HORRIBLE service. The female manager is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I will never spend another dime at this establishment. Fox's pizza on ole highway 15 in West Monroe, La. I will NEVER return here. my bf asked what does it take to place and order and a short scruffy looking guy walked was walking by and rudely said "really dude?" "We're busy" so they had words back and forth and all of a sudden this big tall bug eyed woman comes from the back yelling about " THAT'S MY OLD MAN AND HE WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED!!!!!!" Like no professionalism at all. The ranch and bread sticks are disgusting. They need a whole new crew at this location to be honest with you because this is the second time we have been here and had to wait for over an hour to place an order. Half of the two sandwiches I ordered didn't have meat. manager claimed to be busy and they may have forgot to spread it?? Online order didn't process the "no tomato" on either one so both had tomatoes that were cut in quarters and bigger than my thumb! I have always ordered their Club Wedgie. They were always had the best taste, were made with fresh ingredients, just overall tasted great. Today October 31, 2020 I ordered one and got it home it was horrible. The chicken inside was canned chicken, the ham was freezer burnt, I took one bite and had to spit it out. It was awful. Why you would choose to use canned chicken instead of fresh chicken? I will say that unless Foxes Pizza Den in West Monroe goes back to fresh ingredients, I will not be eating their Wedgies any longer. read more

I have always enjoyed Fox's Pizza Den! After being gone from town for awhile, I went back and was reminded why I enjoy it so much. I always get an order of wings to go along with the pizza. The spicy wings are great because they are not deep fried but oven baked. The spicy wings come lightly tossed in a spicy sauce that is spicy but not overbearing. My favorite meal on the menu is the Stromboli. You can order the Stromboli in 4 different sizes: bambino(extra small), small, medium, and large. The bambino is more of a small one person portion. The small is a little bit larger but is plenty for one person. The medium is great for sharing with one other person, and the large could easily feed 3 people. There are several options to choose from to go into the Stromboli or you can go with preset specials. The Stromboli is excellent to me because the dough that is folded over the rest is cut to allow for steam to exit while it cooks. Doing so helps all the ingredients and crust to get slightly crisped on the edges. The crust on the bottom still stays a little bit softer due to the moisture from the ingredients and sauce. The differences in the crust allows for a very nice contrast of flavors and textures of the Stromboli. Their other food selections are great also including their "wedgies" which are oven baked sandwiches. The pizza by itself stands out in front of the crowd due to the flavorful pizza sauce. All in all a very good choice for dinner, lunch, or not so healthy snack! read more

I enjoyed my pizza, but I was put off by restaurant employees smoking on the front porch of the business.

We usually love this pizza. Got it a few months ago & the sauce was out of control. It was like the emptied an entire container on a small pizza. The crust was also burned, so it was apparently an off day all the way around. I'm sure we will try again, but not too soon! read more

For one it is awesome we have a pizza joint in the Drew area. I have eaten in with my grandson, we were the only people there We have ordered pick up on the way home. It is a good chewy pizza. The food was ok at best. Only two people working at the restaurant. We had to speak to them to get them to acknowledge us. We placed our order. Restaurant was and stayed empty during our visit. There were no clean tables to sit at. The manager said they would wipe them before end of their shift. Flatware was dirty as if someone had eaten off of it and we were unable to get clean. My husband and I eat here at least twice a month. The deluxe pizza with pineapple is very good. We've never been disappointed. Heard they are about to start cooking hamburgers. Will be glad when they do. But we won't give our pizza up. Live it. read more
