We rolled into Twin Falls pretty late, and since almost everything was closed, we decided to grab some to-go food from Buffalo Wild Wings. Honestly... big mistake. The chicken strips were way over-fried and completely drowned in buffalo sauce -- it was so sour I could barely finish a piece. The burger wasn't any better; it was soaked in grease and just fell apart. I really wanted something comforting after a long drive, but this meal wasn't it. The only thing saving this review from being one star is the staff at the front. The server who took care of us was super friendly and had a smile on the whole time, even though it was late. I really appreciate that kind of attitude. But in the back, you could literally hear the kitchen complaining about incoming orders. Like... come on. It was still a full hour before closing, and besides us, there were a few DoorDash drivers waiting too. I totally get being tired, but if you're open until 1 AM, orders before midnight shouldn't feel like a burden. Since it was a takeout order, I can't speak for the dine-in vibe, but from what I saw, the place looked clean and pretty spacious -- typical sports bar setup. On the 4th of July, my boyfriend and I decided to take a day trip from Elko to Twin Falls. After walking around the mall for a while, we were hungry and decided to sit at the bar in B-Dubs. It was happy hour so I got a Strawberry Margarita for $6! My boyfriend got a Redbull Sunrise. The Sunrise had Sauza Gold, Watermelon Red Bull, lime sour, passion fruit, fresh lime and was absolutely to die for! The margarita was good too but next time I'll get the Sunrise! We ordered Fried Pickles for an appetizer and they were crispy and fresh! The Southwestern Ranch was realllly good! I do however wish it was a fuller basket of them. For lunch I ordered the Southern Chicken Sandwich and asked for Southwestern Ranch for the fries and my boyfriend ordered 6 Buffalo wings, extra saucy with Ranch & Celery. My order came out very quickly. The chicken was super hot. Fresh out of the fryer and seasoned very well. The Bacon Aioli was to die for. The slaw wasn't over dressed and the pickles added a nice tanginess. However my boyfriend's meal took much longer to come out, which led to me eating a bit and then wanting to wait for his to come out. By the time it finally did, my food was getting cold. Le sigh. At least he got to eat his food when it was still hot and delicious! When the final bill arrived I also was surprised to see an up-charge for the southwestern ranch. It's fine there's an up charge, however if I had been told previous to ordering that it was more, I would have just gotten ranch with my fries. The food was great! Food was ok, but took forever. Service was horrible. The waitresses spent most of their time chatting with each other or looking at their phones. We never had a single drink refilled or were asked if we needed anything. Came for the BOGO 50% off wings on Tuesday! Couldn't get this deal online or to-go so we ate in. Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - Chili con Queso with Blazing Carolina Reaper sauce on the side. Comes with a lot of chips but not enough dip. Would consider it more nacho cheese with a dab of chili. Flavor was good overall though! BOGO 10 wings (20 in total) with Mango Habanero, Asian Zing, Lemon Pepper, and Parmesan Garlic on the side. The chicken were a bit too fried but delicious overall. Wish the sauce came in wider containers so you can dip more of the chicken in it rather than just the tip of the bones :/ Ambience: 4/5 - loud but gets you amped up for the sports games on tv. The cushions on the couches are worn but the tables are clean Service: 4/5 - the to-go order cashier didn't seem like she wanted to be there. The inside is your typical sports bar scene. The service was quick. But the waitress kept forgetting what we ordered. She came back after ordering drinks...twice because she forgot. Then said I can't find it, could you show me. I ordered 12 traditional wings flats only. Two different flavors, and some desert heat fries. She asked three different times what that second sauce was. My wife got some boneless wings. The order came out as a mixed order instead of flats. The wings came out faster than our drinks. The wings were warm, and the fries were stale which means they were sitting under a heat lamp. Cmon! I will wait for hot fries and wings. This location was a let down. Piss poor presentation. We eat at Buffalo Wild Wings often when traveling and look forward to experiencing the different locations. This location by far had the worst presentation I have ever seen from the chain and we will not be returning to this specific location. Only advice I can offer if cost is an issue is to at least separate the various wing sauces with parchment paper. read more

Rolled into town about 10PM and hadn't eaten yet. Typical fast food was not desired. Apparently this town is not one for late nights. Some places closed as early as 8 but almost everything was by 10 except here. BWW is the same almost everywhere you go. Televisions lined the walls tuned to any sports channel they can pick up. The bar area is a little noisy (especially with it being a later hour). The menu and the sauces are all the same. In the end I got exactly what I came for. Once sitting at the bar I could not tell you what state I was in as they are all the same. Decent food, okay prices, somewhat slow on the preparation end but satisfied when I left. I had them with a side of tots. My friend had them with a side of chips n salsa. The tacos were watery dripping some clear fluid. Meat was chunked together with gristle and fat attached (unedible). Buffalo Wild Wings always felt so over-done and crowded I pretty much avoided it. BUT I went in for lunch yesterday, and I was actually pretty impressed. We were seated by the manager and it was very clean and felt low-key and welcoming. We were quickly greeted by the bartender lady, and our server - Jack. They have Twisted Teas so that was PLUS. Perfect lunch drink. I ordered the Bleu burger to be well done, please. It was cooked thru! Thank you! It had the perfect amount of sauce to make it just messy enough! :) Their fries are addicting - but they don't feel too heavy. They had the Olympic Trials on the TV so I was a HAPPY GIRL! What, the server can't look at an ID, compare the pic to customer with the birthday and issue a go/no go decision? With ID theft being a rampant part of crime these days, I want possession of my identification at all times. How do I know who the manager even is. First time eating at this restaurant. It was a really bad experience. Got both our orders wrong, coleslaw was gross, brought the wrong dip. Waiting for a refill drink till half the meal was eaten. Fries were cold and the bottom of the bag. Also no salt on them. Out of mushrooms. Had to ask for them to bring silverware. When they did, it was the cheapest plastic little fork you can find. Paid $20 for a meal and had to use a tiny plastic fork because the waitress said the staff have been accidentally throwing them away. Perhaps they should punish/fine the wait staff not the customer. The wait staff dropped a stack of cups making a loud noise. The table rocked from being unbalanced and had to change out one of the chairs for the same problem. Very disappointed. I've never had a bad experience at BWW until we came to the Twin Falls, Idaho location. I waited to make this review, visiting them multiple times to redeem themselves from the last visit's but every time we visit this location, the *FOOD IS ALWAYS SERVED COLD* I'm not sure if it's the servers fault for not bringing the food fresh or if it's the kitchen staff not giving a sh*t about what they serve to the customers. Every single time it tastes old, like it's been left out under a broken heat lamp on the expo line. Serving food like this could give people food poisoning which is what I got every time we have visited BWW in Twin Falls. Clearly management has not fix this issue of cold food as I just read multiple reviews for this location stating the same problem. read more

It's been a while since I have dined in at this location, but the facility has really gone downhill. While I have to say the server we had was excellent, the condition of the dining room was really poor. There was garbage all over the floor, and the booth seating had rips and tears everywhere. The tables weren't wiped down very well and the booth dividers showed drips and spills that were never cleaned up. Why this is concerning, is that if they don't take care to make their dining area look presentable, one can only wonder how they take care of the kitchen and food prep. read more
