I walked in on Tuesday at 5:00pm and it wasn't done so I returned the following day around noon, only to find out that it was still not ready. When it was finally ready, I picked it up, paid $8 for cleaning (a little expensive for just a shirt) and went home. There were stains on the shirt. The shirt went in without stains and came out with them. I will never use this place again, there are so many other dry cleaners to go to and I would rather drive half an hour than go to this one right near my house. 1 star, do not recommend to anyone. Low quality, low value, poor service.

I brought the shirts back and they agreed to redo them, but when I picked them up again, the stains were still there. I spoke with the owner this time, and unfortunately, she became somewhat defensive and implied that the stains may have already been there. What makes that difficult to believe is that both shirts had very similar stains, which would seem to suggest they came from the same source. Nevertheless, she agreed to redo them once more. To my surprise, when I returned for the third time, the same stains were still there. The employee working that day told me the owner would call me. I never received a call--no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to take accountability or resolve the issue. I've also had a few instances in the past when items were not ready when promised and was met with less-than-welcoming customer service. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and effort to make things right is what I find unacceptable and unprofessional. They also own Perfectly Pressed Cleaners, so I would recommend checking the reviews for both locations when deciding where to take your clothing.
