Waited around til closing time for a refund, nobody showed. Like a fool I returned today & washer malfunctioned. Called same posted #, asked for refund, reminded them how I was treated & cheated last time. Was accused of using too much soap. Sorry been doing laundry for decades, only use quarter cap bc I know machines are efficient. Got nowhere, got hung up on again. Called police who advised to file complaint w Better Business Bureau as this place has no attendant on duty to even complain to & though people are getting ripped off not a criminal matter. Complaint filed w BBB as well as another with state office of Weights & Measures. Don't use this place, go across the street to laundromat in shopping center or elsewhere. You are wasting your time & money being accused of breaking the machines & then being treated like crap.

Went to this laundromat for the first time today. Busy place (depending on the time of day I…read moresuppose) but they have tons of washers and dryers, including 3 very large ones. There was an extremely helpful attendant on duty and the place was very clean. In fact an older gentleman was there constantly wiping down machines, picking up dryer sheets that fell in the ground and kept doing stuff the whole time I was there. And I saw the attendant wiping down chairs and constantly busy. I was quite impressed with the place and definitely recommend. Oh, and it's open 24 hours if you need that! Located next to the Weis in Randolph. Very convenient.

The machines worked just fine. Clothes dried in normal mount of time. Staff was friendly as well. The place is messy for sure. Bags of clothes piled high to the ceiling at the entrance. Open bags of clothes all around. Just supper messy and sloppy. Would prefer everyone's dirty and clean bagged laundry out of sight. The location is good and everyone keeps to themselves. It is a small place but they have a lot of machines and a good ton of baskets for use. I would visit this place again. But if they cleaned up and made some improvements then it would be a better place. I'm assuming Hispanics frequent this laundry mat, as the TVs were set to news Chanel's in Spanish. But the last two times we have been there, we showed up prior to their listed closing time, but they were already closed. So we had to leave our clothes in the washer overnight. The first time, we got there around 9:30pm (their sign says "last wash @ 9pm and closes @ 10pm), and the lady told us we couldn't get our clothes. We were dumbfounded and asked her why not, if they are open until 10? She said it's bc the last wash is 10 but if no one is actively washing at 9, they just close down. The second time, we had to switch our clothes from the washer to the dryer and figured if we got there by 9, which is supposed to be the last wash, that they're be no problem, since it was 9:00 exactly and we didn't even need to wash, we were already just moving to drying. At 9:00 exactly we pulled up and it was closed. Lights out, doors locked. So much for last wash being at 9....now we have to leave our wet clothes in the washer overnight AGAIN! What's the point in posting hours on the window if they don't even follow their hours??! Moreover, it's always extremely hot in there... No air conditioning and all that equipment emanating heat...I have sweat dripping down my face just from walking in to load the dryer. If we find another laundromat that's almost just as close, this will be the last time we ever go here for sure. It's not worth the aggregation and the close proximity to our house doesn't make up for the inconveniences that we've had to deal with. Tip to the owners: don't post hours in your window if you aren't going to follow them... Or hire some employees that aren't so lazy that they close up the second that they assume no one is coming in anymore, even if it's prior to "closing time," just so they can rush home. I have a job too, and sometimes I'd love to just go home early, but if I'm supposed to be in the office until at least 5 and sometimes later if I'm not done working on an assignment...I do my job and leave when it's actually over...
