Cesar, the Project Manager, came out on both install days and again at the end to walk it with us. Israel led the crew and checked in with me throughout -- he actually spotted a sprinkler leak before any work started. They leveled the soil first, so the grade came out smooth and even. Two things stood out. They left us a spare patch of turf in case we ever need to repair a section. And the cleanup was immaculate -- you genuinely could not tell there'd been a crew tearing up the yard that morning. Communication was the best part. Email, text, phone, in person -- always knew what was happening and when. No complaints at all.

Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with.
