Took about 90 minutes from the time the order was placed. Tasted like lukewarm garbage. Seriously. I would not feed this to my dog. Do better. read more

I have been eating from here for a very long time, but the last two especially the one i got last night was the absolute worst I have ever not eaten, the crust was soggy and stuck to the box, there was a lack of pepperoni for ordering the ultimate pepperoni, about flooded with grease from the cheese. Terrible PIZZA if i was closer i would have returned it but have decided to have to order from somewhere else. too bad I really liked them up to recently. not a happy camper, if I could go lower than one star I would. I wish I would have taken photo's read more

called in a order and walked in and it wasn't ready (which I didn't mind waiting ) but was absolutely mortified by how the kitchen looked. Nothing looked clean. I'm not sure if Idahos kitchen laws are really lax on food/kitchen conduct but I will not be going back there. read more

Okay. This review is partly my fault on the one-star. How you ask because I ordered from the Dominos on Washington Street again. I knew better but why do they think this is good pizza. This location has the worse food and reviewing them again so you can understand to save you money and time and order from someone else. read more

Get in your car drive to Papa Murphys, order a custom pizza. Drive home, wait 25 minutes. Cook the pizza, invite friends over and wait 15 minutes to sit and eat. This will literally be a shorter time for pizza than ordering from here. read more

You guys, seriously no complaints. I ordered carryout for the first time since I've lived here (almost 10 years). I seriously always forget we have a Domino's. Our family loves it! Of course ordering online is super easy, and kiddos love to watch the tracker. I popped in RIGHT at my suggested time, and you guys were busy! (Friday night & so happy to see you busy!) The interior is clean and modern. Love the chalk wall and the little steps for kids to watch them being made! Once I got to the counter, you had my pizzas perfectly ready and the exchange was quick. My ONLY minus one star is that I didn't get cheese & peppers. But hey, also my fault for not asking! Will keep in mind to order from more often! read more

I am extremely satisfied with the staffs ability to correct my problem. I stopped into the store the following day and the manager apologized and made me the correct pizza while I waited. The pizza was great and just how I ordered it. read more

Came here a while ago and ordered 2 pizzas a dessert and wings, ordered it online so we could keep track of when it's ready. Finally got the it's ready so we made our 10 minute drive over. We get there and it's chaos! Our order was not ready. Ended up waiting an hour for our food. Everyone else waiting for their food that night was also waiting up to an hour. If you live close enough to Buhl make the trip there. They had our food ready, order right, and all sauces we asked for:) read more

Dominos on Washington does a great job. I came and saw a person taking out 8 pizzas at once. They kick butt

I waited for a year for the owner to respond and have ALL the receipts. Staff is overwhelmed like most businesses, but friendly and fast. Managers are polite and try to make things right. OWNER and CORPORATE: ONE STAR! You all suck and I hope people know you will do NOTHING to correct an easy issue. We purchased several items, and usually do, and received the pizza pictured. It leaked butter all over my back seat. I was polite and showed supervisor three times. Manager wasnt there and he couldn't do anything. So I wrote an email to the manager, and he responded. He agreed it was an issue, but couldn't do anything without the Owner. He was forwarding to them and would get back to me. After months of waiting and being ghosted on email, I sent the same to corporate. Again, nothing. Not even a F-U, we don't want your money. NOTHING! Never went back. I sent pictures and estimates for the seat to be cleaned. $50-$$200. I would have taken the cheapest. I just wanted my family to be able to get in the back seat without getting grease on their clothing. I was a customer that has used your app and done business almost WEEKLY, until 2023. Nope never again, not even if the CEO came and cleaned the car on his own. Dominos - You suck. read more

We were visiting in Twin Falls last weekend and staying at a hotel. I ordered pizza online to be delivered two hours later. The pizza hadn't arrived at 25 minutes after specified time so I called the store. I was told my pizza was on it's way. 45 minutes later it still hadn't arrived. I called again. After a brief moment on hold I was informed they guessed it was delivered to wrong place. So I reordered again and it was delivered. The quality was very unsatisfactory. I order from Domino all the time in my hometown. So I was very disappointed that the quality doesn't hold true across the stores. read more

We usually always order the same thing but tonight it was fresh hot and perfect... BUT I have to rant to management because its 20 degrees outside and our poor delivery driver didnt have a jacket, worse yet he said he has been asking for one since Thanksgiving rave to this young man who continues to work despite the conditions. read more

I have been waiting for two hours to get my pizza and it has taken three phone calls to find out they did not make it. I placed the order online then called the business to let them know that I only had a $100 bill to pay. The person over the phone said it would be okay. After an hour I called back in and they said that they were running behind and my order should be delivered in a bit. I reminded them of the $100 bill situation and it was going to be fine they said. Another hour has passed and I call again. This time the representative says they have not made the pizza but will right now. I said okay. I reminded her of the $100 bill and she said she could not deliver the pizza if that was all I had. I was exasperated and she said she would ask the manager. The manager said no. I have been a loyal customer at this Domino's for over 20 years. I will not spend another penny in an establishment that is that poorly ran and who does not care about their customers. Was I really going to rob the pizza delivery person after telling them three time to bring change for a $100??? So much for dinner tonight. read more

