    a pizza in a box

Came here for the 50% deal to try their pan pizza. Pan only comes in medium. The bottom crust wasn't as crispy as pizza hut. Also tried the garlic parm sauce - delicious but they dont put as much as they would for tomato sauce so need to ask for extra sauce next time. The biggest downside is that the toppings were so lacking that some slices didn't even have toppings....

They currently have a special deal where you can order 2 items for $7.99 each. I really like that they sticker sealed the pizza box after they boxed the pizza. We ordered pepperoni and mushroom pizza and pineapple and chicken pizza. Chicken is considered as premium meat so they charge extra. We made our order online and they notify us when the pizza is ready for picked up. If you do plan to order this deal, be sure to double check the price. We found out that the Metrotown branch charges a $8.99 ba $7.99z

It has been years since I last had pizza from Domino's. I recently re-discovered it after my friends kept sharing pictures of their pizzas and I just had to have one too. Picture does speak a thousand words. It did not hurt there was a 50% off all pizza online order promo then. It was easy to order with online or with the app. You could customize even the regular pizza. So I added pineapple to the Extravaganzza, yes I do not mind pineapple in my pizza. It was delicious! The crust was crisp but not too thick. Lots of ingredients in the pizza. I also tried the hot wings and spicy jalapeño pineapple chicken bites. I prefer the wings over the chicken bites. The chicken bites were a bit dry, I expected it to be a bit saucy like the wings. If you order the dip, I will suggest to check your order on the spot when picking it up. The first time I asked if the dip was already inside, turned out it was not and the staff brought it out for me. The second time I did not ask or check, and it turned out to be missing. I called them and the manager said they would put it in my account and give it to me in future order. So that was good. But I will still check my order in future before leaving the store.

Fast service and fresh pizza, but nothing TOO amazing about Domino's pizza in my personal opinion. My two pizzas (medium, $23.08 all together) were done at 10 minutes a staff mentioned, and this location even had a time tracker to deliver the fast service ;however Domino's pizza lacked flavours. I had both BBQ Pizza and Pacific Veggie to share with my family, but nothing memorable about their pizzas there. They both tasted bland needing more flavours. It was NOT oily as the ones from Pizza Hut at least. I think my pizza would've left in a bit higher temperature or longer timing, because cheese in the pizza wasn't too melty. It had no gooey, melty texture like the usual pizza I had. Also there wasn't enough flavours for the 2 pizzas we ordered. I think Papa Johns would've been better option instead of Dominos.

Hawaiian pizza: barely any pineapples 2-3 per slice, less sauce and dry

For spending $28 for 3 pizzas you rather choose a different place. Ordered online We ordered: Hawaiian: barely any tomato sauce, it's dry and literally each slice has around 2-3 pineapples. The dough is dry and the pizza is thin. Not much cheese (wouldn't get this one again, worst Hawaiian I have ate) Pepperoni: pizza is thin, not much tomato sauce but has a bit more than the Hawaiian, I wished it was more puffy and the cheesier (best out of the 3 pizza we had since it wasn't as dry, still wouldn't buy it) Meat lover?: forgot the name but it's little meatballs and pepperoni, dry like the haiwaiian and still not satisfied. Delivery: the guy took long and we saw him circle MANY times. Had to go out and flag him but still didn't notice us. Overall: I wouldn't purchase this pizza place again unless they change the pizza. Thin, dry, barely any sauce, not much ingredients for what you paid.

Chicken Bacon Alfredo Feast pizza (minus Alfredo)

This is 5 stars on a sliding scale. It's 5 stars *for Domino's* not for all food in the world. That being said, the new pan crust was excellent. Like look at that picture. That doesn't look like Domino's. Make the effort to choose the pan crust. So much cheese. So much chicken etc. Ordered a 2 topping regular crust and it was average. So I think it's genuinely the new crust and new recipes (I haven't ordered in a year so maybe they're old, I dunno) that are impressing me. I think I'm converted from Pizza hut to this specific Domino's for my cheap/fast/coupons/eat in pyjamas pizza option.

