These people just tried to scam my wife. She got a flat tire on the freeway and brought her car in and left it. They called her back and told her that she needed two new front tires because her car was all wheel drive. She called and told me so I called to ask them why they couldn't just fix her Tire. I was put on hold for a few minutes and the lady came back and told me that the tire tread was getting low (they're not even half worn) and the tire was already fixed, I could come pick up the car. They never once told my wife this they told her she needed $400 in tires..... read more

Denise provided exceptional customer service during each and every touch-point, including fully explaining the warranty options for my flat tire (which Big O never even mentioned). I also want to leave a big shout for D (Dareon); I knew my car was in more than capable hands the minute I saw him. In fact, I fell asleep in the lobby while my car was being serviced...now that's trust! And I was in and out within the 45 minutes estimated. If you like to have your time wasted and get yelled at by the owner, then by all means, go to this place. My car broke down on a Thursday and it had to be towed to the shop. This place was recommeded to me, but it turned out to be a BOMB, and I mean bomb in the BAD sense of the word. I explained the problem and left the keys at front desk. Around 12:30 I called to see what the word was. "We haven't had time to look at your car yet. Probably after 2pm." I said OK. Since I was busy I did not have time to call back and no one called me after 2pm. Next day I was at work and called around noon on my break to ask. "We aren't going to fix your car. It's not worth it." "WHAT? Why didn't you call me yesterday? I could have gotten it towed out of there yesterday and taken to another shop. I'm at work now and can't pick it up before closing today. Now it's going be there all weekend, probably won't have it back until Wed. or Thur. of next week!" "Sorry," was all the guy said. Sorry indeed! And that's exactly what happened. I had to have it towed to another shop, and it was not done until Wed., so I was 6 days without a car. BTW, the other shop did the job for $480.00 less than what Don's had quoted me, so it turned out to be a good thing after all, but NOT good that Don's didn't have the courtesy to even call me--I had to call THEM. And they are turning away a customer's money (over $1,000.00) because "it isn't worth it". Talk about stupidity. If the customer is willing to pay, the business is pretty stupid to refuse good money just because the car is old and in their opinion "isn't worth it". When I went back on Monday to get my car, the woman at the counter gave me a paper to sign. I said "What's this?" She said, "It's a release form for our files." I said, "This is supposed to be signed when the customer leaves the car at the shop, not when she's picking it up! I'm not signing that paper! Give me my keys. I'm getting out of here." OMG! Don't they know anything!? To put the icing on the cake, as I was getting my car towed out of their yard, a guy came up and asked how everything was. I asked if he was the manager. He said, "I'm the owner." I said it was awful, and I was so mad that they didn't even bother to call me to say they weren't going fix my car, and I had to get a second tow and waste those 2 days and the whole weekend. He said, "Well, I'm the owner, but I don't know what they do. I'm retired and I don't run it." I repeated that I was mad and said they should at least bother to call the customer on the same day and say they aren't going to fix the car so she can deal with it. He had the nerve to start YELLING at me, the customer, saying, "I already told you I don't run it anymore!! I don't know what they do! I am RETIRED! I just own it! Blah blah blah blah!" ranting on and on at the top of his lungs, his face all red. What an idiot. At that point, I wasn't listening anymore. I was directing the tow truck driver to get the car out of that nasty, jacked up place. That old fool has nothing better to do than stand in the back of the shop and scream at the customers. As if the business didn't suck bad enough as it is, he adds insult to injury by YELLING at the customers. Pathetic. I had a problem with a tire and pulled into a shop. They told me I needed a new tire and wanted to charge me major cabbage for it. I decided to get a second opinion at Don's Tires. They informed me that, yes, the tire was damaged, but that it only needed to be fixed for a minor repair charge, not replaced with an expen$ive new tire. I don't have much to add other than I wish I could give them 10 stars! My damn car was delivered to them on a flatbed (Thx to AAA coverage) after I'd destroyed it driving to Baja and back. I was on my third flat and had already destroyed my donut/spare, so didn't have an option to drive it into Don's (family owned! local! HONEST!) Tire Service. I was expecting to spend upwards of $400... sigh. They checked all my tires, found the nail in the flat, repaired it, and sent me on my way... for $35. THANK YOU! You have a customer for life! I went here today with an appt. Back up - last week I tried to make an appt. on their website. Never heard back. Friday morning, they were closed (no one answered the phone). Later I found out it was their company camping trip. That's nice. Not a word on the website about being closed that day. By Monday afternoon, we still had not heard back from them about an appt., so my husband called. They were there and he described what needed to be done. He was offered a few times and we settled on today at 10:30 am. He told the woman on the phone that I would be dropping off my car and she said it was all good and the job would take 45 mins-1 hour. Today I went in and all was chaos. Dark-haired clerk "helped me," and I had to repeat everything. Finally, she found my reservation. She told me it would take an hour. In the meantime, the parking lot was totally full. No place to park, but people kept coming in with and without appts. Finally, after an hour, I checked with the blond clerk and was told that they had put the wrong tires on and it would be another 20 minutes to put the right ones on. I spoke to all three people (two women and a guy) at the counter, but no one offered an apology or took responsibility. Instead, they said a different guy made the mistake about which tires would be required. [My husband said he talked to a woman on the phone, so I doubt that a guy made the mistake, but neither woman spoke up.] Finally, after another 30 minutes, the job was done and I could go. Beware the annual camping trip. It doesn't make this crew more relaxed or more efficient. Quite the opposite. read more