I ordered a pizza at 10:05 pm on Sunday night and was told my deliver would arrive in 25-35 minutes. I called 40 minutes later to inquire on my order and was told they don't deliver to my address. My pizza was made but not delivered???? Interestingly enough we had ordered a pizza the night before from this same location and got it delivered. Do better Dominos really dropped the ball tonight read more

Not sure how it happened but our order got delivered but not to us. The tracker showed order complete and driver (who we tipped $5) said she delivered. When we reviewed our order the address wasn't even close to what we entered (computer hack?). Order placed again, we went and picked up which kinda defeated the whole purpose of why we ordered pizza. Lesson, screen shot your order, don't tip til service is received, make it right with your customer when you screw up and apologize! read more

Once again this place has A. Failed to deliver in a timely manner and B. Ignored their so called "quality control". They have twice now delivered the wrong order to me in as many times. If you order from this location, Double your check your order label (if it has one, this one didn't) to make sure it is fact YOUR order and then check the contents to make sure it's actually what you ordered. The people at this location are at best poorly trained, at worst, incompetent. read more

Domino's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Twin Falls, Idaho

First off a hour and 45 minutes to deliver 1 large pizza? On top of that, just because you close in a hour does NOT mean it's okay to just toss a bunch of ingredients in a box and call it a pizza. Worst pizza of my life. My chicken bacon ranch looked like someone dumped a jar of mayo on a brown paper plate and sent it on its way. Freddy Kruger's face looks more like a pizza than this did. If you need a meal late at night after a long trip or night of work or for generally any reason this is the wrong place to go. Thanks for listening to my Ted talk. read more

I ordered dinner delivered from Dominis, Gymea, for my family at a cost of $70. Three hours later dinner still hadn't arrived. I tried to call repeatedly but staff were ignoring the phone. So I went into Domino's to complain. I was offered a refund which I was told would take two days to return to my bank account. Well It's been one month and despite repeated phone calls and promises the refund will be in my account 'tommorow' I am still waiting. Never again Domino's. I am about to call consumer affairs and complain about you. I hope you go broke. read more

Picked up order at the drive through at the new Dominos on Addison. I picked it up at the time they said it would be ready. Drove home in 5 minutes. Pizza was cold. Not warm. Cold. The one on Washington always delivered the same pizza hot. This new pick up system stinks read more

The food is fine but when you order online and wait 20 minutes to go pick it up and then spend 37 minutes waiting in the store and get home with the wrong pizzas it's beyond unacceptable. I will never leave without checking my pizzas again. Paid for a premium pizza (bbq chicken) and got two Hawaiians. I'm patient but you better get the order right if I'm waiting an hour for my damn food! read more

Domino's Pizza - Paid for a premium bbq chicken pizza, waiting in store for 40 minutes and ended up with two hawainys. Major fail - Pizza Near Me - Twin Falls, Idaho

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced all I wanted was 3 medium pizzas and the young lady on the phone had the worst attitude ever I swear to god. She kept putting us on hold while in the middle of our order which was very very annoying to start off and then at the end she said our total was going to be $21 and then she turned around and said our total was $42 Which is absolutely ridiculous for 3 pizzas. Then we needed 2 sauces and she sat there and sighed at us when we asked. Wouldn't recommend going here to anybody. Never again. read more

This summer, there were a few times I had Domino's knocking at my door, and it was always delicious and well prepared! Their pizzas were piping hot, their chicken sandwiches divine, and their tasty chicken wings roasted to perfection! They only forgot something once, but they quickly got that resolved! Please tip these drivers, they truly are the heart to the best pizza around. read more

How hard is it to pack sauces that you pay additional money for? After confirming with my driver Gretel that the sauces were in the box I gave a generous tip and went my way. Opened my food a couple minutes later to see they weren't packed, okay, no big deal, I'll call the store. Maybe they can reach her and tell her to turn around only to find out that their only solution is to wait until she's done with her deliveries because "chances are" they forgot to pack them. Ive been driving cross country all day and just want what I paid for. How about the manager get in his car and deliver them? I don't need a "free wings" on my next order. I don't live near a dominos, I'm traveling. Manager on duty showed no empathy at all. The team member who initially answered the phone seemed more concerned than him. Would give zero stars but that's not an option. read more

my girlfriend and I put in a simple order. I've been wanting to try the "New" Domino's Pizza, ever since I heard they re-created their pizza from the crust up. I finally decided to try it on my recent trip up to Idaho. I was very impressed! I tried their Pacific Veggie Pizza (with no onions of course), and it was delicious! The cinna stix were very tasty as well. Delivery was speedy and friendly. Never thought I'd be giving Domino's this high of a rating, but they've clearly stepped up their game...well, at least this location has. Quick! Get the door...it's Domino's!!! read more

This little Domino's is conveniently located close to home. Every time we order and go in (we usually do carry out), the staff are always friendly- both on the phone and in person. The 1 or 2 times we've had an order issue/mistake, they were very responsive and treated us great. We only eat fast food for dinner if it's Domino's, and this is our location.