As usual, I'm late to the party. I've heard about Phnom Penh…read moreand its famous chicken wings ever since I moved to Vancouver, nine-ish years ago. My fellow Yelpers raved about this place when I first moved here, and my kid came here with her school pals 5-6 years ago and also raved about the wings. It's been on my list to come here forever - and last night, finally, I did. It did not disappoint. My kid warned me, there'll probably be a line up waiting to get in (they don't take reservations here. I checked), so we decided to go at an off-time and get an early dinner, around 5pm on Friday. We walked there and, miracle of miracle, there was no line and we got seated right away. (Granted, we got the last vacant table in the place, and when we left after our meal, there already was a line of people waiting to get in). Food-wise...wow. I am NOT one for adventurous eating, so there were dishes on the menu I couldn't comfortably order (I wish I could, but hey, I'm better now than I used to be!). Still, there was lots for me to choose from. And first and foremost, I HAD to try the famous chicken wings. And I can honestly say, they were the best I've ever had: SO SO crunchy and crispy on the outside, and hot and moist on the inside. OMG so so so good. I can't speak highly enough of these! My kid ordered the butter beef. It was tasty and soft ("like butta!"), and the marinade was lovely, but personally, I couldn't get over the...rawness and redness of the meat and juice (which looked like blood to me). For fellow non-adventurous eaters out there, this might not be for you, despite how flavorful it tasted. It was just hard for me to get over how it looked. (I know I'm in a minority here. This dish is one of their most popular and asked-for dishes). We had the garlic dry spare ribs. I love spareribs. These were delicious but a tad too salty and greasy. I brought most of them home and had them today for lunch. I gotta say, they were so much better for me today: less salty, and I blotted off the excess grease. Delicious! My kid ordered a "small" sweet and sour soup with prawns, and wow, it came in a huge black cauldren. I can't imagine ordering a large size. Anyhow, this soup was a stand-out soup - especially for my kid who said she had dreams about it all night (lol)! So complex in flavors - spicy, sweet, savory, chock full of prawns and sprouts and lotus shoots and pineapple chunks and and other delicious stuff.... For me, it was a wee tad too spicy, but wow, even I thought, this is a special soup. So delicious and warming. 10/10. Our servers were prompt and impressively able to efficiently tend to a full house of diners. They got it all down to a science here. One issue of note: my kid had to use the washroom at one point and she left for a very extended period of time. I actually thought at one point that something had happened to her or she was ill, she was gone so long (VERY unlike her). When she returned, she told me it was "quite a hike", around the back of the restaurant and up a flight of stairs, too. I only make note of this in case anyone has mobility issues, know that the bathroom will be difficult (or impossible) for you to access.

A most stunning tasting experience, I had here at Phnom Penh in Chinatown…read more PP has been on my radar for some time & I finally made it here. PP has been going strong since 1985 - not an easy achievement in the restaurant industry. PP has that older type restaurant feel inside, but it is very lively as waiters fly by with orders to deliver to tables. Yelpies, order these three items & the say less while you wait for them. Butter Beef (Thinly sliced rare beef) Garlic Wings (heavy on the garlic - FYI) Filet Beef Luc Lac (Tender stir-fried beef) I had a Vietnamese coffee, but it was lame. I've had better elsewhere. The taste of these dishes is orgasmic. I didn't notice nor feel a high sodium content but perhaps maybe a hint of MSG. Regardless, there's a reason why PP has won several awards year after year, including the prestigious - Michelin. Get here ASAP & find out why PP continues to impress foody lovers from everywhere. Warning, this whole area is certified - pure ghetto. Bring your car down here at your own inconvenience. Take transit or uber to get here. Zombies are everywhere. A weird side note - it appears GoDaddy hijacked PPs website. Use IG or Open Table reservations for reference & menu options.

This is such a nondescript shop. I have walked past it, parked right outside it when going to other…read moreshops and never even noticed this place. I only learnt of this place when googling for roast meat and this popped up. The store is divided into two sections. One for the cooked roast meat where the menu is at the back of wall. Written in both Chinese and English, they are quite hard to read though. Bring your glasses or better yet, take a picture and zoom in on the photo like what I did. The other part is where you can buy fresh uncooked meat. The other side is lined with refrigerated items. Besides buying the roast meat, you can also have it with rice with your choice of meat. I bought a pound (min order) of roast pork and half a Hong Kong style roast duck (pipa duck I believe). I will say communication can be quite tough as the staff seemed more comfortable speaking in Cantonese which I do not speak. So it has to be a basic ordering in English without any questions or requests. The roast pork has super crispy skin which is really good but it also has such a thick layer of fats underneath that I had to remove it. You could probably save those fatty bits and fry them later to make lardon and add to your home cooked noodles or something. I like the pipa duck. Tender and tasty meat. Tip/Life hack: I googled and found a way to reheat the leftovers so they do not dry out -- cover the meat with foil and heat in oven at 400c for 20-30 mins. For the roast pork, I only covered the meat part and let the skin peeked out so the skin got even crispier.
