This place is very hidden. It is behind the gas station. I live nearby and once in awhile I would order from here. Their pizza is ok. They are freshly made upon ordering. Staff are friendly. If you order at the store, it takes about 15 mins for them to have the pizza ready. They have a good selection of pizza or you can customize and make your own. My favorite or go to is the butter chicken pizza. read more

Oct 6th/'25 This review goes out to Panago Corporate, NOT the individual store. The recipe for BBQ Bacon Chicken shows "revised" on the menu. I think they took away the BBQ sauce base. The pizza I received was bland & uninspiring. BBQ BC was always my go to. Very disappointed. Looks like future pizzas wil be from Domino's. Between cost & inconsistent quality, Panago's is chasing away their own customers. Bottom line, my pizza experience tonight was weak/lame. read more

The place conveniently located next to the gas station, so it is a no-brainer to just get pizza for dinner after getting gas. The place is clean and welcoming. Staff is friendly. Pizza with the chance of COVID19! Delivery driver was not wearing a mask during a province wide mandate. I tried to pass the machine back through my slightly open door, since my partner and I both have chronic lifelong asthma. My neighbour was coming home and said to him (while my door was closed) that he shouldn't be in here with out a mask, he became aggressive and belligerent saying that he doesn't have to wear a mask if he's not entering a building (he was on the 20th floor of a highrise btw...) He blamed me for not coming down to the lobby and I said I didn't pre-pay and use contactless delivery so I would've had to be within 6 feet of him anyways to use the machine, so he should be masked and he said he doesn't have to once again. I see reviews from a month ago on google saying he wasn't safely wearing a mask and following the rules, apparently they'll never learn. I will never patron this location or chain again! absolute reckless and dangerous behavior when theres a global pandemic and your job entails visiting various dwellings.I still tipped 20% because I'm not a sphincter, unlike their delivery driver! read more

This location is very clean, inviting, and best of all has great customer service (especially reading other review of this location). I had an issue at the "5738 Tyne Street" location which made me never to want to come back to Panago again (you can read about the ordeal for reviews of that location). I had to use a certificate by the end of the day so I drive another 10 minutes away from my home to this location. "Les" at 6569 Kingsway saved our night and saved Panago from our "blacklist". It may be further away but if you want to feel good about spending your hard earned money (and not ruining your night with bad service) then spend it here - you won't regret it. Thanks again Les. Panago Pizza has always been reliable for pizza. It's an added bonus that it's a Canadian owned Pizza chain which I've been ordering since they were known as Panagopoulos pizza. Panago has been famous for using lots of 100% real Canadian Cheese back in the late 80's and 90's. I'm a big fan of cheese and it's the reason why Panagopoulos pizza was my favourite pizza back in the 80's and 90's. They were famous for putting lots of tasty cheese and loads of toppings. Every since they changed their name from Panagopoulos to Panago in 2000, and the quality went downhill such as a lot less cheese, cheese that didn't taste like cheese, less toppings and no more stamps for free pizzas. Now, it's 2013, and I'm glad that Panago is going back to its roots. They're starting to put a lot more cheese on their pizzas. Only this time they don't advertise that it's 100% real Canadian cheese, since Canadian cheese is very expensive. Heck, I don't care if it's American cheese; just add the cheese because I love cheese. I had the Primo Pollo pizza with pesto sauce, grilled chicken, fire-roasted tomatoes, red peppers, caramelized onions, roasted garlic and mozzarella cheese. They were quite generous with all of the toppings, including the cheese. To be honest, the cheese didn't taste as good as the cheese that I remembered back in the 90's, but they're on the right track for putting back the cheese on their pizza. I also had their Mediterranean flavoured wings which has garlic, oregano, lemon and extra virgin olive oil. It was tasty, but a little on the salty side. Came here to pick up pizza for a school fundraising fun fair 3 blocks away after the Fresh Slice at Highgate shit the bed on us by not making our order. When i requested it again Fresh Slice told me it would be 1 hour for 10 pizzas. Unacceptable. Luckily I went to this Panago. The manager their Les and his employees put all hands on deck after I told them the situation and we had the pizza in 15 minutes. I give this place 5 for customer service. Our family has been a customer here for over 10+ years. The location is close to our home, so 9 out of 10 times we pick up. Panago makes a decent pizza with higher quality ingredients. The long time owner will go out of his way to accommodate you with any issues. He also went out of his way to help us out with my sons hockey teams pizza party, as he is a family man as well. High level customer service. Back to the pizza. Panago is its own thing, and different than other pizzas, in a good way. I have about 3 different styles of pizza I like, with Panago being one of them. It's also my 2 kids favourite, most requested pizza! Of note, if you like dipping the crust, the Panago Jalapeño Ranch is the Best dip out there, bar none. If you've never tried it, you probably should.
