The only weak point was the au jus, which was a little flat compared with the rest of the plate. We rolled into Twin Falls pretty late, and since almost everything was closed, we decided to grab…read moresome to-go food from Buffalo Wild Wings. Honestly... big mistake. The chicken strips were way over-fried and completely drowned in buffalo sauce -- it was so sour I could barely finish a piece. The burger wasn't any better; it was soaked in grease and just fell apart. I really wanted something comforting after a long drive, but this meal wasn't it. The only thing saving this review from being one star is the staff at the front. The server who took care of us was super friendly and had a smile on the whole time, even though it was late. I really appreciate that kind of attitude. But in the back, you could literally hear the kitchen complaining about incoming orders. Like... come on. It was still a full hour before closing, and besides us, there were a few DoorDash drivers waiting too. I totally get being tired, but if you're open until 1 AM, orders before midnight shouldn't feel like a burden. Since it was a takeout order, I can't speak for the dine-in vibe, but from what I saw, the place looked clean and pretty spacious -- typical sports bar setup. Maybe things run smoother during regular dinner hours, but based on this experience, I probably wouldn't come back unless I absolutely had no other option.
