we would give FASTA Pasta a 4 star rating. But we are very disappointed , while eating had oil dripping from the noodles, about 3-4 teaspoons of oil sitting at the bottom of the carton. For me this is very concerning in pertaining to someones health. It is obvious that they are not draining there meats that they are cooking with to make the pasta. I came to fasta pasta, after work around 7:20 pm. 1/28/26 to place an order to go. My order was mixed with different noodles. Instead of cook telling me they were out of bow tie they just mixed a couple different noodles together. The cashier told me my shrimp will be cooked because they were out of shrimp. Some of my shrimps were overcooked and old and a few were undercook. My onion and mushrooms were burnt. I called fasta at 8:07 pm cause I was up the road. I was willing to bring the order back why they were cleaning building. I understood that they were closed. Just wanted to return food. I could have got my refund in the am. The manager said because they were closed that was out of her scope and she couldn't accept food back tonight. I proceeded to asked her what was the chain of command when something like this happened, she told me she didn't know and will have to contact store manager . In my opinion the staff are nice and friendly. But with that same smile they know how to lie and sell you anything. And that really scare me. Honesty will give a customer a chance to change they order why they still in store. Why lie like you have an item or cooking fresh items when you know it's a lie. read more

It's a Louisianan pasta bar. Don't expect radicchio or arugula. But I suspect they may get some after this review :) For Monroe, it's a bit of a hidden gem. I'd've never discovered it were it not for Yelp (it's basically off a Wal-Mart parking lot and I don't do Wally World as a general rule). But I'm very glad I have. There are very limited food options in this town and it's nice to have one with real food that one can customize. Homemade sauces taste homemade, as does theirs. Shaved parmigiano Reggiano also makes a big difference--kudos. The shrimp were $1 each and flavorful if overdone, and large. Pasta was well past al dente but the staff's friendliness and eagerness ultimate mattered more. Next time I'll ask for al dente, but there will be a next time. They need to add more raw veggies, fresh greens, and other pasta shapes. Their Parma Rosa sauce (pasticcio) would be divine on gnocchi if they only offered them. read more

Love this place!!! I have eaten here quite a few times, and it never disappoints!! The Chicken Alfredo is delicious! I love to get it and have leftovers for lunch the next day! It is really good reheated the next day! We met the owners tonight while we were eating there, and they are so friendly! They walked up and wanted to be sure everything was good! menu is misleading, i paid 15 for what i thought was a 7.99 meal. they didnt give me a breakdown of price when i asked. Food was tasteless.
