Just ordered a pizza at 6:39pm tonight, it said it was out for delivery at 7:14 and I didn't get it to my door till after 8pm. There is no reason For a pizza to take that long for delivery. I only tipped her $5.00 and she didn't deserve that! Wish they would give me my tip back! Pizza was cold, and I wasn't surprised considering it sat in her car for an hour. It's sad. I order from them between 2-3 times a week. Tonight I called them letting them know they sent me the wrong salad. The manager Shanika Green answered and seemed upset with me that the salad was wrong. Before I can tell her I wanted a refund she hung up on me. I called back 4 minutes later to tell her to refund the money she gave me attitude again. I paused her and explained the first time I called she gave me an attitude then hung up on me and she's giving me attitude again. I then told her to put the salad in her a$$. She told me to f myself and hung up on me again. I can't even make this up. Too funny! But don't order from here until she is fired!!! We are on strike, only Johnny's pizza is allowed in my house from now on. read more

I ordered a couple of pizzas around 40 minutes ago. The delivery person delivered my pizzas next door to my neighbor's house. I called to complain but the manager hung up in my face twice. Ordered online this evening. Two sandwiches, two medium pizzas at 6:15. Showed up for carryout 20 minutes later, paid, and after thirty minutes of holding up the pick up window line, I was told they were trying to find my other pizza. After asking several times about my food, I told them I was coming in. I went in and there was my food. Sitting cold by the register. I'm not hard to please. I understand being overwhelmed at work. This was just unacceptable and unpleasant all the way around. The $26 I gave Domino's could have been better spent at Johnny's Pizza. tl;dr I spent the better part of an hour hanging out at Domino's Pizza because they couldn't "find" my order. read more

Chicken Alfredo bread bowl was good but at the very bottom it was a little undercooked. Service was fantastic though.

My delivery driver today delivered my pizza to some unknown location. I called the store about 45 minutes ago to maybe sort things out after the tracker said that the order had been "delivered". The person who answered, who i can only assume to be a manager, tried to convince me that the order had been delivered and that i should check with my neighbors and see who has it. (By the way i live in an apartment complex that with 8 other units in my building) The "manager" responded afterwards with "she delivered it because you have a white rocking chair in the front of you door." To which i told her that i didn't. The "manager" was extremely rude saying that "well, I believe my driver" and "i dont know what you want me to do" before reluctantly offering to make my order again sometime after next 2 hours. Terrible service! Employee didn't know what she was doing. When I walked in, there were other people waiting. Despite being at the counter for over 10 minutes, I was never greeted or acknowledged. Others in the building left from getting no service. I was eventually asked if I was making an order. I said yes, and the lady just turned around to mess with stickers and boxes. I should have left, but I waited another 15 minutes before speaking up. The employee called out "is someone going to take this lady's order?" She eventually attempted. I tried to use the chip reader, but after minutes of waiting, I was finally told that it didn't work. She tried I manually enter my debt card info, which she messed up and tried to claim was my fault. I eventually was able to order my lava cakes. I waited 40-45 minutes for something that should have taken 15. Fire her. read more

My boyfriend and I order from this location all the time and every time it has been a really good experience. Usually we get delivery, but we have the occasional pick up. We really like the thin crust pizza, some of the best. The online page is really easy to use and has a handy tracker on it. The only issue I have is that they have a 35 character limit for delivery instructions, which makes it very difficult for me to explain which apartment building I'm in and how to get to it. I know that's a corporate issue and not really any fault of the local place. They also have really great coupons on the website all the time. The website will even tell you when your item is not covered by the coupon or if you need to add more to it. In short, I have had great service and food from Domino's and I will continue to order from them. read more

I haven't had Domino's Pizza pizza in a long time. I did eat my fair share when going to college several years ago. Thought I would give it another try. It was a very pleasurable experience. Placed my order over the phone. Showed up about five minutes early and it was ready for pick up. Only saw one employee working at this location but she did a great job. Pizza tasted very good and I was pleased with my experience. I normally am a Johnny's Pizza House fan. But may have to slide in a Domino's Pizza every once in a while. read more

I've had issues in the past with this Domino's but never this bad. Placed order online at 5:38. The tracker said the pizza was ready at 6:00. At 6:30, I called to see why it wasn't yet out for delivery. After a 6 minute hold, being hung up on, and being treated as if I were bothering them, the 'manager' Maranda told me to cancel it if I didn't want it. They are consistently rude but I've overlooked it in the past. No more. I'm done. Too many other pizza places to put with that! read more

Easy process to order on line. Told me when pizza was ready so I could pick-up at store. Food was delicious - pizza and BBQ wings. Friendly staff at the drive up window. Great service - will be back again. read more
