No lie. She did not clean the beds of my nails. I actually had to ask her to clean my pinky toe. She gave it a half ass attempt. She did not file or shape. My nails are all different shapes. I picked a light white/cream color and she did two extremely fast coats and a top coat and left. I sat there for a few minutes thinking she was coming back bc the polish was pooled at several of my cuticles that she half removed. There was polish on every single one of my cuticles and on the side of several of my toes on the skin. I thought for sure she was going to come back and clean them up. Nope. After almost 10 minutes, I had to flag down a different worker and ask her if she could fix my nails. You could tell by her expression, she was very surprised by the way they looked. She needed to take the polish off the pinky toe and clean it up like I asked previously and every toe needed at least another coat of polish bc it was thin. The nice woman that fixed it, touched my leg two different times and said "I'm so sorry". I just about walked about barefoot and didn't pay. The original woman came over and wouldn't even look at me. I literally could have done a better job painting them myself. It looked like my daughter painted them when she was 4. There is 5-6 coats of polish and it's thick and ugly. I have a huge party on Sunday and need to repaint them. I think they should do it for free. Needless to say, I will never go back.

The staff was very friendly and provided good education for our service and scalp health. I had Sammy, who was very nice and good at her job. We were given a phone to view the real-time images of the inspection of our scalps. So, if we had product build up or dry scalp, we could see that. We did the hydrotherapy service, which was 75 minutes and $105. It consisted of the scalp analysis, scalp massage, exfoliation, hydration and deep cleansing. We also got shoulder and neck massages, as well as hand massages. It was wonderful! At the end of the service, they revisited the magnifier on our scalps and we could see the difference! With this service, they blow dry your hair to about 75% but they don't style it. I highly recommend trying this out!

Once you lay down, they give you a blanket and a little heating pad which was so darn cozy! Then begins the hair goodness or massage/rinse/massage/head scratch, rinse and repeat quite literally. It was super soothing though at times I did feel like the scratching was a biiiit intense for me -- they are incredibly receptive though and do check in to see whether things are at an appropriate pressure for you so you can always ask that they lighten what they're doing. We had the 45 minute slot and it was very relaxing overall. They do a damp dry afterwards so as not to remove all the moisture and goodness they just put into your hair. I will say this was slightly underwhelming compared to other parts of the service, but overall it was a really nice time, particularly for their very fair price. Call and make an appointment so you can have some zen time, either alone or with a friend! The gals here were super sweet and I would totally consider going back.
