I was told 'seven minutes' and then after 15 more minutes, I asked if they were making our pizzas now. (Because I could see them looking chaotic and making our pizzas based on the toppings). Only then was I told, "yes. Something happened. They were made but they think someone took them. They were making them right away and they would be just a few more minutes." The pizzas were ready at 7:16. In that time, only one server asked me if I would like a drink while I waited. Once they were finished, they were each opened for me by the cook to make sure that they all looked good. I appreciated that. No communication and we paid full price and I left a cash tip. I've been here before and service is always lacking a bit and unorganized but this visit was crazy.

The pricing is excellent and the restaurant, wow hometown and quaint has been there for over 60 years I believe, and I love how the walls are decorated with local history and of course, The Ohio State Buckeyes as well. They might have subs or a few other things, but I wouldn't know. Parking is worse than it used to be, but there were spots out front on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy inside. I just picked up, and it was hot and ready when they said it would be. It's not amazing, but it's good, and cheap, and handy. And nostalgic.

Then go up the twisting road. It will turn into 5th Street when you straighten out. The pizza place will be a few blocks past this. I had a vegetable sub. It's about $8 for a footlong. This comes with mushrooms, olives, and tomatoes. Hours can be weird so pay attention. On weekends it opens later. The place is small inside with no seats so it's only takeout.
