Spicy Cumin Lamb Hand Ripped Noodles: Just perfect. House made fresh noodles that are so much more chewy and delicious than the dried kind. Flavorful spiced lamb, which is a such a treat when most Chinese restaurants just focus on the big 3 of beef, chicken and pork. Plus such a nice sauce with a good tang; so thankful for that bib!
