My brother got his power wheelchair from National Seating and Mobility. They were simply multiple horrible experiences, one after another, from the beginning. When his chair started malfunctioning and National Seating and Mobility said it would be 5 months before they could schedule time to even evaluate what the chair needed, I desperately looked for anyone else who could help. I found Martin Mobility. Within 2 days they had diagnosed the problem and within a week had fixed it. Since then, they have continued to maintain his power chair, always bringing him another power chair to use for the interim. They are courteous, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. I needed to rent a lift recliner chair for my dad who is in assisted living. I made several calls. Some places would only sell them. One place tried to high pressure me to pay over the phone without seeing the chair, they said they only had ONE left and better get my credit card or it would be gone, and also told me I could get my insurance to reimburse me by mailing the receipts, and they wanted $ 580 a month rent., and said that "was discounted 30% from their weekly rate" .. Then I called Martin Mobility. The man told me insurance NEVER pays for it, he was the ONLY one who asked for my dads height and weight before quoting me a price, and they charge $250 to $300- so $330 a month LESS than the high pressure company, for an APPROPRIATLY sized chair, and he said they had "PLENTY" in stock. SO guess who I decided to trust? read more

They were wonderful the most courteous young lady work there and took care of my needs immediately knew exactly what I needed and was able to order it and get it to me in short order I will definitely deal with this store again it would be wonderful if more facilities were as nice as they were. We rented a scooter for a family member to go to Branson. On the way home our truck broke down and by the time we got the truck back two weeks had passed. It was rented for a week. We got our luggage into a rental car but couldn't fit the scooter. Between insurance approval and the repair there was nothing we could do. Martin Mobility went above and beyond for us. They didn't penalize us, they understood it was beyond our control. The customer service is excellent and we really appreciate it. Customers for life. read more

I'm really upset with Martin Mobility. My 87 year old mother ordered a $2000 Zero Gravity chair from them in September. She ordered one in one of the colors that they came in & it had heating & massage, nothing special about the order. It took 2 months. She has severe lymphedema and needs her legs up high. She received it in November. The chair foot doesn't lift as high as the Zero gravity says it does, has a hard lump in the seat & it leans to the left. She called them & they sent out the manufacturer a month later. He was mean to her, wouldn't sit in it to see what she meant and told her she was wrong. We called Martin Mobility & they said they couldn't do anything because she had 7 days from the point of sale. They gave her the number of the Manufacturer & said to call them. They are ridiculous. What a waste of money. read more
