I was told 'seven minutes' and then after 15 more minutes, I asked if they were making our pizzas now. (Because I could see them looking chaotic and making our pizzas based on the toppings). Only then was I told, "yes. Something happened. They were made but they think someone took them. They were making them right away and they would be just a few more minutes." The pizzas were ready at 7:16. In that time, only one server asked me if I would like a drink while I waited. Once they were finished, they were each opened for me by the cook to make sure that they all looked good. I appreciated that. No communication and we paid full price and I left a cash tip. I've been here before and service is always lacking a bit and unorganized but this visit was crazy.

I ended up taking half of my pizza with me which I may have this evening for dinner or tomorrow for lunch. This is a thin crust pizza with an abundant amount of sauce on it, which I really like. The pepperoni cheese and sausage we represented completely across the pizza. The pricing is excellent and the restaurant, wow hometown and quaint has been there for over 60 years I believe, and I love how the walls are decorated with local history and of course, The Ohio State Buckeyes as well. They might have subs or a few other things, but I wouldn't know. Parking is worse than it used to be, but there were spots out front on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy inside. I just picked up, and it was hot and ready when they said it would be. It's not amazing, but it's good, and cheap, and handy. And nostalgic.

She told him to just bring it to Marco's. She gets her order and goes outside to her brother. While they were talking, an employee came outside and began yelling at her about delivering the order. She informed him that she had 5 minutes to spare on the delivery and that her brother was just giving her a gift. This man was irate. As he is going back towards the store, he proceeds to call my wife a "b***h", and my brother in law a "crack*r". They were genuinely confused and hurt by this interaction. I would like to speak to this employee one black man to another since he wants to dehumanize my family based on gender and race. They did nothing wrong to this man, other than talk in a parking lot. That did not warrant epithets.
