me to believe if they do this in front of a customer, I can't imagine how the handle their food and all in the back. Absolutely disgusting!!!! read more

So, the first time I tried this place, my coworker brought them into work in Irvine. She's only brought them in a few times, but they are AMAZING. The donuts are always so fresh and taste so good. Everyone in the office is obsessed with them. There are not many donut places that give me that great experience and freshness, but this place definitely does. This place has decent donuts, but OH MY GOD, they are CHEAP!!!!!! I live in the Tamarin Orange community right across the street from this business. On Nov 30th, 2016, Wendy (one of the Donut store owners) rang my door bell pleading for the name and contact info of one of our community residents who had apparently ordered 15 dozen donuts. However, Wendy neglected to record the date of when the costumer was going to pick up the order, including the costumer's contract info. Needless to say, Wendy was rather anxious to connect with the costumer. Fortunately for her, I was able to provided her with the info needed. Wendy was beyond grateful, and said "please come over to my donut store any time, and you choose whatever you want, compliments on the house". OK - I'm not a donut fan, but I had a craving for something sweet on 1/24/17, so I thought perfect opportunity to take Wendy up on her offer. I go the store around 8:30pm, hoping for an Apple Fritter. Wendy happens to be working that evening, she recognizes me, we have a friendly chat about the past costumer incident. She informs me that all donuts are 1 day old, and if I want fresh, I need to come back in the AM. No problem, I understand. Still, I order a day-old custard cream donut, and without ANY hesitation, Wendy charges me .95 cent. In order words, full price for an old donut. Frankly, I was too embarrassed to even say anything, or hold her accountable for her previous words. This is needless to say not about the lousy .95 cents, is it about KEEPING YOUR WORD.... Wendy!! Please, take a course in costumers service, your business will benefit, I promise! read more
