This Sienna is by far one of the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. Isabel, the general manager has handled the last 2 sales. Steve one of the maintenance guys, is great, and always seems to have a unique fix for strange issues that come up. I haven't always been happy with the service especially when I tried to get a ramp check about 14 monthis ago. To be fair, Covid19 was still an issue, and they had just hired a new service manager, ( he is gone now). Initially, years ago, I was not to happy to learn that I had to pay an iventory tax, but that is a company policy not the dealers problem, and I learned to live with it. Isabel and her people have always responded to meet my needs. They have kept my vehicles in good shape, and they take my old vehicle back on trade in. I am fortunate as a veteran the VA pays for the cost of the conversion, while I only pay the cost of the new vehicle. This vehicle allows me to go places, that I could not otherwise go. Its better than carrying a wheelchair on the back of a truck or car. The ramp van restored my freedom to do what I want to do with out depending on someone else. (To be sure in 2020, I purchased a vehicle from Mobility Works, that dealer was hard to work with, their personal would say things that were not fact. They just did not know how to treat people.) My inital vehicle and the last two have come from United Access. If I ever need another van I will return to United Access. Thanks to the people of United Access for everything they do for me and other veterans.

My vague recollection is that a woman had a green knee brace that you could pull on almost like hose but gripped much tighter. Needless to say, Liberty Pharmacy & Medical Supply did not have any such knee brace. They did have an assortment of braces for your arms and legs. The pharmacist was kind to point me to the section of the pharmacy that had the braces. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the brace I was seeking. Thus, my search continues...

Just looked at me and said "if it's not on that shelf we don't have it." Awful customer service. You should at least look into it and offer an alternative (which they did have but I had to hunt for it. I will Not be returning because of the lack of care for customers. And I'm sure I'm joining the chorus of praise for the company who's embraced being the battery champs. A quick set-up and maybe a cautionary tale. My car had been starting slowly and I thought I would wait for my annual inspection to get the battery checked. But yesterday, I went to the grocery and as I went in the rear deck wouldn't open. Tried the remote, the switch on the deck and on the dash. Nothing. When I came out of the store, the remote wouldn't unlock the doors. I manually opened the door and in my Oh-S moment I prayed. Thankfully it started. I had to do something NOW. I drove immediately to AutoZone, went inside and Dominic left the counter immediately. He tested the battery: One cell was dead and the battery was draining fast. He and his coworkers worked together to find a high quality, warranted replacement. He and his coworkers also worked together to get the battery swapped out free of charge. Recycling of the old battery was free, too. In desperate, out relieved in 30-minutes. "Hallelujah AutoZone"

My Cub Cadet riding mower needed service. I found A Line was an authorized dealer and serviced the…read moreCub Cadet line of products. There website did not suggest you had to have an appointment so I loaded up the mower and drove a half hour, arriving around 4:30 PM on a Thursday. There were three or four cars in the parking lot and no noticeable service bay entrance. I called to make sure I was in the right place for Cub Cadet riding mower service and that they were actually open for business. A guy answered and explained they would open the back receiving door after I came in to their service/sales counter. Great, open and in the right place! As soon as I walked in, with no other customers in the large showroom, a gentleman behind the counter asked how he could help. I caught the eye of other guy I must have spoken with a few minutes before and I said something to the effect "I just called and need to drop off my riding mower for service." The older guy immediately said they could not take my mower in today. I asked him if they serviced Cub Cadet riding mowers and he said they did but they could not take it. I was puzzled by his response yet he did not give me any additional information. I hesitated for a minute, then turned to walk out. As I pushed the door open, he finally added that if someone picked up their mower, they could take another one in. WTF? Sounds like they need to update their website to recommend calling first, or submitting a service ticket on line. This was a terrible example of customer service. Is their service attitude an indicator of why their showroom was void of customers? Do they rely heavily on fleet sales and service? Commercial accounts? I don't know. What I do know is I was sincerely disappointed with the first impression from the guy at the counter. I have owned four riding mowers so far (yes, I'm old) and I guarantee this will be the last Cub Cadet. I'm sure they don't care.

I had driven to Round Rock to go to IKEA, and when I came back out to my car, it wouldn't start. To make matters worse, my hood latch was broken. I managed to fix the latch enough to jump the car and drive to the closest AutoZone. When I got there, I went inside and asked Justin if he could check my battery and alternator. He immediately grabbed his tools and came outside to help me. At this point I was flustered and stressed, and when he asked me to open the hood, I accidentally opened the gas tank instead. Justin never once made me feel embarrassed. He was patient, calm, and kind the entire time. Using a flashlight I handed him, he helped locate the latch, opened the hood, and started checking everything. He tested the battery, starter, and alternator, and all came back good. Then, without hesitation, he checked the battery terminals because my dad suggested they might be loose. Sure enough, the grounding terminal was loose. Justin tightened everything down, secured the battery terminals properly, and even noticed the battery safety bracket in the back was loose. Even though he absolutely did not have to, he took the extra time to secure the battery safely into the housing for me. The entire interaction was handled with patience, grace, and a genuinely kind attitude. I arrived around 8:45 PM and was worried the store might be closing at 9:00 PM, but Justin never rushed me once. I know helping customers is part of the job, but kindness like that matters. I was fully prepared to buy a new AutoZone battery if needed, but Justin made a stressful night so much easier, and because of him, I'll absolutely continue being an AutoZone customer.