Hands down - best tire service place EVER. I hit a pothole - it bent the rim. Other places wanted to charge me for a new rim and new tires... my cost would've been between $300 and $350. I called Don's, they said bring it down - let's see what we can do. They fixed the rim, in and out in 30mins, and for $25.00. I will never EVER go anywhere else. I'd just gotten caught in the rain walking my dog at Point Isabelle and saw I had a flat tire. It was not a great morning. Luckily I had a run flat so I carefully drove to Gilman where I knew I could find a gas station and was lucky enough to come across Don's Tire Service. They were incredibly welcoming. It was pouring and they let me take my dog into the waiting room where they investigated my tire. It turned out that it had to be replaced. I asked why and they brought the mechanic out to explain it to me. I really felt taken care of. They researched options for me to get a replacement locally because they didn't have the right tire. They wouldn't have profited from this, but they really genuinely wanted to help me. When there wasn't an immediate option, they found a good set of replacements they could get the following day. They patched my tire for free so I could get home. It really was a bad day, but I felt so taken care of and like they genuinely wanted to help me. This type of customer service is so hard to find these days. I am so grateful to everyone there. Really awesome people and my new tires - while I didn't want to need them - are great. read more

My Civic blew a tire, so I called around to get quotes for replacing the tire. I brought my car to Don's, thinking I'll need to replace at least 3 tires because they were worn. When I got there, I was told that I only needed to replace only 2. They were really honest about it. Great service and the job was done in a little over an hour. The next day I was sure that the wheel alignment of my Honda Odyssey was off so I took it in. When I came back to get my car, I was told that the alignment was fine and they only charged me half of the amount for just the inspection. Now, that's honesty! I trust these guys, so Don's is now my go-to tire service. read more

We were on a road trip with our good old Volkswagen Vanagon and the kids spotted a nail in one of our tires in the morning. After trying 2 tire places who wouldn't help because our tires don't strictly adhere to the load rating (our tires were actually the best tires recommended for Vanagons by GoWesty), I was recommended to go there by BusLab. We were all tired and stressed out but Denise saved the day. She awesomely found us an exact tire replacement and got someone to go pick it up. Alan bought tires for his car here late last year and was pleased, so we stopped in w/ my car to have mine checked. Don looks to be in his 70s, but is still agile enough to get down on his haunches to take a good look at tires close up. He's the kind of guy I like, quick w/ a gruff joke and a twinkle. He gave my rear tires a clean bill of health and said I had about 5,000 miles left on my front ones. As much as I'm driving these days, that's close to a year. He called my car a muscle car. Cool. I'm lame for not having reviewed Don's before. When your tires need to be repaired, your wheels balanced, or any of the other services they offer performed, you go to Don's - a Berkeley tradition for as long as I've been here. I've had wheels balanced, wheels replaced (when the tires on some fancy rims I have got a sidewall cut, I decided to just go back to the OEM tires) and they've always been a good value. Yesterday, I went out to do some errands and my passenger side front tire was flat. Got the spare put on, went to Don's to see what the damage was, and $25 later I had a patched tire and I can continue to get the value out of the original tires. Walk around and have lunch in West Berkeley while you wait for the tire repair. read more

