I was almost half way done when hers showed up, incorrect. I was almost done when hers finally came back, with no apology, no explanation, nothing. No one came back to ask how our meal was, and when we finished I had to ask someone for the bill, as no one came to see to us. I have never I'm my 30+ years of patronizing this restaurant had such abysmal service from staff so completely devoid of customer awareness. The food was still delicious, the value is still there, but the zombies waiting tables are like nothing I have ever experienced. We were so immensely disappointed in the experience, we may have to change our Christmas tradition. To the owners, you should take this seriously, your wait staff are the face and voice of your establishment, they can affect change adversely or proactively.
