First I want to say that if it wasn't for the cook. I would have really walked out. He should be the manager! His customer service was the only thing that kept me there. The manager was rude! Her lil purple shirt doesn't warrant her to be rude and disrespectful to customers and staff. I was in the tonight April 18, 2025 about 9:00 and I promise I will never set foot in there again. I was patient and she finally came to assist him with our order. Not acknowledging us . We would tell him and she would key it in. Rudeness at its worst. I have ordered the chicken wings here and they are disappointing. They are nothing like what is pictured. They have one line of sauce on them "literally". My wife loves Popeyes' chicken so we decided to get some at the store off Thomas Rd last night. Employee working the register was unresponsive and rude (ignoring us) when we arrived at the counter to order. I asked if the store was open and she nodded "yes." She acted as though we were an inconvenience to her and leaned against the wall near the cash register (with her eyes focused on the ceiling) as though she was in a trance or not happy with her job. The menu monitors were either turned off or not working. The other employees (not busy) saw what was going on at the front counter and just watched. When having an issue with a customer, you should never cause a scene, making a spectacle for other customers to see. I will be contacting corporate about this employee. If I could leave zero stars for this location I would! Last night, I just wanted some Popeyes chicken... And luckily this location was right around the corner from the hotel I was staying in! So I drove over and got on line at the drive-through after confirming that they were open until 11 o'clock and this was around 10:20 PM. As I was driving into the establishment, I noticed that there was a white car with its headlights off, parked in front of the drive-through window. I assumed that maybe they were making up a new batch of chicken inside or something and went to the drive-through ordering board. The vehicle in front of me first called out, "hello?" multiple times before finally getting a response. She then placed her order. After she ordered I pulled up and no one greeted me. Finally after asking, "hello?" Multiple times a male voice finally came on and said, "just a minute". During this time a Line of approximately five car is formed behind me. All the while, the white car parked in front of the pick up window never moved. After 10 minutes of sitting there and nothing changing and no one asking to take my order, both myself and various cars behind me all left drive-through line. I then proceeded to park my car and go inside. However, the door was locked and one employee was sitting there playing on his phone. I could easily see the vast amount of already prepared chicken just sitting there waiting to go home with hungry customers. I proceeded to knock loudly on the window multiple times before the employees behind the counter saw me and then ducked away. Absolutely frustrated... I along with others went next-door to Taco Bell and gave them our business! However the night wasn't over... Clearly with nothing else to do and the white car still parked in front of the pick up window, employees stepped outside to have a smoke. There is a big reason this establishment has such poor ratings... and I feel bad for whoever owns this establishment because it will go under soon when you have employees like that working for you! read more

My friend and I decided to stop here on the way home from the lake because Cane's was closed. Everyone working here looks like they don't know whats going on. We went inside and had to wait almost 5 minutes for our orders to be taken and when they finally were the cashier looked to be strung out and was getting confused. After we had to wipe off seats and a table to sit down she came over to us and asked me again what I got. We waited like 10 minutes and our food wasn't ready so we walked to the counter and the cashier was standing there in front of all the chicken not doing anything. We finally got our food with sides forgotten and no sauce. After eating for 15 minutes the workers started eating their meals and clocking out with every single table covered in mess. The absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Every time I have been no matter the time of day it takes forever to receive the food or place an order. I went just a week ago to get the tackle box for $5(according to the advertisement on tv) it's $6 here. Went here with my family today. Ordered a five piece with two sides and the surf and turf. It took over an hour to get our food, after my mother had gotten her food and eaten it. When I went to ask how long it would be, none of the workers I had seen when ordering were there except a slightly rude and seemingly confused woman named Traci. However, a young girl named Jada noticed me and immediately asked if I needed something. She stopped everything she was doing to make my meal. Which I did, the chicken was typical tasting to the chain, so was the rest of my food. What I didn't like was the odd taste in the Soda, I guess it has to do with their water, I can't hold them at fault for that. Store #90 at 210 Thomas Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291. When we walked in, there was no one in line and we walked directly to the register to order. However, no one was there to take our order. We waited about 3 minutes before anyone approached the registers. The employee, Ramona, did not greet us but simply stated "dine in or take out" in a rude tone. There were 2 of us to order on the same ticket. The real problem started after the first person finished ordering. Ramona gave the total, but we told her the second of us also needed to order. She let out a sigh and looked like she could just hit us. That's when we told her never mind just cancel our order, and she snapped back with "that's fine." At this point I asked for a manager, and Ramona's response was "you think I care!" I then call for the manager, and he states that he'll be with me right after he finishes helping another customer. Ramona again "why you still talking?! Take your FAGGOT ass on!" The manager sends Ramona to the back, and we let him know that we cancelled our order because of her bad attitude. We ask for a corporate number and he gives us the receipt paper with this survey information and states that he was about to go deal with her. We left without a purchase and cannot say we are satisfied with the resolution as the only acceptable resolution would be for Popeye's to not employ anyone who treats their patrons in the way that Ramona treated us. read more