I ordered winter tires off Tirerack.com and had them shipped to my house as I sorted out where to get them installed. I opted to use Don's Tire Service as they were recommended by a family member and offered the lowest price for tire installation and alignment, a very simple service which shouldn't require experienced labourers found at Audi of Oakland or Karmakanix. Making an appointment to come in was a snap, even on the same day. Perhaps because it was an especially rainy day and they weren't expecting much business or maybe it was all too good to be true.... I dropped the car off at 1:00pm and was told that the work would be completed in approximately 2.5 hours This was great as I was planning on tackling various errands in the area (among other things a trip to REI and buy flip flops from Target) with my trusty umbrella in hand and rain jacket to stay relatively dry. I went to REI first, grabbed a quick lunch nearby and proceeded to Target on foot. I passed Don's Tire Service 1 hour later at 2:00pm and my car was in the parking space I first parked it in, unmoved. I was concerned however I wasn't about to tell them how to do their job as youngster of 25 years of age and Don's Tire Service has been around for atleast 25 years... I continued my walk to Target and returned for 3:15pm. Before venturing inside I found my vehicle in a bay on it's short side without any tires mounted. I believe at this point they were mounting the new winter tires on the old rims. I went inside, sat in the waiting room briefly, stood in the lobby for 15 minutes or so watching people come in and out, phones get answered and so forth. No one asked what I was waiting for or followed-up with me to let me know how my service was going. Given that the phone was ringing off the hook and people were coming in and out busily I stayed out of their way and instead decided to venture across the street to California Ski Company briefly. I returned to Don's at 3:45pm. They were just finishing up the installation of the new tires onto the vehicle. It wasn't clear whether the alignment had been completed yet until I went inside, taking further shelter from the rainy weather and giving some time for the bottoms of my jeans to dry out. Their wait area is small, but really all that's needed for basic tire work. It appears that most people who drop their cars off do not wait for the work to be done (though I don't think that Don's offers any sort of driver service). While waiting for the work to be completed, another person with another Audi was also having winter tires put on and seemed to be in back and forth discussion with Don. I believe he wanted to get an alignment done as well however there was no time left in the day to get it done. There was also discussion when his car service was completed about what the tire pressure was set to (by law service stations etc have to set tires to the recommended tire pressures). His tire pressure was set to a recommended pressure under assumption he would be carrying full cargo and 3 people in the back. Not his case however he had someone come out and deflate them to the proper PSI in the rain. Something I would have done myself but that's neither here nor there. By 4:30pm I was getting anxious as my car work was still not complete. It appeared that one of the attendants at the front (who was in a relationship with one of the mechanics) was having their daughter clean up the waiting room, counter tops and windows as some sort of after school activity to keep her out of trouble. She did a good job from what I could see ensuring the lobby was clean and smelled heavily of windex... but that didn't speed up my car's service. Thankfully the work was completed several minutes later, 1 hour after they said it would be finished. The bad news: the inner and outer tie rod ends on one tire had to be replaced. Why bad you may ask as it's normal wear and tear. First, instead of stopping after they took the tire off realizing it would be an issue, they went ahead and did the alignment, wasting my $85 as I'll have to get the alignment done again after the repair unless they count the threads as they replace the part (which could readily be considered unreasonable). Second, they could have completed the tire rod end replacements themselves had they actually begun the work on time at 1:00pm. More business for them, I get my car fixed and spend less time getting wet in the rain from my ~3 mile walk. To conclude, yes, I could have harassed them to start and finish the work as the other Audi owner perhaps did, but that shouldn't be required for a basic tire service. As a Canadian, I got my tires switched out from winter to summer twice every year for more than 6 years, this is my first time having issues with such a service. Instead I'll go elsewhere such as Karmakanix or Audi of Oakland and get improved service by respectful professionals who value their customers. read more

