The food is fantastic. I love the wings, fries, and especially the ranch, so I will give 2 stars for that only, but I can tell you that the wait is ridiculously long. You might as well order ahead up to an hour in advance. I don't know if the long wait is similar at every Wing Stop, but that has been my experience consistently here. They just take entirely too long. Also, I work for Doordash as a side job, and time is of the essence. When I pick orders up from here, I have to wait for a long period of time, which is inconvenient, to say the least. Sometimes I just don't accept orders from there if I am on a time crunch. Another thing is I can walk in and my presence won't be acknowledged for a few minutes sometimes, like I am not even standing there, and until I step up and say something. The last thing I want to tell others is they have forgotten to place my ranch in the bag multiple times. I had to turn around once and drive back to the restaurant, but now I ALWAYS check the bag, so make sure your sauces are in there! You can forget about receiving an apology if a mistake is made. Well 1st I called in my order and waited on hold for almost 10 (we drove from our location to their restaurant while on hold to see why we were still on hold nothing appeared to be going in as the girl who got on the phone was wondering around like a lost puppy ) get there and finally the girl gets back on the phone and takes my order . After placing my order and getting the order and getting home w it , the wings were so hard it was like eating bricks , the fries had No seasoning on them and they did not put all my order in the bag(celery sticks and carrot sticks ). I have eaten at this wingstop for 20 years. It used to be one of the best places to eat. Now, it has really gone downhill. I still get it often because I like the food, but there's a problem every time I go. Not sometimes. Every time. I always arrive when the app tells me my order is ready, and it is never ready when I get there. I usually have to wait an extra 30 minutes. Most of the time, there are other patrons there having the same problem. In order the same thing every time, and every time they forget the extra seasoning on my fries. Whenever I ask for it, they proceed to try to charge me for it. Same with the Cajun seasoning on the wings. It's left off frequently, and they try to charge me whenever I ask for it. At any given time, half the employees are walking around looking at their phones with AirPods in their ears, while the others scramble to get takeout orders ready. The girl at the register is always rude. As someone who runs a restaurant, it's truly unbelievable how mismanaged this place is and how horrible the employees are. As good as the food is when cooked right, there's no telling how profitable this place could be is it was run correctly. It's a shame. read more

I have to give Wingstop credit on Super Bowl Sunday. Placed an online order earlier in the day. I arrived right at my pick-up time. They had two tables set up with all of the online orders. They also had someone there helping you find your order and getting a signature for the order. I was skeptical with all of the orders on those tables that my order would be incorrect or the food would be cold. The order was correct and the food was still hot. Good job Wingstop for being very prepared for what has to be one of your busiest days of the year. read more

The waiter made me wait a very long time and didn't even tell me my total for a while, I was very upset about it but stayed patient, the worker asked me "are you gonna pay" and was very rude about it. So, I ordered 20 wings, at approximately 11:15, using the App. I understand things can get busy, but it's now 12:10 am, and it's still just showing that the order was placed...and the tracker hasn't moved....I would at LEAST expect it to be at "Perfecting Order" (the step just before Out For Delivery), or if there's a problem, at least I could have been given a phone call...but nope, not a word...and since it's after 12am, which is their closing time, there is no call answer when I phone them. West Monroe, LA Wingstop My favorite place to go until lazy workers were hired. About a month ago (about April 25, 2018), my husband and I ordered to go. I ordered 6 pc Hawaiian original w/ fries, ranch and a drink. My Hawaiian wings had been remade. They were originally lemon pepper... I know because I washed my sauce off after tasting the strong flavor of lemon pepper and what do you know, it revealed the lemon pepper. My fries (which are my favorite part) were burnt. I kept trying to stay positive but I guess since we ordered it to go they pulled a lazy move. I tried to make the burnt fries work but no matter how much ranch I used, they tasted horrible. Will not be back nor will I recommend this place until I know management has handled the situation. read more

What can I say. It's a chain, so there isn't anything life changing being served up here. When they get your order just right, its a pretty good place to eat. Better than most places in the area at least. If you like Wingstop then you should know what to expect. If not, then just think of an analog to Buffalo Wild Wings and the like. Now for the downside. They have a bad track record when it comes to consistently getting your order right. I usually order their 8-count combo, sometimes with a mix of bone in and boneless (certain flavors are much better with boneless and vice-versa). Sometimes they mix up the flavors, so I'm stuck with a less-than-ideal flavor of bone-in/boneless. Other times they'll forget something like dipping sauce. These are things to watch for, since they drop the ball when the place is busy. Otherwise I'd wholeheartedly recommend them. Should you eat here? I'd say yes, at least give them a try. They have a lot to offer, and when it is done to spec, its pretty good. read more

So...I was really disappointed with this most recent trip to wing stop. To start, the order I placed over the phone apparently didn't go through. When I got there they said the computer system had screwed up and they were going to have to put my order in again. Then they tell me that they're out of boneless wings which is all I wanted. How does an establishment that sells mainly wings run out of wings? They said they'd give me the bone in wings and an order of fries for free. I waited for almost an hour. The bone in wings were terrible, mostly because I hate bone in wings. Also, the fries were soggy. Horribly disappointed. Used to be my favorite restaurant for wings, but after tonight I will never return. When a friend and I arrived, one customer ahead of us had just ordered and there were customers at 2 other tables inside and 2 customers sitting outside. No other customers at that time so the restaurant was not busy. The time on my receipt said I ordered at 8:12. At 8:45 my friend received her food order (she placed her order right before me). 20 minutes later an employee came by to check on us. We explained my order was still not served. She went back to check on my order then came back saying my food would be out soon. Meanwhile I'm noticing several customers who arrived after me were being served their food. While we were waiting on our food we overheard customers at the table behind us complaining about their food taking over an hour to prepare and the order was not cooked right nor the right food. I could hear the shift manager being defensive with the customer. Not sure what has happened to this once nice place to eat, but they've totally destroyed a good thing. read more
