We have tried to have conversations with them many times and every single time we get the same response. We can't control how busy we get after the online order comes in. There's nothing we can do. At no point did an owner or manager ever reach out to us. Well that is simply not true, you could have your web designer create a better system OR don't give a timeframe online rather send out a text when the order has been started signaling a 15-20 min pickup window.