I am very unhappy with the service and products that I purchased from Don's Tire. After buying a set of cable chains for my vehicle I asked if someone could give me a few pointers on how to install them. I was looked at like I was totally crazy for suggesting it, and told "I'm not going to stop the guys from their work to help you with that", and that I could reference a YouTube video. Nice. Thanks. I figured out how to put them on later that day, which was fortunate when I had to put them on in the freezing cold going through the Sierra's last week. They seemed to be tight and on perfectly, but about 10 minutes into my drive going under 30mph a horrible sound starting coming from my left front wheel, followed by dead silence as I saw the cable chain break off through my rear view mirror to be run over by the truck behind me. Needless to say it is not a situation where I could have safely stopped, gotten out, and recovered said chain. After I was flagged over to purchase new chains I inspected the remaining Don's cable chain on the right wheel and it was incredibly loose, barely hanging on given its crummy fatiguable center piece. I replaced them both with Real cable chains purchased in the Sierras. After looking at my remaining one from Don's, the guys said that they were "pieces of cr$@p" because they had a "split" in them which added a point of failure, and a really weak "star" holder. He said they see a lot of those fall off. Fortunately, the new ones held strong, no problems at all. I would expect Don's to know their products and stop selling these "pieces of cr$@p". Perhaps that is why they didn't want the service guys to help me, because then they would know what inferior products were coming out from the front desk. Of course No Returns/No Refunds/No Exchanges is printed proudly on their receipt. They say I could bring back if defective, but that is hard when it is roadkill on I-80. Keep your distance from Don's if you are considering buying cable chains. read more

For tires and only tires, sure. I had been here before, as recommended by my mechanic, and trust them on that score. But for other services, ask EVERY PRICE before you get your vehicle serviced. I thought while my car was in for tire rotation/replacement, I would get an oil change. I was told after looking over my receipt and going back in that it's not going to be as competitive there as a Jiffy Lube type of place. I understand a nominal difference but I ended up paying $53.00 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I also thought I needed alignment. I got charged for it, then the guy helping me realized it turned out I didn't need the alignment. He was about to refund me $85.00 when the woman up front who runs a tight ship muttered something to him about my refund only being $35.00. When I asked for clarification on that pesky $50.00 difference (please insert sarcasm here), she let me know that since I bought two tires and not four, I had to pay a fee for the alignment test. If this is standard policy, why didn't the guy ringing me up know about it? Had she not been right there eavesdropping, he would have refunded me $85.00 and not $35.00. So, in all, I feel overcharged by about $100.00 and will never go back. Your call to use them but I advise asking ALL of your expenses up front. read more

I put four new tires on my new-to-me but very old car a couple weeks ago and got an alignment. I ordered the tires from TireRack.com (suggested by my mechanic) and had them shipped to Don's. The folks at Don's were friendly, helpful and polite. I was wary after reading a review here by a woman who was charged more than her husband for the same service. Other than being called "sweetheart" by Don, my gender didn't seem to factor in to anything. After reading so many reviews complaining about the speed of service, I elected to leave my car there for the day and take the bus for the day. I dropped my car off right as they opened and they called me about an hour later to tell me it was ready, so I probably could have waited around. I had called in advance to see if they could fit me in that day, though, since I wasn't in an emergency situation where the work was urgent. They checked my spare, only to discover that the tread was actually falling off the tire (it was pretty impressive). After hunting around and discovering that the size of the spare tire was so rare that it was running upwards of $200, they looked into getting a full-size spare wheel for the car to replace the original narrow spare (a little over $100). I went with that, and they saved me a few more dollars by putting one of my old tires on it instead of having me buy another tire. Go Don's! Pro tip from Mark, the guy who helped me: if you're going to buy tires that you expect to last a long time, buy from Don's instead of from TireRack.com, because that's how you get free rotations for the life of the tires. It may cost your $50 more up front, but if the tires go 50,000 miles and you rotate them every 5,000 at $20 per rotation, that's already $200 over the life of the tires. read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. CLERK JEREMY WILL LIE TO YOU AND OWNER ANGELA BITHER STANDS BEHIND BAD EMPLOYEES RATHER THAN GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS. I started going there just as Don retired last year and his daughter took over. It seems the business is going down hill fast. First was my BMW, the drive train was rattling in second gear. I took it in and asked that they use genuine BMW parts. Jermey at the front counter said he would. Instead they used off market parts causing me to return with the same problem. This time they used BMW parts and actually inspected the drive train to find out the problem was not all the parts they replaced but the actual drive train. Two trips for a problem they could have solved the first time had they just inspected the drive train. Then just a few weeks later while on my way to work my car stats steaming. I make it to work and had a tow truck take me and the car to Don's Tires. The mechanic quickly identifies the problem and tells Jeremy and me. It is q quick fix he said. But Jeremy being quite lazy kept my car in their shop from 9 am when I arrived till almost 2:30 pm. I lost the job because they kept telling me it would be done in fifteen minutes and I kept telling my boss just another 15 minutes. All they needed to do was pop a piece back in place and re fill the fluid. Five long hours. Then my wife's BMW went in because it's check engine light was on. They kept my wife's car overnight like they like to do with most cars so they don't have to rush. Instead of repairing the evap hoses like they were supposed to, Jeremy had their mechanic fix a minor oil leak that we have known about since we bought the car. They reset the car engine light and a few days later the light comes back on. I go to the shop and ask Jeremy why they didn't fix the problem we came in for. He then lies to me in front of the other person Denise and tells me my wife's car had leaked 4 quarts of oil. If it had there would have been knocking and the oil light would have been on. I explained to him that I even spoke with their mechanic about it and he explained that it was very minor and he didn't even put oil in the car because it wasn't low. They supposedly fixed the oil leak and just as we brought it home it's leaking even more oil now. When we took it back to the mm and asked that they do the repairs they claimed to have done earlier, they claim that it's now leaking from somewhere else? And when I asked why they didn't locate this leak when they were supposed to locate all the leaks after pouring dye into the oil? Very ad business. I have spent a few thousand on them trying to get my cars repaired. In fact during one repair which was my wife's headlight, they couldn't repair it because they didn't know how. So I took it to Marty's on San Pablo Ave. he found that for some reason Don's cut the wire to my lights when they tried to remove it. They NEVER told us about it just that they couldn't fix it. Marty fixed it in less than 15 minutes and installed a new light. Stay far away from this business. When Don ran it it was a great place to do business. Now that his daughter runs it it has become a dump. read more

