The phone experience is chaotic--loud music, employees yelling across the restaurant, multiple conversations happening at once, and it's nearly impossible to hear the person taking your order. It feels completely disorganized and unprofessional. Today I called in a simple lunch special order and arrived about 25-30 minutes later. My food wasn't ready. I then waited another 15 minutes, meaning I spent 45 minutes waiting for a basic lunch special. It got worse when I arrived at my second job to eat. The meal was carelessly thrown together, the food looked like slop, the rice was all over the container, and I received pork instead of the chicken I ordered. To top it off, I got one tiny sweet plantain with the meal. When I called to explain the situation, I was told I had to bring the food back to get a refund. After being a loyal customer who eats here almost every day, that's the level of customer service I received. There are too many good Colombian restaurants in the area to keep rewarding poor service, incorrect orders, and a lack of accountability. This was my last visit. I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend this place based on my experience. Loyal customers deserve better.

When I asked about where the sign was displayed saying an automatic gratuity is charged, I couldn't get an answer. I typed it into the translator, and still did not get an answer. What is even worse is the restaurant did me wrong. and then acted like I'm the bad guy. I always gave a good tip when I came here. In the state of NJ, it is against the law to surprise people with gratuity charges on their bill. I am reporting this tomorrow. I hope their greed catches up with them. I can't come here anymore.
