I found Donerd's Donuts while scrolling aimlessly and immediately added it to my "Adventures To Be Had" list. While in the area, I decided to stop in and see what all the hype was about. Fun fact: I had tried the Jim Thorpe location the day before and nearly cried into my coffee--only 4 lonely donuts left in the entire shop. Thankfully, the Bethlehem location came through in a big way! Donerd's is a classic donut-and-coffee shop--nothing else. Limited inside seating, quick service, and designed to get you your sugary fix and on your way. If you want to sit for a minute, there are public benches nearby, perfect for devouring your treats in the sunshine. They rotate their menu weekly, with "first/third/fifth week" flavors and "second/fourth week" flavors, plus a donut of the week. Luckily, my targets--the bacon maple and Nutella maple pecan--are weekly favorites. Walking in and seeing a case full of donuts waiting for me was pure joy. The bacon maple donut: fluffy, perfectly soft donut, smooth maple frosting, and a generous sprinkle of crumbled bacon perched on top. A classic done right. The Nutella maple pecan donut: oh my goodness. This thing was an ALL-STAR. Heavy, decadent, and packed full of Nutella filling in every single bite--no gaping, empty donut holes here. Topped with maple frosting and chopped pecans, each bite was heavenly. I may or may not have eaten the whole thing in one sitting while consoling myself with the box's encouragement: "You deserve a donut." Total damage: $8. Worth. Every. Penny. Slightly more than a big chain (you know the one that starts with Dun and ends with kin), but the freshness and quality make it 100% worth it. No on-site parking, but plenty of free street parking on Sundays. Staff were polite and efficient--pointed in service, but that's fine; I didn't come to chat, I came to eat donuts. If you're in Bethlehem and craving donuts that make your taste buds do backflips, Donerd's is your stop. Just get there early if you have your eye on a specific flavor...some of the others were already sold out by 1:30pm on Sunday.

If you are a donut shop, I will sniff you out wherever you are! Donerds was not going to be the exception! With a comfortable one mile walk from Wind Creek Casino, I treaded on the greenway taking a much needed scenic route away from the ting-ting-ting slot action of the casino. Donerds was clean, modern and cartoonish in style! It was enjoyable and artsy! A comfortable nook with a mannequin that I had mistaken for a customer until I came into the store. So many choices ! They have a cannoli donut! Wow! I really wanted the crème brûlée donut but settled for the glazed one. With first bite, there was sugar but not overwhelming sweetness! I was glad for that! The donut is yeast raised and soft, fresh, and fluffy. Prices are affordable. The glazed set me back $2.25. There are also French macarons and fancier donuts too. I felt I wanted to try one of the basics to get a feel. I didn't spy any jelly donuts though, but an interesting cherry pistachio fancy one! The one employee was very nice! I thought for sure the donut would have a wax paper to grab it but nope just bare bones donut in a bag! Still, I was very satisfied! It was worth the trek!

Small and cute little donut shop in South Side Bethlehem. Had some seating to enjoy your sweet treat. They had a decent amount of options we came around 2pm on a Sunday. We ordered 2 glaze, a cannoli inspired donut, maple bacon donut, and an apple fritter. Came to about $15. All soft and delicious. Street parking (Sunday is free parking). Service was okay. Not too much interaction, but still friendly enough for the short time we were there.

pistachio raspberry, blueberry lemon cheesecake, strawberry french toast, and "the homer"

Everything tasted amazing! I have no complaints about the taste or texture whatsoever. My only complaints is that for the pistachio raspberry, the cream in the middle is a slightly flavored bavarian cream, and I tasted no raspberry unfortunately. And for the lemon blueberry cheesecake, I found no cheesecake flavor at all. It was just a lemon curd bavarian cream inside as well. Both still amazing regardless. We also had gotten a BEC bagel but would not recommend that, and the coffee is really good! Would recommend :)

Let me preface with I do not like the donuts at all. More aesthetic than anything. Very overbearingly sweet. I also don't like yeast donuts but still wanted to try regardless because of the crazy flavors The owner however is very polite and offered a free dozen to make up for it which is always great to see The shop is kept clean and cute inside. Def a good addition to the area Don't let this deter you from going. Still try and support local businesses. I just give my honest take

$7.75 for two donuts....uggg

It's a nice clean place, with very friendly staff. The donuts on the other hand, are no better than Dunkin. In fact they tasted exactly like Dunkin with super sweet toppings and fake tasting cream. $7.75 for two donuts... and they both were just meh.... I don't know how this store hangs on..