I had 4 nails in my two rear tires and needed them patched right away. The tires in my car are very large, high performance tires and replacing them on the spot is not an option. Don's got to work immediately, didn't give me any BS or upsell crap, and did good work patching both rears. They even torqued my lugnuts to the correct spec, which is important on high performance vehicles. If you're driving a high end car with large wheels you take a risk with tire repair shops, because some can be careless and damage your wheel surface. Worse it's difficult these days to find honest shops that do what you need and don't attempt to take advantage of the average person's lack of car knowledge. I know a huge amount about cars and I'm always watching for the details that indicate that I'm working with people who will do the job right, which is why it's important to point out the quality work Don's Tire does. read more

I've had mixed experiences at Don's Tire Service. My tires don't last even close to as long as what the "rating" says. Maybe they last 1/2 as long. Their prices are good, but it seems like they specialize in "b" level Korean brands and not the traditional BF Goodrich, Goodyear, Michelin type tires, but I could be way off about that. All I know is that I keep getting these tires that always seem to have annoying problems like losing air for no reason. Most recently, I had a major defect in my brand new tire and it was something that they would've just repaired on the spot for free at Big O. At Don's you have to pay up front for the repair and wait a week until they find out if it will be covered under warranty. And then they only cover the actual tire, not the labor and not the disposal of the old crappy tire, or anything else. It was annoying to have to spend $25 and an hour of wait time on a tire defect that wasn't my fault. And more annoying that Don's didn't call me about the refund for the tire like they said they would- I had to practically harass them before they issued the refund. A huge hassle that I wouldn't have had to deal with at a larger company. As much as I liked the "family owned" feel at Don's, part of the appeal was that the staff never seemed to change and there was some consistency in the service. Now things seem different, different front office staff, and less customer service orientation like they used to have. read more

Wow - I have been comming here along time and Saturday's experience really reminded me what a local vendor means. Dropped the car off in the morning and spent the rest of the day running around. Got back to Don's just before 4 (when I thought they closed). Found a note on the door explaining that they closed at 3 and they had tried to reach me on my old # all day. Now they were not going to be open until Monday - but, they left an after hours #, which I called and spoke with Don's lovely daughter. She said she would return to the shop )from Benicia!) and open up so I could get my car back! Now, that is what I call service! There are four of us standing outside Don's Tire Service's doors on a Saturday at 9:25a. They are still closed despite saying they should be open at 9a. They are not supposed to be closed today (no signage or mention of this on their customer service line). I don't recommend this place. read more

