The disappointing thing that happened was that despite repeated inquiries, my salad didn't arrive. Finally I decided to just give up because everyone was through eating and we had stuff to do. Just as we were getting up to go pay the bill the waitress came out of the kitchen with the salad. They offered to box it up form me and comp it, along with the shakes!