Giving donards 4 stars mostly because the macaron I got was not good at all (crème brûlée). I didn't even eat the whole thing - never in my life have I not finished a macaron. It genuinely tasted pretty bad I can't explain it. No flavor almost tasted like plastic. The donut I got was pretty okay. I got the maple bacon - which I didn't it was $4 lol. It tasted much better than the donut. But still not worth $4 at all Giving 4 stars despite this because the staff was SOOOO nice. I was there at 10am on November 18th. The two girls working were amazing and we had nice conversation. Improve your recipes and prices and you've got a 5 star establishment. Again the donut was fine , the macaron was very bad.

Grabbed four types of donuts from Donerd's after seeing a post about them on a Facebook group I'm in. Decided to try the Homer (pink frosted with sprinkles), Bacon Maple, Take 5, and Cannoli. First impression of the business was clean and bright with fun music and the woman who helped me was friendly. The four donuts ran nearly $16 which is why this is not a 5 star review. I have no problem spending money on something that's worth it, but roughly $4 per donut is pretty steep. The homer was what it should be. This reminded me of the strawberry frosted donut from Dunkin' 15 years or so ago before Dunkin' became even further processed trash that they're trying to make maximum profit off of. That was my favorite donut from Dunkin', so this was a good start. The Bacon Maple is something I try anywhere that carries them because it's a killer combination and everywhere does them slightly differently. This was a very good donut and I do not regret the purchase at all. There is another maple bacon semi locally that I prefer, but that does not mean this wasn't excellent. The Take 5 was very good, but did not remind me of a take 5 bar. If this wasn't labeled Take 5, I would have never made that association. The cannoli was very good. The cannoli cream was just sweet enough without being too sweet and making it overkill. Adding the chocolate chips was smart and made it feel even more like a cannoli. I think the only thing that could have elevated that at all was perhaps some small pieces of cannoli shell on top. All in all I really enjoyed these but they would be a very rare treat because of the price. Regardless - Donerd's Donuts in Bethlehem, PA - Didn't Suck! Homer (pink), Boston Crème, and Sour Cream

Stopped in on a Wednesday morning around 11. The donuts are delicious. I ordered a Sour Cream, Boston Creme, and a Homer. I personally prefer more of a sour cream cake donut where as these were all glazed, but it was really good. The Boston Crème was amazing. The chocolate on top was what really sent it home. The Homer was good and the pink icing tasted like cake icing. A little too sweet for me, but I did eat three donuts total so the last one is going to be sweet no matter what. I would definitely come again and bring these to a family party or breakfast for work.

Went in with high hopes after hearing all the hype. Started with a Matcha Tea Latte' and an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. Matcha had a good flavor, but was far from hot and the only thing 16oz was the cup - not the contents. The espresso didn't have that punchy coffee flavor and the brown sugar syrup had a funny almost synthetic flavor. Our two doughnuts: Boston Cream and Cannoli were fine, but not up to the premium price being charged.

Yummy donuts!

Honestly, the overall rating came down ultimately to the chicken. The service was great, ambience…read morewas chill, and the tablet menu was refreshing and fun to use. Oh, and there's no shortage of free parking at this restaurant. First off, the picture on the menu showed a little bowl for the onion stew, whereas what I got was onion stew spread over the chicken. The stew itself was tasty, but for both the stew and grilled chicken, a bit more tenderness and less chewiness would certainly have elevated both dishes. The red beans and plantains were fine, but the yellow rice lacked any discernible flavour which was disappointing. I believe this place has what it takes to be even better and that both dishes should have been better. I hope they continue to improve and serve the locals (and non-locals) for many more years.

The restaurant made a serious mistake and refuse to admit it or make any compensation…read more I made a pickup order from Uber Eats, but the order vanished before I get to the restaurant. Then I thought the order was cancelled but I didn't receive any refund. I called the restaurant and they said the order was complete. But I never got the food. This means that the restaurant probably gave it to other people by mistake. However, they didn't admit this mistake and claimed they are not responsible for this. They did not show any sincerity nor gave me any compensation for this problem.