I had a disappointing experience and recommend people to go somewhere else. I called Don's yesterday to see if he had a particular tire I was looking for. He said he had it at a nearby warehouse but needed to order it if I wanted it by today, which I did. So I told him to order a set of 4 even though the out the total price he quoted me (tires, mount/balance, valve stems, alignment, sales tax) seemed kind of high to me. I was desperate to change my tires ASAP and at that point was willing to pay the higher price, thinking that it was worth it to support a family run business, etc. Plus their shop seemed to have fairly good reviews so I thought, why not. Don called me back to let me know he had placed the order, and that the tires should arrive at his shop this morning. I then told him thanks and that I would be in around 8 am, when they open. He was pretty friendly on the phone, so I thought so far, so good. I got there around 8:30 am, only to have one of his employees tell me that my tires weren't there and that the morning tire deliveries don't usually come in until 11 am - noon. Which of course already made me a little upset because I would imagine that Don, being the owner, would know that and could've told me to wait until noon to come in or could've offered to call me first to confirm that they were at his shop before having me drive there. But I reluctantly agreed to come back later when my tires were delivered and made an appointment with them to come back at noon. The employee who was helping me agreed to give me a courtesy call to verify that my tires were delivered, as I didn't want to show up a 2nd time today and hear that they still weren't there. At that point I just wasn't having a good vibe about this place and decided to shop around for better prices. I drove to Sears in Hilltop Mall, Richmond. Talk about service! I was totally cared for by their super friendly employees from the time I walked in to the time I left. They had the tires I needed, and the total price was about $100 cheaper than Don's, PLUS I got the road hazard warranty which Don's didn't cover. After pricing the tires, I called Don's back and told them I wanted to cancel my tire order and my appointment. Apparently lack of communication seems to be a common theme as the tire delivery guy ended up calling me a few hours later letting me know that my tires I had ordered were at Don's shop. He also sounded somewhat irritated that no one at the shop had told him that I had canceled the order. Sigh, join the club. Perhaps others have had a good experience there, but I didn't. I don't feel good about going to a place that charges high prices (c'mon, $105 for a freakin' alignment? Sears was $70!!) and doesn't treat their customers right. I wanted to like them and give them my business seeing as they're family-owned, but I was highly disappointed. read more

I've been going to Don's for the past couple of years for tire servicing. They are an amazing shop and one of the most honest businesses I've ever come across--I felt compelled to write a beautiful Yelp recommendation because of my most recent experience there... Hands down, this is the best tire shop in the Bay Area. Don's was referred to me by Patti's Auto Service (the best service shop in the Bay Area -- common theme here). When I asked Patti's if they can do a wheel alignment for my Subaru, they said that Don's is the only tire shop they recommend -- the best and biggest alignment racks around. So the first time I went to Don's, they estimated my alignment might be around $45. When I came to pick up my car, the service guy basically said: oh, we only had to do a really minor adjustment on one wheel only; going to knock the cost down to $20. (!!) I was so pleasantly surprised -- this is an amazing shop to be so honest and focused on customer value! The next time I went there was to purchase a new set of tires (Continental ContiExtreme Contact). After pricing out Tire Rack, and another shop in San Rafael, I just tried out Don's to see what they could do. They didn't disappoint and their price easily beat even Tire Rack with mounting and balancing (on all four tires)!! So this last time, I had my girlfriend's Jeep Cherokee go in for alignment, two new tires and an oil change. They had completed nearly everything except the oil change -- unfortunately, the power went out for that section of Berkeley. So there's this long list of service items, but with the power out they couldn't tally it up on the computer. By hand, Don and I triple-checked the costs, sales tax to the applicable items, and I wrote out a check. No worries... The following business day, a service manager called me to apologize that with the power out, they couldn't complete the oil change or give me a computerized receipt. She also told me that after processing my service bill, they slightly over-charged me. Would I prefer to get a return credit via my credit card or a check mailed to me? Oh my goodness!! This is just an amazing testament that honest mechanics do exist, especially here at Don's. With all the horror stories of getting ripped-off by auto shops, I'm so glad to report that Don's Tire has the most integrity of any business I've ever come across. I highly recommend that any one who needs new tires or wheel alignment for their car should go to Don's. If I could, I'd give them another star for honesty and integrity. read more

If you have a tire problem.. GO TO DON'S!! Seriously!! It was raining today (the day I stopped at Don's). I had a audible leak in my tire... I had to pick up BOTH of my kids in about 1 hour!!! I was STRESSED!!! Don offered me HIS car! WOW! BUT instead... He got one of his specialist to put my spare on. I picked up #1 child from school.... THEN waited went back to Don's... waited about 15 minutes and the tire was repaired and placed on my car in time to pick up child #2!!! ALL FOR 35 bucks!!!! Great service, quirky fun employees!!
