This store has earned the lowest possible rating and a strongly negative review. My 90-year-old…read moremother with very difficult-to-fit feet bought a $200 pair of shoes from this store with the money I gave her for her birthday. Unfortunately, the shoes did not work for her when she tried them on again at home with her various compression socks. When she went to the store to return the unworn shoes with her receipt one week later, the owner told her there were no returns on her shoes. When I called and spoke to the owner to tell him why I believed that he had treated my mother unfairly and would give him a chance to make things right before I wrote a negative review, he accused me of threatening him. Instead of letting me explain why my elderly mother was unaware of his no-return policy, he yelled, "There are signs all over the store." Instead of listening to me, he talked over me. Consequently, he was unable to hear that my elderly mother did not see the "no returns" signs. She lives with chronic pain, and at her advanced age it is very difficult for her to shop. This is why she did not see the signs. Also, the sales clerk did not inform her of the no- return policy when she bought the shoes. Because of my mother's very difficult-to-fit elderly feet, she never would have bought the shoes if she had known she would not be able to take them home and try them on again with the various compression socks she must wear throughout the day and seasons of the year. The owner could have provided courteous customer service and listened to my explanation of why I believe his store treated my mother unfairly, but he chose not to do so. You can decide on your own if you want to spend your money at a store like this. If you do choose to shop here, be aware that you cannot return the shoes you buy--or your elderly parents buy. There is not a 30-day guarantee as one of the reviews claims. On a positive note, I am grateful to the sales clerk who recognized my mother's frail condition and took her payment while she remained seated so she would not have to walk to the register. I wish I had been there because I assume I would have seen the no-return signs since I am not elderly and do not live with chronic pain. Unfortunately, I do not live in Temple and could not be there to see the signs and protect my mother from this store's policy. Consequently, my elderly mother who subsists on social security is stuck with $200 shoes ($226 with tax) that are uncomfortable and impossible to wear with most of her compression socks. The owner told me to go ahead and post my review. He is apparently happy and satisfied with this outcome. I hope this review will protect other people, especially those who are elderly and/or those with chronic pain, who shop at his store.

Piece that inserts into your nostril was too large and did not allow me to exhale. Instead Rotech suggested I tape it to my face in place below my nose. Rotech also suggested to breath in through my nose and out through my mouth while sleeping. Rotech also suggested I place it in a different place. (Not sure what they meant by that but assumed the lady meant for me to place in my mouth.) Had to return to ER. Rotech did not even try calling me the following day to follow up on the issue. So I called back at 11am the next day and told they could ship out some different pieces that would be a day or two. They could not provide any other option other than me going to the Temple, TX Rotech shop myself. I guess they think I don't have a job at is an hour away from the Temple location and no way to take the day off to get the piece. Their rep should have made sure everything worked at fit correctly before I left the hospital, especially since I have never used an oxygen machine except at the hospital where the piece the hospital used fit just fine. Be careful, very careful. Don't expect prompt service nor a return call.

Long story short, filed a claim, went to Safelite but, the cost was too high and my insurance didn't cover the entire job. And they didn't leave with much options in terms of financing. I had same scenario with the dealership. Instead of paying $1,300.00+ for the windshield replacement and sensor calibration, I went here and paid half for the same quality of work I would've gotten at the dealership. I highly recommend this place. Talk to Nabeel, he's a straight shooter. Don't be alarmed if he seems angry. He'll tell what your options are and what the worst case scenario would be.
