I went in there to get my son some wings and let me just say I know restaurants haven't been the same since Covid however, that has been six years ago and we should have made some type of improvement. I ordered my wings extra wet, and when I picked them up, there was hardly any sauce at all. Basically just chicken nuggets. This restaurant is very inconsistent depending on staff. My family had such a great night with excellent service and food, so I came back the next day to try more of their food. The experience was night and day different. The staff and management were unaccommodating on a simple request which was not an issue the night before. With two restaurants on both sides of BWW selling wings and the same type of food, you'd think that BWW would offer better customer service. On 5/29/24 we ordered the bogo wings. When I got home we saw that we received bone in and not boneless wings. We called and asked for a manager. Lawson came to the phone. My husband asked him what the special was on Thursdays bone in or boneless and he said any but yes boneless then hung up. When we called back he said the call got disconnected. We told him the order we received was incorrect and that this is the second time this has happened in the past few months. Lawson then very rudely said well I spoke to the kitchen and they said the order was checked twice. He said bring it back and replace it. My husband told him we were unable to that night. The last time this happened the manager was very accommodating and replaced our meal for free. He was very unprofessional from the beginning. On 5/30/24 we brought the uneaten food back and waited forever as the staff tried to locate Lawson who finally came from the restroom. My husband began recapping the conversation from the previous night and explained we were not trying to get over on anyone we just wanted the food we ordered. Lawson then said it was crazy that night and that they have a lot of young people working and my husband stated he understands that we just wanted to be treated well and get the order we paid for. However due to Lawson pure lack of communication and disregard that we have been weekly customers since August of 2023 we wanted a refund. He said only the GM can do that and she had to go to Alexandria and couldn't be reached. My husband asked him to call corporate and escalate the refund and again he said he couldn't do that even though he is a manager. He said a refund would take 3 days. As of 6/7/24 no refund even after Lawson called my husband to verify the information the Friday evening after we left. My husband called again 6/6/24 and was told he would get a return call and never did. I am contacting corporate today!!! Absolutely ridiculous service. The food is always good but everytime we order to go it takes way longer than it should whenever we go in to get our to go order there's never anyone there. We end up seeing like six different people before we get our food. Last time we ordered to go the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude over the phone and in person. If you are a wing lover, you will love chicken wings here. Great place with lots of options. I usually like the traditional wings. So I've tried only traditional so far. I've liked best: the Asian zing, Parmesan garlic, teriyaki sauce. I will try some other sauces and boneless (may be) next time. Pretty clean place with lots of tvs with different sports being showed. I had two different draft beers and both tasted like they were left in the heat and then cooled again. The Yuengling was drinkable, but the Guinness was sickening. Being a guy who is bored to death by sports, I cannot stand being surrounded by an endless sea of televisions, each one tuned to a different sport. I can understand it at BWW, because it IS primarily a sports bar. But every damn restaurant I've ever been in that has televisions has some sort of sport playing on it. What is it with restaurants and televisions anyway? If I wanted to watch tv, I'd stay at home. They're so intrusive! The legion of tvs aside, the food is very good. I had the aptly named Screamin Nacho Burger, because I am a glutton for punishment and I love all things spicy. This thing assaulted my tongue in the most pleasing way possible. The waitstaff was very friendly and helpful and the prices are very affordable. They even have a game that you can play for free (unlike the other places that charge you between 2-3 dollars to play). If not for the mass amount of noisy televisions and lack of booths, I would have given this place four stars easily. But if being surrounded by every television that has ever been made is not an issue for you and you love watching grown men run around aimlessly with some kind of ball, then this is your home away from home. read more

I like most BWWs. Lots of TV's and a good beer selection. Nothing fancy food wise, but if that's what your looking for what are you doing at a wing place? This place was dead when I went. I passed four employees when I walked in. None of them offered to help me or ask how many in my party. Not that big a deal, I usually sit at the bar as I travel for work and would have answered that I would sit at the bar. There was only one other person at the bar. The bartender asked what I would like to drink without introducing herself. I saw her a grand total of three times while dining. When I sat and ordered, when the food came, and when I paid. For a place that promotes sports on at all times, everyone in this location was watching wrestling on the main TVs and speaker system.
