The Signature Chicken reminded me of Korean-style fried chicken--the batter was super crispy, and the chicken was incredibly tender and juicy. I really loved it! The Seaweed Chicken was a bit different from the Signature one. It had less batter, a fluffy seaweed coating, and even more tender chicken. It was simple but really good as well.
